I was truly impressed with the service i received from this 28th st location! The team was very organized, understanding and knowledgeable about my case. Also shout out to Travis for giving me a better explanation about the care of my eyes! I truly appreciate the information as well as everyone’s role they played for me to have such a delightful service. They go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best care for your eyes and wallet, I truly couldn’t ask for help from a better staff, thank you all again!

I have been a customer of Target Optical for over 5 yrs. My experience today was by far the best one yet, making the hour drive well worth it!! Hether and Selena we absolutely amazing! They both greeted me when I came in, knew who I was and had everything ready to go! Both staff were super friendly and equally professional!! I would and will HIGHLY recommend this store to everyone!

Professional courteous service.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at an optical. Hether is so informed on both the medical side and what frames will look good with your face shape. Dr. Anderson is so funny and personable. I cant wait to go back.

After looking for the best deal and quality exam for my stepsons new glasses, I chose to give Target Optical a try. We will not be going back. There is much animosity between the woman who checks you in and the doctor who performs the actual exam. As the doctor asked me to pay for the exam fee separate from the glasses fee, I walk back into his corner and he had been playing a game on his phone while the woman up front is helping my husband and son, also while 2 other customers are patiently waiting to be checked in. He also informed me he is just there to perform the exam. Now with the information we received from the doctor on how much his prescription has changed, which is much different than we have received in recent years, we are not sure to trust the results given.

The workers at this store knew exactly what lenses were available and what the price range was. I have never gotten a pair of lenses and frames for such a great price! Very pleased, will return for the deal on kids frames next month, thank you!
