Stopped in to have some work done and the condo we pulled up to was unmarked. We didnt want to just pull into just anyones driveway, so we parked in the road and approached the door. A gentleman came to the door and was rude about how wed parked and then grabbed someone else to talk to about the work we needed done. A lady came to the door and was also rude and asked if we only needed the one item done and turned us away. All it was was 3 letters for a seat in memory of someone. This place is unmarked from the road in a condo subdivision with rude people. We gladly took our business elsewhere.

I work for a local commercial construction company, Construction Simplified, and we were in desperate need of finding a high quality embroidery company as we had been let down so many times before. I decided to give Cynthia a call and task her with 30 golf polos that were in need of stitching. Cynthia listened intently to our requests, spent time with me to ensure the colors were spot on, and maintained EXCELLENT communication throughout the whole process. She is so kind and a joy to work with. The stitching is by far the best our company has ever had and we are so incredibly happy with her work! I contacted the company after quite a few places turned me down because I just had two items that needed a monogram. She quickly replied and setup an appointment that worked for me. I was so surprised, she embroidered the items on the spot and for a reasonable price, too! She was so easy to work with and made the process so simple. She has made a customer for life! So impressed.

Cynthia is amazing! I called her around noon to have just a simple name and date embroidered on a sport coat and immediately knew I contacted the right person. She was extremely sweet over the phone and it was a joy to work with her! Even though she had a big order she was working on, she helped rush my order and did it for a very reasonable price while I waited!Thank you Cynthia, I will absolutely be back the next time I need embroidery done!

Cynthia is very friendly, and her embroidery is great. Shes clearly a perfectionist, and shes speedy with orders. So glad to have found this place for our companys work shirts. Had our order back to us within three days. Will definitely be working with her from now on.
