If you’re a parent using WIC don’t waste your time. The labels are not adequately marked. As if the process isn’t painful enough, the clerks and manager on duty didn’t honor the incorrectly marked items OR offer to have an employee grab the correct item like they usually do. The current staff needed replaced and the clerk who checked me out was rude, snooty, and treated me distastefully because I was using a WIC card. When I go in paying cash the service I receive is of course superb.

They had everything I was shopping for. There were some good sales going on as well.

The deli and the butchers are very nice people.

If I could give a zero star I would was looking for imos sauce couldn’t find it and the deli people didn’t want to help me because they were closing

Its Shnucks always too busy and too high the only grocery store where you cant buy eggs for less than $2 a dozen wonder why.Everything is usually $1 higher here donate $5 or $6 every time I go here instead of Walmart. This store doesnt have security cameras outside some people have been robbed in the lot and the lot sweeper guy tries to drive straight at you I felt assaulted after he drove straight towards the front of my car until his headlights were in my eyes and swerved away within 15 or 20 feet I was shaking so if I see him with his cleaning truck I sit outside on my car if Im waiting for someone he wont do that to me again

Good store that offers a pharmacy where you can keep track of your blood pressure.

This place is awful. Moved from this town 3 years ago and back then Schnucks was a great store, very clean, well stocked. Very good produce. Not anymore. Really sad.

Always been one of my favorite grocery stores. May be a little more expensive then some but you just cant buy service. I also worked there for a year and a half and was my first job. So I know how the store runs.

Need to open up doors againNeed to have customer service again. Needs more cashiers and baggers instead of more self check out. Several fantastic workers like Jennifer Wilson.

The CVS pharmacy inside the store would not sell me hypodermic insulin needles, told me it was illegal. I am not from this state so I looked up state laws. That is a lie.The police were called on us, saying our ebt card was stolen. Not true. The police came, found we are NOT at fault. Not even so much as a sorry to us.Tweaker walking around the store left and right yet they do nothing about THAT. Worst grocery experience in my life. Ive been to all 50 states, lived in 20 of them, and this was the absolute WORST.

They had exactly what I was looking for for a decent price.

Schnucks is always cool and calm. I go in by myself sometimes to spend a quck 50 bucks on tea. I have no problems in there. My hubby goes in 3 times a day we order fried fish at the seafood bar. We have plenty of rewards for this store.

It aint nothing like the Richmond Heights, MO location, but this is a very nice and well kept Schnucks

I found what I needed fairly fast and easy. Not too crowded.

Excellent grocery store. Employees were friendly at checkout. Overall the store was neat and easy to shop. Fully stocked isles and fresh meat. The floral department had some great deals and the fresh flower selection was pretty large. Employees and most customers were following COVID guidelines.

Wish the seafood department stayed open until 8pm. They are always closed when I enter.I remember the first Schnucks in St Charles county Missouri back 1960s. Schnucks needs to treat Granite store as a crown jewel. Your customers are dedicated, this is the Only nice store to shop. Please give us verity, bring nice items to this store. Edwardsville has a better selection. Please treat your customers as treasured, we can go to other towns to shop.

One thing I say is this is one place that I felt safest during the pandemic always cleaning making sure people are masked up and trying to keep stock in as much as possible thanks for all you did

Every time I go there, the workers help me grocery shop.

This Schnunks is nice. Store is clean. Staff is friendly. Deli counter and checkers most of them are super courteous. Sometimes stock is low. Checkers need to learn not to smash your bread with can goods when bagging.

I shop here alot...had several items I needed from the deli today..so I handed the woman the list I had made thinking it would be easier for her and me...the eye roll I received wasnt appreciated...next time Ill go to Cionkos...I wont be treated that way there...they have class!

I like schnucks but I dislike their self checkout. I would scan it put it in the bag and then the robot tells me to scan it and put it in the bag and im looking like I just did... keep up! I hate technology sometimes. Hows it convenient to be at the self checkout but its taking me longer than standing in line🤔? Make that make sense

They have taken plenty of precautions towards the pandemic by keeping both the customers and employees safe with protective barriers, sanitation, and providing disinfectant and masks to customers without really impeding the customers ability to shop. Masks are still required to shop here, but thats entirely fine to keep others safe.

I Im not quite sure how everyone starts their morning maybe the people here had a badd meeting this morning or something. I said good morning to at least 3 employees and not one said good morning back or even shot me a smile which I think is weird and even the cashier lady didnt say a word to me until it was time to pay and when I was walking away and underneath her breath she said have a good day like she did not want me to hear it but she had to say it. I rate souly on the attitude of the employees and not one had a friendly attitude.

Love that I get in and out and the cashiers always clean behind each customer.

Poor service. It tok 10 minutes to get a manager. The cashier hit the wrong button and charged us 50$ more then it should. But the poor managment of the issue caused hours on the phone. And still not resolved.

Typical grocery store staff was nice

Nice people working there. Fresh produce and a good spread of meats. Definitely a great variety throughout the store! It always seems to be 20 to 40 dollars higher than the competition. Thats just my experience! Ive asked others and they didnt have the same outcome.

This is a nice store. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a good selection of products. The meat selection is varied but pricey, I started going to my local butcher instead. The store is clean and presentable and they offer free snacks for the young ones.

Great clean huge grocery store in the middle of the strip of town that has Lotto, customer service desk, a Pharmacy, and the best rewards points program in town. You get cash that accumulates from giving your phone number on each purchase you make, and when you do your big grocery shopping make sure to give your number to not only get all of the electronic coupons taken off but to accumulate “A Rewards points” balance that’s a monetary figure and accumulates fast at a great rate. Each month we normally have $20-30.00 each month in rewards points, so that if we need to run in and grab flowers for a gift or soup if someone falls ill, or just a dozen donuts on the weekend and ice cream on a bad evening, you can just run in grab and tell cashier you want to use any points that you have available. If you have enough from your shopping throughout the month, then you just walk out with a nicely earned treat!!Great rewards points.They must treat their employees well because they’ve all been there for years and there’s no high turn over rate at all. That always speaks volumes for a business!They have the best cakes and bakery inside in our opinion it’s better than the stand alone bakery in town and they will customize things on the fly for you!

We called at the last minute for sandwich, fruit and veggie trays, for a funeral visitation. Katy and her crew stepped up and made these all up for us within the hour. No complaints and did it all with a smile. Thanks Katy for helping us feed a large crew that were there to say goodbye to our precious NaNa

Very good produce, you can always get what you are looking for. They are a little pricey but good variety on groceries. Much better than the local Walmart!

We went to get a special offer on a ham for Christmas and were told they were done slicing for the day at 7:00. After making excuses, the best that the manager could offer was for us to buy the ham and theyd slice it in the morning. That wont work for us. We rarely go to Schnucks and will make sure to avoid this location.

My go to place for grocery shopping. The rewards program is great and saves me alot, team up with the coupons on the app. Great place.

The next time I go and you only have 2 lanes open and a long line in each I will leave my cart full and walk out. I feel you are pushing the self checkout. The 20 items or less lane is never open.
