After working with Mike Utter on the potential sale of a Mazak Lathe we are thoroughly disappointed with the poor follow thru of this sales rep. After repeated calls none of which were returned, we were told the financing deal that we expressed we wanted to be a part of multiple times was apparently over despite the fact we had left him multiple messages stating we wanted to purchase the machine and be included in the financing special. We were also told that he wouldve taken less money for the machine but we already agreed to a higher price and he was unable to make the time to speak with us on the phone ever because he was too busy.

Great customer service. Excellent knowledge of machinery. A pleasure to work with.Highly recommended.
