Excellent quality knobs for an exceptional price. I had been shopping everywhere for the perfect match to my champagne gold faucet and found them at The Knob Shop for $6 cheaper then anywhere else. They are solid and the customer service was exceptional. Ordered them online, paid and put a note in that I would like to pick up after hours if possible and they responded by email with directions on picking them up on the same day as ordered. The knobs arrived promptly and exactly as ordered, well packaged, very nice. I was so disappointed that they did not fit my pre-existing holes as I had not measured correctly. I notified The Knob Shop and unfortunately they dont carry the size I needed...a very odd 2 5/8 in center to center. A refund and a prepaid return shipping label was emailed back to me.
