I needed a bunkie board for a full size bed. Within 2 minutes of walking into the store, I had exactly what I needed and was cashing out. I wanted the board immediately to complete the bed; Geoff helped me tie the board to my car roof in the rain (feeding me the bungee cords, not actually tying it down). Would highly recommended this store for prompt and friendly service and going above and beyond basic customer service.

I went in to buy a mattress. I looked at every single mattress in the building...laid on a few. I could not get any assistance from the employee. After about 30 minutes I left the store and on my way out while he was sitting at the desk asked me if I found everything I needed. Well...cash in my purse and not able to spend it. I will never set foot in that store again.

We drove to 4 different mattress stores in 1 day comparing prices, quality, and customer service. Mattress Outlet won every category. I am so so so happy we purchased the mattresses from them. Amazing customer service from Geoff, much better quality for the price we wanted to pay. We didnt go with the cheapest option they had, but the quality of the produce for the price we paid was fantastic. Great decision!!

My spouse and I just bought our first brand new mattress from these guys today. First off even if i wassnt impressed with the prices (plus an additional 25% off) they were remarkably nice. They joked that they dont get commission so we wont be bothering us! The mattress we choose is made to order to ensure the best of quality. I will recommend to everyone.
