It his place is awesome! I brought my beat up 2011 Honda Fit and got it back in mint condition in less than a week. The mans name here is Cesar and I had the pleasure of doing business with him. I highly recommend bringing your car with any scratches or bumps to get repaired. Even if you got it into a wreck this business has the connections to the parts and hardware needed to get your car in good shape.

This is a smaller Walmart.The stench of cigarettes and weed is very strong at the entrance most days. The parking lot has a lot of trash. You will see a few chipper associates that have been there a long time. Selection on most products is generally smaller than other store.Many unsafe events have occurred here both during the day and at night.

Not the largest Walmart around, consequently they are usually out of stock on the more popular items and brands. Come early in the day to shop because by 7ish pm the shelves in grocery are bare. Returns here are generally no hassle and the money center is fast, accurate and professional. There is a bank located inside as well. They have a very limited fine jewelery counter as well.

Horribly merchandised. Not enough associates working. I literally saw an employee overhear me say Where is somebody? I need help with this and they ran off as quick as possible. Definitely the worst Walmart in this area.

While its often the last Walmart to receive some items in stock, the employees go out of their way to make up for it. I shop here for them now. They deserve it. They put their lives on the line for minimum wage to keep us fed and clothed. Keep up the good work employees of Walmart. We appreciate you.

Terrible! Empty shelves. Long checkouts. Not enough registers open. Just sad!! Walmart you can do better. The only pleasant section is the pharmacy. They do excellent service.

I took my 2020 Nissan Armada to get the tires rotated and the mechanic left grease all over my leather interior. Walmart Was going to clean it off but no one showed after 20 minutes. So I cleaned it off with leather cleaner that I already had I didnt trust them to clean it off anyway.

Walmart here is decent! Not as big of a selection as stores of same size, but definitely ok for a quick trip to grab essentials.

It was OK, I was offended was the you man asked where was my receipt for a store pick up and response to him was do you se the orange sticker on my bag showing its a store pick up. The employee did apologize and told me the some customers get really upset, so my thoughts is his approach.

They never have enough cashiers to check ppl out and Im not going for self check it takes humans job so I have to wait in a line with 60 ppl in it

Ask an employee for assistance. The employee didnt even stop. Just said I dont work in this department. If you dont work in that department, but youre wearing a Walmart vest or is uniform, please, at the very least stop and speak to your companys customer.

I really dont go to Walmart alot but the workers and people are very nice. They are always working good together and are very helpful to lead you in the right direction for what youre looking for.

I picked up my order without any hassles . That was great considering it was my furst time and my phone wasnt cooperating. I called and the sales team directed me where to park . Within 5 minutes my order was handled to me . 5 stars for pickup. Delivery I give 4. Some items ship from separate locations Im still waiting on half my order. They shoukd be a little quicker with my box #2. Its not coming until this week. Two weeks after order. Also you cannot switch delivery to pickup.

Why this store orders plants and then never waters them is ridiculous. Half empty shelves. Poor selection of merchandise.

The ppl that work in the automotive depart are lazy and liars. Tried telling a customer they cant put anything other then synthetic oil in his car and wanted to argue with him. Dropped a rim off to get a tire put on that was told over the phone it was $72 then it rang out to a few $$ short of $100. They lie and dont bother saying about the other fees. Asked the guy if they would call when it was done since we were dropping off and were leaving and he said yes. Call up there and it had been done for almost 2 hrs and they claimed they sent a text and paged in store. No text was sent and they knew we werent there. Refused to discount anything due to their lies and short falls. DO NOT use their automotive department for anything

It was terrible. Hardly any items in the frozen foods section. Hardly any thing stocked in the grocery aisles. Only 3 checkout Lanes open. I mean who is running this store? Its always like this. Where is the district manager? Do they not visit their stores? Who are the buyers? They should be fired. Its just ridiculous. Its only good if you need an item or two and can self checkout. That is if they have the one or two items you went there for.

Had new girl learning the register. She did a wonderful job.

But everytime I go here there are No driving carts to be had . And now no place to sit, if you cant stand long like me, get in there wheelchair and do the best I can, shop until I cant go any more, thanks to my gf got everything needed today.

Only 3 or 4 regular lanes open. And the Self checkout is always packed. Better get there when they open, or youll NEVER get out. I will gladly drive to the GLEN CARBON, Walmart. They are the BEST by far...even over Collinsville. Way more reg checkouts and self checkouts. 😍

Of course the Walmart has everything you need and is a family atmosphere and you can somewhat Rush In And rush out but most of the time the lines are long and you have to wait awhile but they are willing to work with you and open another line if necessary

Grocery guys were efficient and pleasant. They almost had everything we ordered. The security company is good at hiring rude people who drive poorly and are on a power trip; another armed entitle bully. Thanks WalMart, youre doing mediocre splendidly.

A lot of time their shelves are bare i dont know if its just the days i go maybe before they get inventory. Overall its a good Walmart

Parking is the worst part. Other than that they are usually friendly and very helpful. Today Richard help me find birthday cards and let me know to be careful going out into the snow that was expected. Great guy

They are fast and efficient. I never have to wait more than a few minutes after checking in to receive my items. However, they are out of things way too often. I believe they need to do a better job ordering according to demand.

Always a clean and wiped down buggy for handicapped patrons. The door greeter seems sincerely happy when welcoming folks to the store. The employees that are stocking shelves always stop and physically take me to the aisle is that the product I cant find is located. I love my neighborhood Walmart & will continue to shop there for years to come!!

Very good. Walked up to curbside service with no car and they handled it very well. Brought my bags right to me. No hassle, no fuss.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially David who was stocking groceries 2/6/21 at about 10am. He was funny and kind.The store was clean and busy with staff stocking shelves. Everyone was cordial.I spent $129 and I know I would have spent twice that at any other store. Great Value!4 stars leaves room for improvement. Great job Walmart.

I absolutely cannot stand this Walmart they never have anything stocked you go back they have the product when you return they dont have the problem they never have enough lanes open even though they have workers walking around doing absolutely nothing most of them are very rude and non helpful I do not recommend anybody going to this Walmart honestly even if you live in Granite City I recommend Collinsville Glen carbon or Edwardsville

This location always has low stock of water alot of the time they have no water.

What can I say about Walmart, its horrible. There inventory is thin. The check out lanes are slow; and, they only have 2 lanes open at any given time. Employees are distracted with talking. No help to find anything. Why cant Granite City Illinois store get better help and have more inventory. Poor Walmart ! I do my best not to shop at Walmart.

My complain with all Walmarts in the county North County they do not have large bags anymore. The cashier checking you out tries to put too much in the little bag Walmart need to stop being cheap reorder large shopping bags so the cashier can have more room for larger items. I would like to mention the fact the Walmart North County do not have when you are writing telling you to use your finger and that is unacceptable managers please order pins for the pads at checkout there are too many germs for people to be putting their fingers on that pads trying to sign order pins thank you.

Every Walmart has the same selection. Granite city Walmart is always very dirty outside when we go. We had to walk thru used masks and trash to get into the store. They seem to have more security now in the parking lot so that is good.

Product in wrong places with wrong price argue about honoring it. Have to wait 20+ mins to get help from anyone. Have like 4 registers only 1 is ever open all rest are self checkout 3/4 dont accept cash or are card only no cash back. Dirty bathrooms.

I found stuff on sale at this store that Walmart near me dont have marked down.I purchased some things & came back to get more...lol. To me..this is a smaller Wamart but they have a good selection...except toys...it was basically bare shelves. Everything else was good ..as usual.

They should absolutely have more people at their checkout lines theres no reason why 25-30 people should be waiting in line

Love the pick up for groceries. Order, pick a time, they notify you when order is ready, go to designated spot and they load you up! Only thing lately is availability of items. Out of stock on 10 items on my list.

I really like coming to this Walmart. Its set up nicely, and clean. Ive never had to wait long in line to check out. Not even during the shutdown. I also like the way the workers keep the self checkout registers clean and sanitized. Ive been to many different Walmarts and have only seen this practice done here. Keep up the great work.

I usually shop at this Walmart supercenter for groceries. The crowd usually isnt as bad as the other Wal-Marts and the produce is usually fresh.

Its a Wal-Mart. Pretty standard quality products and service in line with other Wal-Marts. This store has not instituted no checkers as of yet so I will still shop here

Only one cashier lane open. And would tell you that you can only have 20 items for self scan . It took about 40 minutes to check out. Sad no one wants to work

1st time at this location. Limited supplies, not a lot of options, Store was in disarray.Had an encounter with the manager, went through the self checkout with purchasing over $300 worth of household items. The self check out register was not working properly, the attendee was very cordial, tried several times to work on machine, said she had had problems all day with that register, so she called a manager. The manager took over 20 minutes to acknowledge the situation, then acted were oddly rude, like the whole fact she had to be bothered angered her. My husband had already took the bags out not realizing the register was broken, he came back in after 40 minutes because it was taking so long. I told them what was happening he ran back out to get the groceries to be rung up again. While he was outside I went to sit down and the manager started screaming at me she was having me arrested??? She completely ignored me when I explained to her I just had back surgery and had to sit down, it was taking so long, I couldnt stand anymore. I walked a couple feet just sit in a wheelchair. She never apologized, for the register failure or the wait, she was very perturbed, and very slow like she had a point to make with us. Very bizarre behavior. And after spending that much not even a thank you she didnt even put the last items in a bag she just walked off... We didnt know she was dying had to go to the bathroom or what she just left??? I dont understand how Walmart picks their employees but this one is completely not manage a material..
