I had my first visit with Dr. Dunning at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology recently. I saw him for my dry eye condition. They had tests they conducted which could measure tear production for my eyes. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the specifics of my particular condition and had recommendations for which medications would help me best. The office team was incredibly helpful in navigating insurance rejection of the initial prescription ordered. They were so responsive and went above and beyond what I would expect considering how busy I imagine they must be. I would highly recommend!
