Yikes, just left this location and I felt horrible for an older lady that was shopping. I would I assume the blue haired person is the manager- what horrible costumer service. The lady was asking normal questions and they were SO rude to her.. I used to work at this location and will never come back here. Id rather drive a little further and bring my business to the next one.... I know times are tough, but being kind is NOT.

Maybe it was just a bad coincidence day of being discrimated against for whatever reason. But, Im looking at bleach. Reading labels, putting things back, grabbing them again. Obviously in need of help. An employee was talking with someone. Walked right past me in the bleach isle, looked at me, and asked someone else if they needed help.Went to check out, and stood there for about 5 minutes. The girl was doing something behind the counter.Just because someone doesnt look like they have money, doesnt mean they dont. I went to another beauty store, got my supplies, and spent around $150.Two stores lost out on a lot of money this day because apparently I wasnt worth their time.

Thank you to the manager at Sally Beauty out in Grandville. EXTREMELY knowledgeable for rusty ol me when it comes to natural colors. I am ALL about the unnatural tones 😆.You knew how to help a girl out in her time of need❤.Always credit the artists who help you along the way.

The Store Manager Beth is extraordinarily helpful and kind. This store has always been my go to and today’s interaction just further demonstrated why I continue to come back. Thanks for being a great place for my hair dying whims ❤️

I placed an online order in April 2020 and received an incomplete order. I ordered 6 boxes of hair color and received 4 boxes. They don’t answer their phones or their emails. They encourage you to order online but not worth it if they don’t send the entire order with no way of contacting them to try to clear it up. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Horrible customer service. I was the only person in the store with 3 workers chit chatting at the register. Not one person asked if I needed help finding anything. Which I was clueless of what I needed. I decided to try another location to see if I could be helped with my needs.

Not too happy about my visits here.I have silver hair, professionally colored by myself. Ive gone in hoping for a quick toner or for silver dye (though now I know it doesnt exist.)My particular experience that really got me when I was initially going to dye my hair silver. I went in, not greeted (the usual) and looked around but could not find anything for silver/grey. I asked if they had any and the lady said YES. So she took me back to Wella hair products. She pointed to a toner, to which I said, I dont need to tone my hair, I have already done that. She said, its NOT toner, but dye. Even though it clearly says TONER. She was very insistent and said it will give me silver hair.

I purchased a blue semi permanent hair color last week and it turned my hair green so I brought it back and they refunded for the entire amount which is great especially for how expensive it was.
