I take back my previous review. Worst customer service hands down. Do not buy a vehicle here. They’re nice until you find issues and then they don’t want to help at all. Do not buy a vehicle here, go to at least Lithia in Medford.

Took a vehicle under warranty in to get a quote to fix a broken door handle. Lithias service tech confirmed the door handle was broken and charged my company $150 for diagnostics to confirm the same thing we told them prior to coming in. I understand the need to charge for a few minutes of diagnostic work, but $150 is outrageous and unethical to me. It would have been another $250 to fix it, as supposedly door handle repairs are not under warranty.

After purchasing a vehicle they refused to service my truck. Said I had to wait a month to get a replacement key. They were rude to me.Thank god for the keyman! They helped us. Shop local and avoid the corporations that want your money but cant provide service.

We choose Grants Pass Lithia for work on our dodge ram because they have an efficient staff. We feel we get quality for our money

GREAT staff. Unfortunately a minor oversight on their part cost me. Despite this Id take my car there for service again.

Told me they could do a job they couldn’t and sh scheduled me anyways. Horrible customer service. Never taking a vehicle here again. Les Schwab got the job done in 10 minutes the next day.
