My sofa and love seat from Kiss it Good Buy arrived on Friday and I am so happy with them! I have shopped in this store for many years and have found the merchandise to be fantastic and the owners and workers to be professional, friendly, and helpful! Whether my purchase is large or small, its always a great experience. In the time of COVID, its also reassuring to shop in stores that still require masks. Keeping the public safe for a while longer is the key to a return to normal. Visit this store; you wont be disappointed!

What a fabulous place with a little bit of everything. I was looking for specific items for a contemporary house. I showed Chelsea pictures of the space and she showed me some great pieces. Everyone was so friendly and pointing out suggestions. Really great place with unusual things! Loved the onyx pillars that light up as statement pieces.

I’ve been shopping here for years and have found very unique pieces and quality items at fair prices. I try to pop in at least once a month and walk away with something most times. I recently purchased a very cool chandelier that everyone loves and were like “where did you get that!” Definitely not from Home Depot. 😎

Love this place. If I need an addition to my furniture I look here first. Have been coming here at least ten years. I have a dining room table and chairs that seats eight. I have a coffee table and end table bought at different times but very similar cottage design. A leather chair and ottoman. All high quality at very discounted prices. Inventory is always changing.

If you haven’t kept up with the growth of this operation you need to schedule a visit . From its meager beginning over 20 years ago on North Main Street doubling its size there before moving to its current location doubling its size again adding higher price points, more brands and new categories . The team has fought many battles in those 20 years with maybe the biggest being this past year. Come by and see why their loyal customers have stuck with them and why new customers keep coming back. We came there for the first time looking to see if they had any rugs, they did but we didnt get anything. There were really cool furniture and other things there. There was even a jukebox!

I have been a long time customer. I have sold and purchased furniture here.They always have such unique finds and quality furniture! I just purchased a sectional sofa with an ottoman and rug for my upstairs living room. The owner was great and helped me put it all together. Definitely check out when in Grapevine. Fun to look around even if you are not in the market for furniture.

This store is magnificent! If you are looking for unique, high-end furniture you have to shop here. Large store that is packed with beautiful masterpieces that you wont find anywhere else at prices well below retail. Its consignment so think Highland Park mansions meet Offer Up or online marketplace listings in a mid-cities store front. The owner also has new merchandise from Marketplace samples at great prices. Dont miss the cool jewelry cases too!

I had been looking for months for a new sofa and could not find exactly what I wanted until I checked again with Kiss it Good Buy and there it was! I wasn’t looking necessarily looking for a good deal - it just had to be the right shape and acceptable color. There it was. Perfect! They are excellent to work with. Only caution, if you see it buy it now, because it won’t be there later!

Interesting selection of mostly quality consingment furniture. It is overcrowded and hard to move at times.

Always friendly staff. I have consigned over 100 items with them. I am very pleased with the return I have received for my items and how fast they sold. Items I have purchased were great values and quality goods. I do a walk through twice a month to keep up with new merchandise. Owners have a great eye for merchandising and display. Always a variety of designs and styles of furnishings. Come to Grapevine for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Absolutely fell in love with my new coffee table. It was so unique and I was even more shocked that the price was so affordable. I will definitely be making frequent visits to see what is new. Staff was very friendly and even loaded it up for me.

As an observer and purchaser there are a couple of characteristics I can point out regarding Kiss It Goodbye. As a purchaser I can vouch for the high quality and authenticity of the items they sell. Even now my Dining Room Table still looks brand new due to it quality made material. That was easily ten years ago that I bought it. As an observer (contractor for them), it seems that consignors are satisfied with their arrangements. This is evident in the constant turn over of the items sold and the consistent traffic in and out of the store.

Thank you (George and staff) for helping my girlfriend and I load up a dresser today! You guys were so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back to check out the wide array of priceless-yet-affordable furniture that yall are selling. My expectations were definitely exceeded!!

Amazing shop. Just behind Tolberts. Tons of unique, high quality furnishings and accessories. With new shipments coming in daily. So fun to browse. Shopkeepers are helpful and kind. I could get lost in their cute store for hours. In fact while searching for some pieces to outfit our sons new rental house, my hubby and I did.

I cant say enough about my experience here. I was able to sell all of my living room furniture with no problem, an oriental rug plus a couch, 4 chairs and an ottoman by Bassett. All except one chair were sold within a few weeks for half of what I paid for them, as agreed upon. I had a wonderful rapport with Lisa, the owner, and will probably stop by just to say hi another day. Her daughter, Chelsea, was also pleasant, as were the other employees. My checks were ready on time, as promised. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is considering using a consignment shop.

I have been to this store on several different occasions being a somewhat beginner antique and vintage collector! Very nice store indeed with always some of the best and unique things I have seen. One drawback however, You need to pay close attention on what the prices are for some of the items they have. Some of the items are priced for the same price they were when the owner bought them BRAND NEW! Remember: this is a consignment store, the items are used, not new and certainly in NOT NEW condition! So just be smart and watch what your buying and look for any original price tags that are still on the items when purchased brand new!Now when you walk in you will see two females typically working together. They look alike and from my understanding Mother and daughter! The Daughter is Rude, short tempered and acts as if she knows it all. She truly has no business working with the public until she learns how to speak to a customer professionally. The store can be a much better place without her! The mother on the other hand is nice and courteous - Very helpful and smiling all the time. I am guessing the daughter was hired by the mom due to having issues working with the public at any other public company. This is my take on the store and hope they get smart and hire a more professional, courteous and mostly nice employer that has a good refection and reputation on the store, because it truly is a great place!

My two star rating is not based on the quality and selection, but rather the lack of customer service. Zero personality, no acknowledgement whatsoever and they were NOT busy......maybe the ladies were just having a bad day...but after scanning other comments it seems to be the norm. 😕. I will spend my money where my business is appreciated.

So, this is another great place we discovered during our last visit to Grapevine 7/7/2018. Its amazing the places you find OFF main street. This is a great little antique store. LOVED the lavender candles and wax squares. There were a couple of very classy chandeliers, hutches and dressers... the kind youd expect at an upper end and over priced places. Here though, the prices are right on target and the owner and her look alike younger sister (daughter actually) can and will work on price with you. This too has become one of the places on our list of must visit, when we go to Grapevine.

We have been in many times and gave not bought anything due to the lack of negotiation. We have bought many pieces at many places and have negotiated with owners of the piece via the store front. When we attempt to negotiate with Kiss it Good Buy we are met with Thats the price and We are the owners. While the items are of good value the prices are like a retail store and not a consignment store.

Really unique items and a great staff! Great prices. I really like the way the pieces are presented. I bring out of town guest here because its a lot of fun discussing the items from our childhood and finding that one piece you cant live without!

I have sold items with Lisa and Chelsea for about 12 years. They always do their best for me to make re-homing my furniture and decor items as painless as possible. A couple of times I have tried the Craigslist route and after the hassles of setting up meeting times, etc etc, I have always gone back to Kiss it Good Buy to get the job done.

After reading past reviews my wife and I visited this facility hoping to find some beautiful, gently used furniture. The reviews were very accurate. The furniture was nice, however the staff was rude, unaccommodating and very disrespectful. We wont be back. Even if their goods were free!!! The owners and staff need a personality and some customer service lessons.

Very unique and high quality furniture. The ladies are very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I visit the store there is always new furniture and they seem to get new inventory daily. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially in regards to the quality of furniture they sell.

The sense of entitlement here is palpable. They have some good stuff here, but they know it and charge every penny for it! The way they turn up their nose is a turn off and Ill gladly take my money elsewhere. And dont think of taking a child in there. My 12 year old was preyed upon by staff. As if he looked at anything, it would spontaneously combust!

This is a great concept. We were surprised at the extent of the available inventory of furnishings. It looks like a good way to dispose of high quality and well maintained furniture.

I have been buying and selling with KIGB for many years. Lisa and Chelsea are wonderful to work with as well as their staff. I am a professional organizer and often need to find a new home for my clients items. KIGB is perfect for that.

Trust ... this one of the BEST HIDDEN PLACES anywhere around to find great treasures !You really could spend half of a day in there looking ... and if you have something to sell ... well - they are very particular that the items coming in are in perfect condition. Okay, but I can see why most of their inventory has been discarded by owners. Most everything I liked didnt have a price tag and upon asking was told not for sale.

This is the consignment store that I always come to first when I am looking for something. The selection is eclectic and varied. I feel like I am in a New York City Greenwich Village Boutique.

Bought a dining set for 2K after being offered storage for free while our home was being completed (1to 2 months away) only to have woman call and inform me that we would need to pick up that day as she was having a party that night and if we couldnt she would just have to put outside.....really?!! Turns out she had it stored in a trailer outside that leaked and ruined the table. She has made it look like she has tried to help by offering an exchange, but everything she has had would extract another 1K from us. The table was paid for in advance with the idea it would be stored safely for one to two months and then delivered in the condition when purchased-not even close!! We have a 2K table with water damage in our home. Not a cultured staff-cant imagine what she talks people into taking for their furniture but sure know what she charges and the integrity after you pay.

For the selection, design expertise, customer service, and bang for your buck Kiss it Good Buy is, by far, the best furniture store in DFW. And if were talking about high-end furniture for the money, its the best Ive ever been in. Ive been looking for its equal for years and Ive yet to find it.

I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional by anyone as I was by the owner of this store. I have bought several items from this store including 2 formal chairs, 2 large mirrors and several art pieces. I have even recommended this place to my family, friends and coworkers. My last purchase was a large tapestry for the wall of my formal living room area. While removing the item from the wall, the store handyman accidentally dropped and broke the finials on both ends of the tapestry rod. I was assured that the piece could be repaired so I purchased it with the understanding that I would pick it up in a few days after the work had been done. I wanted to leave the tapestry and rod together at the store and pick them up once the repairs were done. The owner told me to take the tapestry and leave the finials and rod because the tapestry may be misplaced in the store move. A few days later, after driving a pretty good distance (1hr drive with traffic) to pick up the piece, the salesperson informed that the pieces were still broken. The salesperson, myself and my friend waited at least 15 minutes for the owner to get off the phone. She was at the front desk the entire time and completely ignored us as we stood in front of her. Once she got off the phone, she bypassed us to help a customer who had entered the store after us. Once the owner finally returned to the front desk, the salesperson showed her that the piece was still broken and her response was there was nothing she could do because she hadnt broken it, the store handyman had and he was responsible for it. She also said that I shouldve left the tapestry with the rod at the store. I had to remind her that is what I wanted to do in the beginning but was told by her to take the tapestry at the time I purchased it. She did not have a response to this. Needless to say, I did not want to drive all the way back home to return the tapestry so I told her that I would have the finials repaired and attached to the rod. I wouldve been satisfied with as little as a $20 store credit to put towards the cost of the new finials. The salesperson and I pulled up similar finials on my phone that were priced at least twice this amount. The owner flatly refused to issue a store credit and told me to return the item if I did not want it. Her demeanor was very dismissive, rude and abrupt. As I was leaving the store, the salesperson told me she was very sorry about the entire interaction. I told her that it was okay and she said no it was not okay and a customer should never be treated that way. I believe you should treat others the way you would like to be treated but I see that this owner is not of the same mindset, so shop at your own risk. I have definitely kissed this store goodbye.
