We just had ours delivered. Though its not hooked up yet, the experience so far has been excellent!. The store provided great communication throughout the process. The delivery date stayed the same from when we first placed our order. Robert, Mario and Jay were timely and efficient in delivering, setting in place and installing the cover. Robert walked us through spa school, and assured us he can be called upon to answer any questions in the future.

Needed assistance in opening up my hot tub that had been closed for 8 months. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful on the products I needed to get the tub up and running. Aquatic therapy supports mobility and cardiac aspects. Anyone that works a desk job or a physically strenuous job, hydro therapy is one way of helping to manage pain/physical challenges. A Fitness spa is a home gym, for weight management or strength/endurance goals. The fitness spa is fun, but also a therapeutic tool for an individual or family goals. Think of this purchase as preventive medicine, just think how much health care cost is, even one knee surgery, look up the cost of a knee surgery, then do the math, prevention or reaction. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today! First, I bought a used hot tub from marketplace this week. The original owners had purchased the tub from Master Spas years ago. When I called the store today to check about buying a new cover I was hesitant to share with them that I was purchasing it for a tub I did not buy from them. I thought they would be offended that I needed help and had no idea what I was doing. Not true!! They worked hard to get me a cover super fast and even went to the warehouse to get it for me themselves because their delivery guys were swamped.Not only did they walk me step-by-step through all the chemicals, explaining which ones I did and didn’t need so that I could save money, they spent an hour explaining how to set up my tub for the first time in incredible detail! I cannot believe the amount of patience, kindness, time, and effort that was spent on me when I didn’t even buy my hot tub there!What’s more, my new hot tub guru carried the giant box out to my car and for 10 minutes worked get it stuffed into the back of my CRV and safely secured with MY straps that I didn’t know how to use!I cannot believe the service, kindness and generosity I was shown. Do not hesitate to go there for anything you may need! They are pros and incredible guys!!!

So this is part 1 of what has so far been a FANTASTIC and much appreciated experience at Master Spas of West Michigan. We actually purchased a hot tub from Watsons in October of last year. (the quotes are there because I am not sure we were ever going to get one). We were given no less than 15 different dates of delivery and had asked to talk to the sales man multiple times. Watsons never reached back out to us, the sales man was never available or on vacation and they are not sure when hes coming back. I totally get a lead time and were willing to wait but the lack of communication was awful...Anyway fast forward to a call to Master Spas....Savannah was WONDERFUL, they helped us find a GREAT tub at an awesome price, told us when its going to be there and after more research, found out we got a much better product. I feel 1000% better going with Master Spas and their product is quality and their service so far has been nothing short of perfect. When you are spending this much on such an important investment, it pays to go where you are actually treated well and valued as a customer. Learn from me. Go with Master Spas of West Michigan. Once the tub is in I will finish this review just waiting for the ground to thaw so we can pour our cement.

We bought an H2X Swim Spa from Master Spas in 2017. Were about to move out of state so I wanted to make sure I gave them a review before we left. They have been so amazing to work with. Ive called many, many times as we have well water and I have trouble balancing the chemicals. They have NEVER acted like I was bothering them, never had an attitude, always answered my questions, and helped solve my problems. Ive spoken to Greg and Harry many times, as well as a lady there and always been happy afterward. Weve had a couple service calls and they were out here quickly and fixed the issues right away. Weve enjoyed working with them and hope youll consider shopping there.

Our master spa is perfect. The sales team did an excellent job of helping us find the spa that worked best for us, and didn’t pressure us to “buy up” at all. Felt very comfortable and the delivery guys were also great. He had me take a video (genius) of him explained the care and chemical process. Made it super easy for me to feel comfortable and confident in filling the tub and treating the water.

Just had our tub delivered and the delivery men were awesome. Had a tight window that we had to get the tub through and over some plants. It wasn’t easy but they got it in with no damage to the tub or the flowersGreat work

We saw all the great reviews and were looking forward to a positive experience but after a few minutes we felt like were an inconvenience to the employees. We inherited a spa with our new house and were hoping to learn the maintenance. We were quickly handed a paper with the maintenance schedule and told we needed a few specific chemicals without much explanation. It was assumed we were purchasing the chemicals and the employee quickly left us to help other customers that walked in. Luckily another employee had just returned to the store and was a little more helpful. Over all the service felt rushed and impersonal and we don’t plan to return for future spa needs.

This is the best place to purchase your hot tub or swim spa. The customer service from purchase, delivery and after the sale is the best. Everyone is so helpful. We will never go anywhere else for our supplies. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Just got our dream spa from masters spas, twilight 8.2 what a great experience. Most knowledgeable staff full store of spas. We visited other locations with limited spas and very little knowledge. I can not say enough good things about these guys. We have had a relationship since nearly a decade ago when they installed a swim spa at my home. They overcame many obstacles in the installation and did it with great humor and great service. In the interim they have always been helpful and timely if I ever needed a repair or had a question. My most recent experience delighted me. I wanted a new accessory for the spa and initially was told it would be weeks. Surprise surprise they were able to get it the next day in plenty of time for the holidays. How happy. By the way if you are considering a swim spa, take the plunge. Hardly a day goes by I do not use mine. They say swimming is great exercise for seniors because of the low impact. I am here to tell you its true and I highly recommend it.

This thing will last forever!!Just bought a Twilight 7.2 from Harry at Master Spa in G.R. After comparing with other tubs all over town we got a great deal on the tub we have wanted all along. Bring your A game in negotiating with Harry and he will take care of you. Once we got the price out of the way he made it easy and they are even going to set it up on my six foot high deck as part of free delivery. They are coming out ahead of delivery to make sure there are no issues and then teach you right on the spot at delivery how to use your tub with you video taping. Plenty of chemicals and even gave my wife a couple gifts that tickled her. Its those little things that really help. Great advice on financing. Go see Harry.

Had an A+ experience Hot Tub shopping! I did my homework researching a new hot tub and visited 4 dealers. I wanted to make sure I got the very best deal and purchased the best hot tub for our family, I also wanted a quick delivery and am very picky. We had previously purchased a hot tub from Master Spas almost 15 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. They have always given us great service each time we had to visit for supplies, so I was already leaning toward purchasing from them. I had an awesome experience doing business with Master Spas of W.M. Greg, Harry, the entire delivery team, and Ed the electrician were all extremely knowledgeable. I felt confident in decision and couldnt be happier. Very down to earth people who easily instantiate years of industry experience when required. When you consider the task of moving a hot tub, installation, wiring, filling it, chemicals, its amazing how fast I was able to be sitting in my new master spa. Ill never not own one of these and this is the place Ill go.

Once we involved the owner our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Huge thank you to Mark and Harry of Master Spas for getting our new hot tub working. We unfortunately got electric and water to it during Michigan’s extreme winter weather on a Friday night, no less. Within an hour of an 8:30 PM email, Mark returned my call, walked us through some steps and said he’d have service call in the morning. The following morning Harry called and made the 45-60 minute drive to get our tub fully functional on a cold Saturday. Thank you!

The Master Spas crew was great. They had to move that hot tub up onto our deck 8.5 feet and the whole process was done in minutes without a scratch to our newly stained deck or the spa. They are courteous and careful of property and pets. Our dog was upset and one of the guys took the time to make friends and calm his anxiety while explaining the details on operating our spa to us. They are an excellent team.

We had an excellent experience with Master Spas of West Michigan. Mark is knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He speaks quickly which others have noted here but if you listen carefully to his words you will become an informed buyer. I never felt any high pressure to buy from him or his store. Instead he relays facts about his line of products, never knocking others products, just relaying facts which I verified because I am a research hound. Delivery was handled by professionals with plenty of muscle to deliver our spa. We bought a 7 person hot tub last week from the store on 28th st and the sales person was absolutely wonderful. He was very nice and explained everything to us and gave us a great deal. We had shopped around at 4 different stores and this by far was the best bang for our buck. The delivery people were great and did wonderful with the set up. We are enjoying the tub and we got a great warranty. Thank you so much.

When we were looking for a hot tub, all the different vendors were mind boggling. We ended up going with Master Spas, as they appeared to be a high-quality spa, and the claims of the Master Spas Grand Rapids dealer of great service won us over. We just recently had a diverter knob break (probably cracked from factory). I e-mailed Master Spas, and I got a call back within hours, and they had someone at our place the next day to fix the problem. Their claims of great service are real!!

I have had my swim spa since the end of October 2018. I just love it! I swim in it practically every day. I started at 5 min. and then rest. Now and can swim 15 min. straight. I had not exercised in two years and now I am feeling healthier and stronger. Best purchase I have every made.

I have been very happy with Master Spas service and quick response time. I called for a problem at 10am and a service technician was out to our home at 12 pm. He took care of the problem in 45 minutes. Very helpful technician. I would recommend using Master Spas of West Michigan to anyone!
