I was a little hesitant at first glance entering the building, but the welcoming atmosphere and amount of attention the employees gave me quickly took my hesitation away. Emily was an awesome tattoo artist. She worked with me to get the exact tattoo my wife and I wanted. I would recommend Alpha and Omega, and specifically Emily to anyone looking for a beautiful tattoo.

I have gotten three tattoos at Alpha and Omega and had extremely positive experiences during two of them!! They have very fair prices and all of the employees are super friendly. You can tell they care about doing a quality job!!! Truly glad I got my first tattoos done there! (The only artist I had a somewhat negative experience is no longer employed there). ALL the tattoos I have gotten have healed without any issue though.They have also helped me with nose piercing issues and we’re very informative. I attached pictures of the two awesome tattoos I’ve had done there!!

Hunter gave me my piercing and he created conversation and made me feel comfortable while getting my naval piercing. He was giving a step by step as he went along just to make sure I knew what was going on. There were also two apprentices in the room (I’m sorry I forgot their names!!) but they were really kind and also helped calm my nerves as I got a needle shoved through my belly button. It was a fun experience and I will definitely come back to either get another piercing or possibly even a tattoo :)

Love my tattoo. Everyone was so great and welcoming. Felt very at home while having my work done! The artists are amazing. I would definitely go back again for another peice. They do piercing also. Stop in for something small or make an appointment for a bigger tattoo. Love you guys !!

I got my first tattoo here. They were amazing, the staff was extremely kind and explained everything. They open al of the materials and dispose of them in front of you to show their sanitary. I loved their dedication to making sure it was what I wanted. They also talked to me during it so I got to know them as well.

They are very much respectful, kind and sweet. They allowed me to use the restroom and made me feel at home for my lil time being there

I came in for a jewelry change yesterday and Keith set me up with some some nice barbells. I had that guy running around the shop trying to find what I needed and he stayed professional the entire time. He was always careful to ensure my comfort and talked me through each step. I will continue to return here for my piercing needs every time.

We came in as a walk-in, Hunter pierced both mine and my sisters belly buttons on Wednesday and helped calm us down while talking us through the whole procedure. It was a great experience and we even had two apprentices in there to learn how to do them eventually which is really cool. Will definitely be back for any future piercings wanted

The service here was amazing. I came in to get my medusa pierced and was helped by Amy she was along with the staff there was very comforting supportive, and kept me educated on what i need to do to take care of it. They were super caring and will definitely make you feel very welcomed and comfortable!

This is a great shop and Heavy is an incredible artist. Took me and two of my buddies for walk-ins pretty close to closing time and was super accommodating. Price here is reasonable and he is really fast.

I ended up here to get my medusa re-pierced. They took care of me especially making sure I was educated on oral piercings. I loved the energy these guys brought to me when I first stopped in. A few months later, I’m back looking to change my jewelry and yet again, they went above and beyond, helping me find the perfect piece and even helped me change the jewelry because I was having such a hard time doing it myself. You will have a lot of fun and know you’re taken care of no matter what service you’re getting! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I brought my daughter in to have a piercing done. She has many already and figured we would give this place a chance since theyre close to home and had good reviews. Well, were never going back to this place again.. the Piercer that was there didnt even legit work there, the place was a mess of clustered businesses wrapped into one with cabinets of random sales items that didnt even pertain to some of the business they do.. The Piercer was unprofessional, allowing hand sanitizer in placement of actual hand washing, dropping the jewelry a few times as well as using profanity around a minor in a professional setting and it took over 10 minutes and 3 different people to get the jewelry in properly. My daughter was in tears because of how they handled everything, thankfully it wasnt painful.. they were just horribly unprofessional and we couldnt wait to get out of there! Granted the piercing looks fine, we just hope it heals properly! Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

My mom and I did a walk-in for nose piercings. We were able to get in right away and had friendly service by all employees. Hunter did an amazing job with my mom as did Allison for me! Both were knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions. Allison also replaced my tragus piercing for free. Definitely would recommend!

Got my lip pierced and it turned out AWESOME! I didnt know the price for it was $50 but only had $35 and Night Wolf accepted the payment anyways, so sweet of them.

Fantastic hole-in-the-wall sort of shop. I got my lobes pierced and a couple of tattoos on my fingers. Both experiences were quick but they made an emphasis on making sure everything was sterile. Everyone is super friendly and make great conversation. Definitely a shop at the top of my list and will absolutely be coming back.

I first want to say I love my tattoo. Ally which is one of the artists did an amazing job! It was my first time ever getting one and she did a great job of making sure I was comfortable. She also was very patient with me because I wasn’t quite sure where I wanted it. There’s a lot of meaning behind what I had done and she did a beautiful job of designing it. I cannot speak highly enough of Alpha and Omega and all the people who work there. I have been getting tattooed by Emily there for several years now. Her work is always fantastic and if its anything less she does free touch ups on all her old tattoos. Every time I go to Alpha and Omega I know I’ll be in safe hands with genuine and extremely friendly people. I’ve never had a business I frequent often be as welcoming and friendly as Tim and all his employees. They have always been a very clean shop with great attention to safety and aftercare instructions and, since COVID, have been taking the necessary extra precautions. As well as many amazing tattoos from Emily, I’ve gotten an industrial piercing from Chano done with the same great care and attention I usually get from their staff. I also regularly purchase CBD products from them, which are fantastic and well priced. If you’re looking for a new tattoo or piercing this is definitely the best place to go in Grand Rapids, hands down. Here are photos of a few of my tattoos and one of my industrial piercing I got.

I just had my third tattoo from Adam Justus started over the weekend. I was in last month and had an infinity symbol and taco tattoo done. Both have healed beautifully and the taco is AMAZING! I cant wait to get back and finish the Seuss piece we started. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. As soon as I walk through the door it feels likes I belong. He was very attentive and helped me when I started to get woozy. Offered me water and let me take my time until I was ready to go. The care and quality of my piercing was very professional and because of my experience, I do plan on going back for other piercings and tattoos. I felt safe and cared for. I walked in with a few friends four or five weeks ago to get my conch pierced and there was minimal wait time. I’m also super weird w needles and my piercer made sure I was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. super super friendly staff and I’ll definitely go back for any other piercings in the future.
