This is a beautifully clean, well-kept area. We recently visited to treat a family member to frozen yogurt, as a reward for getting vaccinated :) I walked our rescue dog around while others enjoyed their dessert at an outdoor table. The sidewalks are very clean and well-maintained with well-placed trash receptacles, the landscape plants look healthy, and the storefronts are very attractive.We dont often have the need to visit this part of town, but its a pleasant, well-lit place with smooth surfaces for navigating wheelchairs and strollers, as well as for anyone with mobility issues.

Clean, carefully architected with a wide variety of stores and businesses to serve and entertain. Whether you want to teach your kids math, stop for a brew or have your nails done, theres something here for you. Also present is a Hampton Inn, the reason for my visit and walking tour.

Shopped at Martins. Clean store, good produce. Although some of their prices seem a little higher than their sister store on the westside.

Havent been to all the stores but there is a lot of new stores and all that development it is very busy but it has a lot of different varieties of stores and things if you are just out and about looking.

I attend Orange Theory Fitness in Heritage Square. I then frequent the Martins for pist workout snack of fruit.

I will tell you what the have very good good ! Prices are a little higher but they give you big portions! Hight recommend you try it and if you dont like it you can respond back to me . lol . and the beer is AWESOME. I have always liked my bud but I did try their own brewed and wow !

Great Shopping Plaza, Loads Of Amenities . Very Clean And Hosting A Variety Of Food, Drink And Shopping Experiences. Never Disappoints..

SALES! My daughter and I spent the day shopping and hunting for sales and we spent way more than we planned...but it was so much fun and we found so many amazing deals in so many of the stores. I just love going bargain hunting with her and spending the day having fun with my baby. Sales and deals are always a bonus on our outings and the plaza is a great place to go from one business to another looking for different things. We found so many things...jewelry, intimates, shoes, purses and so much more.

Super easy to get to!

Went to the Xfinity store. What I do not like is that there is a coffee shop at the other end of this section of Heritage Square. People waiting to get coffee block the entrance to the rest if the stores in that section. Heaven forbid they dont get their precious caffeine fix. They sit right in the middle if the drive and do not care about anyone else. Poor planning on Heritage Squares part.

The tmobile store here is the best one. And sprint customers still get serviced there, and they still do service and repair for the sprint side. I had a cracked note 10 that took them a little over an hour to fix and it only cost me $30!

Convenient to home. A good variety of shops available.

I really liked it for its shop lighting and general calmness as I passed through.

Nice selection of shops, hotels, and restaurants located in commercial distracted of Mishawaka. Parking usually isnt an issue.

For the most part....Nıce place, shops are newer, people on this side of town tend to look down on certain people, dressed in a....certain way.

Next time I go there, I going check it out more of the place.

Fun clean place

Awesome outdoor shopping center with a huge Martins grocery store, a great local brewery, and many other offerings. During the spring, summer, and fall this is a great place to spend an a few hours or almost entire day just chilling at an outdoor patio while eating and walking from store to store checking out the goods.

Martins works till midnight. This is very convenient. They seem not to honor their promo prices posted on shelves, at least those were not connected to the cash register

Although a variety of stores available here, it is difficult to to navigate and find what you want because of the layout.Far easier to find is the big grocery, Martins. Theres a good deli department, fresh produce and a place to enjoy deli selections if you so choose.

The only people who use any of these shops are rich Granger folk. The Martins is its only redeeming factor. Theres also such an odd selection of stores? High end brands, luxury clothes, ... a portrait frame shop? Three different banks? A hotel? Its very... odd.

A lot of good options if you have spending money.

Eat breakfast at hometown café good food

Uptown Kitchen is definitely worth the drive. Food is always spectacular, menu is always fresh, food is always fresh and I feel more healthy than many places. Be sure to check their hours.

While this retail area is mostly upscale shops, and I rarely go here, I prefer this type of shopping experience over a ridiculous mall! Open air shops rather than going with the herd in an out dated mall is the only way to shop in my opinion.

Nice place! Great grocery store just a few steps away, multiple restaurants just a few steps away. A really clean and comfortable Hampton Inn and Suites. Very quiet, with adequate parking, almost non-existent traffic. A quiet oasis about ten minutes drive from the campus of Notre Dame.

Wonderful place to shop with a great variety of stores. If you need a hotel the Hampton Inn is a must stay.

Everything is overpriced in there the Starbucks is always close the Japanese Steakhouse is always close all the things I want to do in there I can never do so therefore I see Buck Heritage Square

They shipped for me several times to Florida while living there. Really cute outfits for little girls you wont find anywhere else. Loved going in there.

This is a very very nice shopping center. You have Martins and a ton of other shops to go to. There is also a hotel and a very nice condo/townhouse area behind the shopping center. I would highly recommend going here.

Wow amazing...lots of shops...its like a whole town ..with a lot bigger Martins than Elkhart...with gas station an a Mikes car wash..

A little on the pricey side, but overall, its clean, friendly and their selections are amazing! Love the Side Door Deli and the Sushi!

I love everything about this shopping area. Its beautiful. The stores are amazing. It feels like exploring a small village that loves beautiful things.

Nice, but small and very niche shopping. Good atmosphere but doesnt really encourage walking too much with the high traffic flow.

This is the high end mall for the South Bend / Michawaka area. A very nice Martins grocery store and several higher end shops, for the area, like Eddie Bauer and Life is Good. Some great restaurants too. Mall is outdoor.

I went to xfinity and used Google maps to get there. Not only did I get the,fastest route, but it also routed me around busy traffic spots. Heritage square is a great place to shop it looks like so I will definitely be back there soon!

This new Xfinity location is fully staffed and carries the latest tech in stock . I walked in and left with a new Galaxy Note 9 in about 10 minutes. No muss no fuss. Just good friendly and knowledgeable service.

Really hard to get around the parking lot. Too many darn stores crammed into too small of a space.

Very nice, very expensive. I see a lot of new shops come and go, come and go, so I have to assume its really not all that profitable. Marina is cool, but over the course of years, Martins prices have gone a bit high all over. Still, its a pretty complex.

Stopped at a new place, port Pire Pire. A nice place to grab a bite, they serve a Portuguese style of food and sauces, I ordered wings in both hot and extra hot, they were both delicious, they also have vegan dishes, and specialize in chicken dishes, I only wish there glasses for drinks were bigger, when eating wings position your self near the endless drink dispensar, you will need it with an order of extra hot wings!
