Larry came out within 30 minutes of my call to inspect a chip in my windshield. He told me that because it had been filled before, it could not be re-filled, but it more than likely shouldnt spread. He told me not to worry about it and charged me nothing for the house call. I am so appreciative of Larrys quick service and honest assessment. I will definitely call him again.

Never will go anywhere else! Excellent customer service. Went in today for a chipped windshield on a rental car. One if the few places I could find that wasnt a mobile service. Prices were comparable to everyone else in the area. Thomas helped me out and in 20 minutes I was back on the road. Really appreciate all of their help and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Wright Auto replaced my windshield and the service was outstanding! They picked up my car, replaced the glass and returned it to my home as promised. They also washed my car, cleaned the interior and corrected the air pressure in my tires! Unbelievable! Larry Wright stopped by our house to make sure I had taken the tape off as he advised. I had not so he did it himself. This all was done on their own accord and with no extra charge! I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

Larry provided me with great customer service, I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family. I also want to say they offer a great warranty on their products.

When it comes to auto repair - windshields or whatever - finding HONEST service is the hardest part. Larry (glass) and Curtis (auto repair) are HONEST straight shooters and do what they say for a fair price. No way to go wrong with these guys !!!

DO NOT go to this place!!! Apparently, they dont need any local business. We had an appointment at 9 am this morning to have the seal for back window in our truck replaced because it leaks. We were told it would be done by noon. Nope...it was after 5 pm and no new seal. Got some bogus story about using silicone to stop the leak. If that doesnt work, bring it back!!! You used up my husbands day off and it isnt even fixed! Now we are supposed to bring it back so you can use up a whole other day off??? No Way!!!!

Great company to do business with and they stand behind their work. Its not often that you find a company that has as much integrity as they do. Dont shop anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

I had several things I needed seen to on my car. Called this business and they told me when to bring it in. Brought in the car, called my cousin to pick me up. They told me it would be ready by 4:00, ran around Grapevine and headed back. My car was fixed, you could not even tell where the paint had been touched up, looked flawless to me, the crack in the windshield was repaired, they had put air in my tires at my request. I was told to bring it back if there were any problems and they would make good on it. So far, not one problem. We have used them multiple times and have always been very pleased with their customer service and their work. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs windshield repair.

Recently my wifes rear side glass was broken out while setting in the THR Hospital parking lot. I was not sure what to do as I knew there were places to replace a windshield but who could I find to replace a side glass? I called Wright Auto Glass in Grapevine and explained what had happened and ask if they could help me.I was asked the year and model of the car and the next day they had the glass waiting for me. I took the Toyota Avalon in at 1:00 PM and was gone by 2:00 PM. Not only great service but very fast and at a what turned out to be a very comparable price.I guarantee if I need any type of automotive glass work, I will be going to Wright Auto Glass.

I went to their business location in Grapevine, TX. I met with Larry Wright. He gave me an invoice and charged me part monies of the total invoice amount. He said he has to order the auto-part. So, I came back the next day (Jan. 22, 2019) and Larry installed the auto-part on my vehicle and charged me full amount of the invoice. Larry charged me more than the total invoice amount. And when I asked for clarification Larry was rude and dropped my card on the table, didn’t even bother giving my card to me in my hand. I was not only charged more than the total invoice amount but the auto-part I received was an after-market part which is of a lesser quality than what I was promised initially. I do not recommend anyone going to this company for any auto-repair work. You can easily find many companies who do a good job and don’t rob you of your money.The first day I stepped into Larry’s shop, I was given an invoice for the total amount of $177.49 and Larry charged my credit card $100. The second day I was given an invoice for the total amount of $177.49 (re-print/ same invoice number) and Larry charged my credit card $177.49. In total Larry charged my credit card $277.49 but gave me an invoice which has the total amount as $177.49.I was initially verbally told that my total cost will be $177.49 and that is what I agreed to, but I was charged $277.49 for an after-market auto-part which is not even the same color as the rest of my vehicle.Looking at their reviews and the experience I have had, I would not be surprised if they make it mandatory for each employee to write a good review. Larry is very manipulative (don’t let his words fool you) thus I wouldn’t be surprised if most reviews here are from friends, family and employees or even purchased.Larry is the owner of this company so its not as if I ran into an unhappy employee. The manipulative mindset flows top down in this company straight from the owner down to the workers.The only reason I am giving this company a one star is because Google requires a minimum one star to be able to post a comment. I hope my review helps someone out there.I called back the same day to resolve the matter and another worker answered the phone who, to my surprise, was well aware of the incident and was very rude on the phone. I called a few days later and spoke with Larry who was not only rude and provocative but also threatened me over the phone. I tried my best to resolve the matter with these guys, but they just don’t care anymore because they already took my money.I called my banks customer service hotline earlier and was told that they can’t reverse the charge because I was physically present at the business location where I was robbed of my money. I was not asked to approve the amount being charged to my credit card, I was not told the amount being charged to my credit card (just before the charge) and I was not shown the amount being charged to my credit card. I was under the impression that I was being charged $77.49 (pending amount) but was handed a receipt for $177.49.I did not put in any PIN and I was also not asked to sign any receipt when Larry ran my card through his machine. Somehow my banks system shows that a PIN was entered even though I physically never entered a PIN. And Larrys security cameras are enough to prove that I never entered any PIN.I plan on taking the matter higher to Better Business Bureau and will keep you guys posted on how to properly dispute a fraudulent charge the right way. In the meanwhile, stay far away from this company.For those of you who think each company needs time to evolve and get better, I went to this company (unfortunately) in Jan 2019 and this company has been in business for a while. This company only got better at charging credit cards in a way that the charge is indisputable at the bank.

WOW!!!!!My Wife and I are traveling in our Motorhome towing our CRV. We were in New Mexico when we noticed the windshield in our CRV had a crack and needed to be replaced. I phoned Safelite to get a quote they gave us a price and when we went to book an appointment their price changed adding in some sort of insurance etc so we cancelled the appointment with Safelite. I checked our next stop for Windshield replacement companies and found Wright Auto Glass in Grapevine Texas phoned on a Friday and spoke with the Owner Larry Wright explained our problem and that we would be arriving in Grapevine on Saturday evening he said to give him call first thing Monday morning and he would take care of the replacement he had two of our windshields instock. His price was equal or less than Safelite plus a discount because we were staying in Grapevine. We phoned first thing Monday morning and were advised to come on over around 9:30 am, we arrived at 9:15 we were taken right in and completed around 10:30 am ALL DONE. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT JOB, GREAT PRICE, AND WHAT A GREAT FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

I had my windshield replaced by mobile service company and 4 days later it was raining and I took the car out and saw leaking in the car so I call this company and told them its leaking inside the car after that I got run around for 10 days so I took my car to Wright Auto Glass he checked and said they didnt installed properly but Mr. Larry fix the problem and he didnt charge me.....Very friendly people.
