This place is a one stop shop. They have everything you can think of. Their customer service skills are great, they are friendly, help you decide what to get, all while staying within your budget, and they get it delivered to you very quickly, sometimes even the same day. I have to give a special shout out to Kelvin, who always made my day when I went in there, professional yet can always make you laugh and Janina, the accounts manager. There has been several times that I struggled making a payment and she always worked with me to come to some type of agreement that would work for the both of us. Communication is the key with her. So, if you need to furnish your house, but your pockets are slim, stop in to Continental and they will make it look like your pockets are thick.

The staff was great, great merchandise its their business practices that I find abnormal... The amount of information they need just for you to rent something is outrageous. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER!!!

Well today everyone at Continnetal come thru for me. My old bedroom TV decided it was time to retire. Called and everyone worked hard and I got new TV within and hour of the call. Delivery staff was very nice and had patience with me as I could not remember password for me account. But he got every thing all taken care of before leaving. They also took old TV away for me. Get place. Thanks to you all.

Really wish i could give a no star rating....... Poor customer service..... Theres no communication woth there workers was told different things by every employee........ Also when i walked through the door i was standing there for atleast 15 minutes then finally was greated rudely with a what do you want.........

This place apparently has a STRICT no public restroom rule, my 2 year old continued to express she had to peepee she was holding her muffin and doing the potty dance to keep from pottying on herself, I seriously begged to let her use the restroom, but was denied, I will be calling corporate and who ever else, but this place will never get a dime from me.

Been with this company since the beginning of time and the staff always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need.

Don’t trust them with outplay because you will be over charged and even if you call and go over it and they tell you oh you don’t have to worry it will not happen again 3days later I was charged again I pay monthly and was bill 3 times in a month a dishonorable company.
