I love the variety and quality of items I can get here compared to Walmart. Since thats basically all we have in this small town. Well and Fred Meyers. Anyway, they have good stuff but they are a little high priced. However if you download their app and save the coupons that you can use then you will end up walking out with a lot for little money. This is one of those places where its all about the app and coupons or forget it.

They have incredible deals now and then. Store is organized and spacious enough to maneuver well. They do not carry candle making supplies or airbrush paint! I did an online order and picked it up as well as got amazing deals on fabric and all went smoothly. I took a number like the sign says and no one ever called me at the fabric portion. They told me that when it isnt super busy in the store just ring the bell instead. :) That would have saved me a LOT of time so I figured Id share! Happy Crafting!

Nicely surprised at some of the high quality fabrics.

Overall they have good fabric. The prices on somethings are a little steep, but Im not a fabric expert. There was quite a long wait. Its important to be friendly but with a long line there should be some focus on timeliness and a little less focus on personal conversations.

If you are artsy/crafty, than check out Joanns. Sometimes they dont have much, but its been hard for every store to keep their stock up to par with the virus going around. Bottom line? Great place to go, have fun, get lost, and get new craft ideas. Stay healthy as and happy!!!

Crafting and sewing warehouse for a variety of DIY projects. Recent needs have been all cotton thread, jump rings and jewelry findings and all were found at Jo-Anns.

Totally awesome! I had no idea what I was doing. The manager Jocwelyn is brilliant, kind, helpful. Had a terrific idea for fixing this, directed me to another vendor for part of the solution, and got me the best price. Totally awesome.

Awesome store great customer service

We get frustrated with the couponing system, but we keep coming back. Its the best craft resource in Grants Pass.To be fair, the clerks are usually very warm and helpful. You should have seen them pouring over the racks when I told them I was trying a find just the right blue plaid to replicate our sons Christmas stocking that was lost in the Alameda Fire! I could hardly get them to stop.

Good prices. Great customer service. Such a fun store to shop in. 🦋

Let me tell you about Lisa!! She had amazing customer service from beginning to end, was very personable and even helped me with Cricut tips and tricks! I have ran my own retail business for years and know an outstanding employee when I see one! She is something special. I find this store fascinating.It seems to have just about anything I might want.I can make things or not but I think Im going to make something.I just need to figure out what it is.I have all these things at my disposal so I must make something.Whatcha think?

Definitely excited with their door buster sale right now! Though I do believe that if you dont know how to use a computer right dont use it the cashier kid could didnt understand much about the register but hey no harm no foul still happy with everything I got! All this for $30

This store has gotten to where it nothing in stock and no one who actually sews to help you. Nine times out of ten I leave with nothing because the shelf or slot in empty. JoAnn sends out coupons then the entire store is on sale and the coupons are useless. Those of us who craft or sew are stuck going here because it is the only craft store in Grants Pass. Thank goodness there are other fabric stores!

While I have always had a good experience while shopping in the store I cannot say the same for shopping Joann fabric online. I have tried shopping online twice now and both times my order was confirmed only to receive an email later to tell me items on my order have been canceled. I have yet to receive a full order. I would suggest that there needs to be better system in place to track stock availability rather than accepting an order and then later deciding you do not have enough of an item to fulfill an order. I am very disappointed in your current process and will not be ordering online in the futurem

It’s always a great time shopping at Joanns for help and supplies with your next project. It’s sometimes hard to get help on the cutting of fabric and find things, but overall I like this store. I’ve gotten lots of great and attentive advice and help from the employees here!.

I am in a wheelchair, which makes getting certain things back up to the front; an associate aided me with taking the bulky items up to the register for me...

I hate leaving negative reviews but this one lady at the cutting counter is not friendly at all when you approach the counter. She doesnt even greet you until like a minute later and all she says is what can I get you.. But.. Once she gives you your fabric slip shes all cheery and sends you off happily. It almost feels like shes happy shes done serving you and for you to get out of her face. It happens every time she cuts my fabric. All of the other employees are great otherwise

This store in Grants Pass is awesome. The people are super friendly and there isnt a long wait at the cutting table. The store is really organized. Wish they didnt have all the stuff available in the check out area because my kids want to buy it all.

Good on-hand inventory and selection. Pricing slightly above average. Service was ok.It turned out I needed to return some of the products I purchased. It was a saturday late afternoon. There was one other return in front of me and one person with a large order. The other persons return of 4 items took about 20 min. I did ask if they had other team members they could call to assist. Dead silence. 8 more minutes and team member calls for help. Total time for me to walk in and do a simple return was about 45 minutes. I cant give a good service review at this time.

We were greeted with a list of Do Nots and Will not Tolerates. (Like participating in gang activity and walking on the mulch!)Very negative vibe. Started looking for any indication that this place was happy to have guests, but never found it. There is no bathroom, showers or laundry in the RV park. Had to use a shuttle service to get to any amenities as the RVers are sent way out of the way in what seemed like a land-filled wetlands.My husband literally got stuck in the mud right out side the RV. The lone egret flying over head appreciated the karma. The dog park where it was posted to be the ONLY area allowed to walk your dog was about a foot under water. A security vehicle drove very slowly past our RV every 45 minutes looking into my windows. Gave me the creeps.

The materials seem to be thinner. The quality has changed YET their prices have continued to CLIME and DONT say its the Covid. Lines in that store were hours long. They made a killing on sales.

Was so disappointed, this is where I used to get my steak, the only place, doesnt look like I will any more, the steak came totally gray, totally over done & cold. I asked for medium well, with pink. The steak is different cut of meat than what they used to serve, used to be a nice thick piece of very flavorful meat, juicy & hot, no more. Took forever to get the meal, waiter tried hard, got me another piece of meat, juicier & warm when I got it, but again took forever to get it. Not busy at all, that should have been a clue. Again, so dissappointed.

Always great customer service, but doesnt have a lot of employees at busy times, so you often have to wait in line awhile. Not the employees fault so Im always kind to them when it happens, but better for others to have a heads up that its probly gonna happen so the kindness can be reproduced.Fairly small store, but its packed full, so has a good variety of products (which is nice since we dont have a Michaels/Craft Warehouse/Hobby Lobby). They have art supplies, unfinished wood, floral, fabric, sewing/quilting supplies including machines, jewelry making, cake decorating, pillow forms/foam, knitting/crocheting supplies & yarn, some wedding stuff, & more ( thats just all Ive experienced myself).

Always a friendly and helpful staff. Because they are a small store, they are sometimes low on stock or sell out of sale items quickly. But we are grateful to have them in Grants Pass!

Nice selection of fabric and notions. People were really nice. Prices are kind of high but it may be just me. They have a wheelchair and shopping carts but no motor chairs for handicapped people. Thats okay.

This is my second home. I love all the coupons. I had an issue with a sale item that they did not stock. I called the company and they honored the price online and waved shipping.

Usually very overpriced across the board. And 5 times out of 6 there is a line of at least three people with only one checker. They seemed to step up their game during the holiday rush, and I hope they keep it that way!

Wont shop there ever again after the way they treated me and my husband. I submitted an email to customer service and got a standard computer generated response. It used to be one of my favorite places to go with my kids....

I went to pick up the order I purchased online...young woman asked the other young women to wait on me. Was handed the blanket and left the store. They have many crafting products along with fabrics. I will go back in the Spring so I can reuposter my deck bench.

Closed early on a snow day. Wasnt bad enough to close the store so that was disappointing. Clearance isle was fabulous store was clean staff was friendly and helpful.

I was really disappointed with my resent visit to Joann fabrics and crafts. First. when asking a simple questions about stuff on sale no one could answer my question. One employee had to go look at the ad she brought herself to find out, the other one at the register had to ask the other employee if the same item was on sale even though it was posted, and argued with me about it being on sale. I also had to find said employees in the first place, first to cut material and second to check out. Thankfully the store wasnt busy. I used to love Joanns but not anymore. This isnt the first time I have had problems with the G.P. Joanns. It seems like this is a common occurrence now.

Very nice staff, they are always helpful and friendly and many times they have searched with me when I couldnt find something. I wish the store were bigger so they could carry more but they do very well for the size of the store. I see some people have not taken that into consideration which is too bad. JoAnn has to be the place to go for things of a crafty nature. My early years as a crafts person taught me to shop and get ideas before taking on the vision I have, and this JoAnn store did not let me down. Not the size of stores that taught me about their shopping, but this one makes up for it by being right here, right now. If you are going to make things for a holiday, or have plans to have people over for just about any reason, JoAnns will support that event. I would suggest this store, for your work so come on and ask for help - you will find it here!

I wish we had more craft supplies in town because JOANN fabrics and crafts are not the answer for me. I shop online because its too difficult to get any attention in Joanns. I walked around the store for 25 minutes, made my selections of items I needed for my crafts. I went up to the cash register and there were 7 people in line ahead of me. So I expected a little wait. The issue is there was only one cashier and she was trying to help a customer with a problem/question and she had no regard for everyone else waiting in line. She never called for back-up, nor did any other clerk ever arrive to render assistance. I waited 14 minutes without a single person being waited on. I left my items behind and left the store.
