Rude always following you around like you’re going to steal something wouldn’t recommend and the owner wife sound like a robot

They have a great selection of things but I dont recommend going. They watch black peoples every move. Ive been going for years because I dont know another place, and when I go, theyre always watching me.

Got two packs of curly hair that I never used went to exchange they opened a pack and said it was missing pieces so they wouldn’t refund me. Why would I use two pieces of hair then return. They are horrible!! Never again.

I go in for a few items from time to time if I’m down the street at dollar tree. I prefer the Hair Joy SE area in GR some products at HJ are better. Be cautious if buying extensions some of the quality isn’t that good for the asking price.

Nice selection of beauty suppies and other accessories.The main reason I patronize this store is their awesome selection of semi permanent hair colors. Also love the inexpensive unique earrings.

Rude Staff!I was going to buy a pair of leggings and asked the lady at the counter if I could return them if they didnt fit.She didnt answer My question and instead looked at the size I had picked, looked at me and then saidYou need a medium size! Needless to say I didnt buy the leggings.All she had to do was say Yes or No about returns instead of rudely insulting me.I usually like this store but the whole time you are there I feel like the staff is watching me as if Im going to steal something.Not sure I will be back.

I stopped by this place because I love beauty supply stores and I am an avid hair extension user, however this place is terrible. Everything in there is cheap crap from china, there is no real hair, everything is fake. The makeup and beauty products are all cheap plastic knock offs. The lady who owns it (Im assuming) followed me around the store, staring at me like I was going to steal something. Her and her husband were so incredibly rude, mind you I came in with no purse and I came from work so I wasnt giving off any sort of sketchy vibe. Needless to say I left without buying anything and I will never be back.

I have lived near this store for years, I try not to visit unles Im desperate for a hair product and for some reason cannot make it to the other side of town to another store. They know me and my mom, we used to stop by all the time, but the staff have become extremely rude and boarder line racist. They follow and watch you the entire time. One lady, the owners wife, literally stood on a stool behind the front register and watched me down the isle until I left. Another time I went to look at a wig and made the mistake if touching it, and they told me not to touch because I would mess up the hair. This is not a nice store. They are pretty overpriced compared to stores on 28th Street and often sell fake hair that they label as Human hair.. You want my advise, drive the extra 5 miles to one of Younges beauty supply stores on 28th street.

Do not go there if you are serious about buying a wig, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRY THEM OR TOUCH THEM. Surprise they do not charge you for looking at them.

They are rude when you try calling they store they answer say what they have to say and hang up. Then when you call back they pick up and hang the phone up.
