Awestruck cant believe you can find customer service this good. Went to four different stores today to find long sleeve shirts and jeans for my daughter and could not find anything she liked or that fit. Until I went to your store. Found one pair of jeans and a shirt. That fit and then on the way out the door I ran to a employee named Evelyn she found my daughter five more pairs of pants that fit perfectly and seven more long sleeve T-shirts.. and your other employees were very polite and courteous thank you.

I will say that this target is the most excellent one that Ive patronized since being here in Michigan. They have taken me from Victoria Secret because of their great selection of lingerie, I receive the best Customer Service Greetings from the moment I walk into and the moment I exit the store; and most importantly, they offer great selections of products from Black Owned Businesses! I offer my kudos to them and pray that they keep up the great work. I am a target fan for life!!! 😊

Its been a while since my last visit here. The greeter a sweet woman was so friendly to everyone, set a great tone for the visit. Two people asked if I needed any help and at checkout the woman was pleasant. Great trip to Grandville Target!

I don’t mind the store but the the whole free baby welcome gift is a lieSo frustrated I set up a Target baby registry. I have called a couple of different store over the last few months and stopped by one yesterday. I love their baby stuff but I would not recommend signing up for the registry if you want the free welcome gift. THEY DO NOT EXIST. The stores say they don’t receive them, they have you call the registry help number first the send to over seas to speak to someone that tells you to go into the store that doesn’t get any. Then they say go online you can order it there. But all I get is go to the store. Grrr 😖 I spent 20 minutes fighting with a lady that wasn’t doing anything about it to just end up hanging up on her. 🤦‍♀️

Target is sort of like a premium version of a regular grocery store where you can find most things you need in an aesthetic you enjoy. I would shop here for most things outside of certain food items I wont find there.

The latest experience I have had. I went in there with my daughter and she forgot the laundry soap ( Tide with downy) on the counter and then she forgot the totes on the bottom of the cart within the same trip. I called that evening ( 30 mins before close) the girl told me that there nothing she could do for me since they were closing the store down. I tried calling multiple times since and either I get hung up on or no one answers the phone. I do have my receipt.

The staff is so polite and helpful. One of my favorite targets to visit in the area.

I came to this establishment to buy Pokemon trading cards. And they do have a sign that states the following due to the support of our customers there will be a minimum of two packs per customer when i was going to pay for them a young gentleman seem to be in their 20s bought 4 booster packs.

Good prices and friendly workers

No one helped me and they took one look at my skin color and chose to not acknowledge me at all. They chose to look behind at the white clientele and assistant then and offer to help them not me.

Such a gorgeous Target! Updated and stocked with all my favorites! I went on a Saturday expecting the worse, but it wasn’t too bad! Staff kept folks moving through the lines. I stopped at the deli counter on the way out for some popcorn -if you’re missing movie theater corn, you need to try it! Get the big bag to go(you’re welcome ;))

Best customer service I have ever gotten from a retail company! The store was incredibly busy and the customer service girl was so calm, super friendly and helpful. I purchased a chest freezer and they needed to get it from the back, they quickly got it and brought it to our car and took the time to help us get it in the car. Both employees were amazing! Thank you Grandville Target.

This is the nicest Target around Grand Rapids. And it shows, because it is always packed! The layout is intuitive, staff are friendly. A+ storefront.

I love the little Starbucks they have inside of the place, the clothing they sell there is also very nice and exceptional. some of the staff were off task and would not help me with my questions or made they made it akward.

Target offers a wide variety of products in one-stop shopping. They carry a lot of the specialty brands that I buy with very competitive pricing which is what typically gets me in the door.

I was extremely upset with my shopping experience today! Went in only to buy eight $25.00 gifts cards and get 10% off per the add in my Sunday newspaper Target ad. Problem was at the check out I could not access the Target Circle app on my phone! Kept saying wrong password! Why does it have to be so difficult? I am over 65, dont care for all the phone apps for everything as it is! I was holding up the line, so I ended up paying full price and leaving! My cahier was a sweetheart, but could not get my Target Circle App working either. Went home checked my password, it was correct! So very disappointed today with Target!

I stopped by to grab a bite to eat at the Pizza Hut place thats inside the Target store... I was a little disappointed in it, the pizza slice that I purchased was luke warm when I prefer it to be more hotter do that it would taste better and seem to be more juicy and fresher...

Service is great!

Products are standard Target fair. For some reason, especially over the last several months, this location has chosen to completely block aisles with employee carts during the middle of the day, when it is busiest, every day of the week . Not sure if this is company wide or exclusive to this location. Makes it very difficult to accomplish goals when you have to walk three or four aisles out of your way any time you need to go down an aisle because they are so blocked. Navigation has become nearly impossible.

Who doesn’t love this place? The store is typically clean whenever I come in, the food selection is okay. But the clothes & home decor departments are fabulous! The customer service counter is always a smooth process & there is always someone behind the counter (so that’s nice not having to wait around). 4 stars just because I wish the prices weren’t so steep on something’s.

I have always had a good experience at this Target, nothing to write home about. However, earlier today I stopped by to purchase some Pixi skincare products and was looking at the selection when an employee by the name of Lily (I think I remember correctly) stopped and offered some great advice regarding the products. She was able to get me a sample of the glow tonic and knew a lot about the pixi brand. She was super kind, helpful, and friendly. I was so glad to have a free sample to try out and will definitely be back! It is really nice to know that your friendly neighborhood target has such thoughtful and kind employees AND that the company works hard at their beauty selection and has free samples and beauty events! Super awesome!

Lots of stuff, good quality, large store. It was the first target Ive been in! They also have a delicious Starbucks in there. I had my first Starbucks there as well! 😂

Store is very clean and friendly staff. Just dont trust the website when it states items are in stock! Went there 30 minutes later shelves were empty!

Long story short- im very pregnant. I went in to get a book shelf and other large items that I couldnt lift. The store clerk I asked for help from offered to take the product to the front for me. Then the cashier offered to get someone to bring these heavy items out to my car.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Customer Service is wonderful.

I hadnt been to this location in a while, and I was surprised how trashed it was. I wish customers were more considerate :(Hire me so I can organize & pick it up though - as a former retail worker, it was painful to shop lolBUT its Target, its always going to be good.

I was having a hard time with cartwheel and asked a manager, who gave me no help at all and walked away. She basically said that they can no longer give us the discount that was on cartwheel if we can’t get it ourselves. It was 40% off for a sweater and I clearly had cartwheel but it woudn’t open. Terrible customer service.

Havent been in this store in quite a while and I was firmly reminded why I dont normally shop here. Went in to buy a gift card for a wedding gift and thought I would browse the womens and childrens departments. Both were a complete pigsty. Clothes were all over the floor, carts left in aisles, and the clothing racks were so close together I couldnt even push my cart through most areas. I was looking for suspenders for my toddler and quickly gave up as the baby department was a complete disaster. On my way out I walked past the shoe department and was appalled. Shoes and boxes were everywhere. I dont think I could have found a matching pair to buy. I decided I did not want to buy a gift card anymore. This store doesnt deserve the business. What a wreck. This was definitely the messiest, most unkempt store I have been to in a long time. Ive been to flea markets that were tidier than this Target. Also, there were very few employees around to asm for help. However there were several standing around talking near the self checkout, which is not helpful. There was also no one at the customer service desk.Definitely will not be coming back. Target, you have permanently lost a customer.

It is Target. They are all the same. Sometimes we shop here for specific things they stock. Like many big box stores I think Target is destined to go out of business in the next few years. I hope I am wrong. I have less and less reason to shop here. Unless they make the experience much better to make us want to come in the store. If they do go out of business I will be sad but only because the effect it has on the employees and empty commercial buildings. It will not stop people from getting what they need/ want.
