Love love love Big lots . This store is amazing and it has been around for a super long time, just like wine, it only gets better with age. Plus, you can always find those hidden gems that you used to buy on the regular, but your local big box grocery/superstore discontinued that same item. Now here you are at Big lots with a super chessey grin on your face cause there are 5 on the shelf and they are several dollars cheaper then what you had always paid, even on sale, at those other stores. HECK YEAH, BUY THEM ALL. Thats why we LOVE Big Lots. ❤️

Normally its a decent place to shop the last few times Ive been the shelves have been bare. It could be my timing or covid shortages. Overall I would recommend for affordable rates.

Nope no way. Don’t buy furniture from any big lots.. but also don’t come here to exchange or return anything.. the manager “Bonnie” tried saying that I couldn’t exchange an item from another store in the same city.. she got a real manager lesson when Emily from corporate told her per the exchange and return policy on big lots website exchanges and returns can be done at any location.Overall it’s a solid hell no from me.Don’t waste your time or gas.. spend the bigger money somewhere closer to your home.Can I give 0 stars!?!?

They do have some cool lighting and they did have silicone drinking straws.

Some prices at Big Lots are fantastic, others, not so much. I love to check out the gourmet food items. I like the challenge of finding cool items.

Its great for those odds and ends you might be searching for. Miscellaneous furniture, upholstery cleaner, unique snacks. And very helpful staff.

I love big lots. It is close, convenient, and pretty cool! They have everything that a single man can use, I enjoy the prices for their hygienes, litter bottles of soda pop, and pretty nice furniture for that new apartment. My neighbor gave me her old love seat and very long couch, and I helped her move the new in. WINWIN.THANKS BIG LOTS.

Like going there for Christmas shopping. Prices are very reasonable. Staff always willing to help you find stuff. Huge selection of toys, food. Etc. Never really that busy. So plenty of parking.

Everyone is always nice and friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of high quality items. And there are always some things that Im generally looking for that they only have at Big Lots. They do have several items that are there specific brand name, and sometimes they run out before I get there. But, again, the staff is always so helpful to see if they have any more to let you know when to come back to check for the latest stock of inventory. I highly recommend Big Lots!

Nice clean store but sometimes the wait can be a little long to check out. I wish that they had more cold and frozen food products

I went there looking for a recliner they dont have a large selection of manual recliners more rockers.

Love this place as it has products at lower prices than most other stores and a large selection. As its more of a discount store you may not find all name brands or the latest and greatest but if having money left after shopping is important to you this is the place to go.

This place is filthy. The staff is rude.

Go to place for scented candles, pillows, and miscellaneous household items. Staff very helpful as well. 4 star with room for improvement.

I never leave this store without food items, bath items, or a unique item I dont need but will buy anyway. Dont count on all the items you love being there the next time though, thats how it works there. I usually buy all that I can at once so I wont be disappointed. And you cant how wrong with the low prices so why not get all you can! Whether you need a gift, something for your home or self, take time to browse the store.

I would give it less reviews if I could I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for service no one want to come help me there walking by person asked you would melt no there when I tell him what I want the kid comes back 15 minutes later telling me its buried too deep I dont know when well be able to get at it do not go here avoid the store at all cost

Good place. may have to search a bit but have bought 3 beds with mattresses at a reasonable price. Decorations are good especially outdoor furniture.

U think this is the best big lots. Big store, great options and all around good for spending money you shouldnt spend haha. Snacks, furniture and basically everything you can think of

Big Lots should meet your expectations for an off price discount store.Items sold can vary from week to week depending on what supplier they can get the best deal from. Of course the changing variety leads to hidden finds that you didnt expect.Ive had very good service at the checkout. The clerks do a great job of helping customers.My only complaint is that the Big Lots store at 54th and Division is not along my normal travel routes and requires a special trip.

Friendly staff, although manager seemed agitated when it got busy and had to help. Felt bad for the older lady. Always pretty good prices. Doesnt get too packed. Hopefully this store doesnt close, not many big lots left.

I have never been to this Big Lots but I went to check out a laundry basket they had on sale and walked out buying over $30.00 of stuff but did not purchase the basket because it was smaller than what I wanted... Over all its a great place to shop at...

I LOVE BigLots, always finding random items and good deals. Sometimes its slow getting out of there but they only have like 3 registers, just have to find the right time to go. Almost always out in less then 20minutes, if its one item could be less then 3 mins.

No stock on shelves. I get it, its hard to hire employees.but close early. Get current employees to stock

I had been at 7 stores looking for a stuffed elephant for my great neice to go along with her story books for Christmas. Big Lots will be my go to store whenever I look for something obscure. Restroom was clean, TP was stocked but the room really needs a good paintjob!

We like big lots, store seems a little dirty though. But, could be due to constant moving of stock.Help, is OK... One lady (register) has glue on finger nails that are 2 long.. which is almost annoying, if you need more than just another pretty face.Parking lot, dirty, some trash. Parking line are dimenished. Carts all over the place.Very un- organised..Whatcha prices, we are finding not everything under that roof is a bargain.

Coming to GR for holidays is a great time to visit Big Lots, a store I will never see in crowded, over-priced NYC. They have everything at great discounts, even furniture. luvem!

Had to wait over an hour for 3 different people to tell me that they couldnt find the items i was looking for even though the system read the items were in stock. The complete lack of orginization combined with the nonchalant attitude of the employees is a complete and utter joke. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay away from here.
