Kayla is outstanding. Even during this crazy time and being on the front lines dealing with Covid, she was so sweet and so helpful. She got us right in and took care of us perfectly, professionally, and completely. We are so grateful for the great service! I would ask for her specifically the next time you go in. Kayla is fabulous!

Don’t bother with this location, staff are rude and show lack of kindness. Tone of voice is very sarcastic and not helpful. Customer service is not their strong suit. I can say the Dr’s are well, but after dealing with the front reps you leave with a bad taste in your mouth.

Went in for an eye exam + new lenses and honestly everything went perfect. Doctor was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Not sure why this place is rated so low. All the staff were friendly and I will be sure to come back again.

Service was great. Very patiently, they helped figure out the scope of my insurance and different price options.I got my eyes examined and my prescription changed (at no cost) and now I can see perfectly. Way better than with my previous prescription.The doctor was very detailed on my examination and very thorough on explaining my condition and why, when and how to use my new glasses.Awesome experience overall.

I been a customer for over 20 years ...no more.During covid I can have my teeth cleaned . Go to a sit inside restuarant to eat but cant stop at my eyeglass store without an appoinment scheduled. Not everyone has a cell phone so posting note on door is a waste.

Holy SH*T! Avoid this place. The staff was fine, they weren’t super friendly, but weren’t rude either. However, the doctor was either drunk or needs HIS eyes checked, because he wrote me a completely inaccurate prescription. Perhaps it was a typo; either way they were adamant that the prescription was correct (it wasn’t). It took them 8 days to get back to me and try to smooth things over; which included offering me a new exam over a week later and a free pair of trial contacts they ordered (with the wrong prescription 😂). I mean, the insanity is just jaw dropping.Do yourself a favor and find a reputable clinic with a doctor who has a high level of integrity and expertise in the field. Maybe the other locations are more...reliable? I tried calling the one on 44th Street before going to this one trying to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone sounded REALLY stressed out and asked me to call back later because she was too busy to schedule a new patient appointment. That should have been my first sign it wasn’t going to be a place for me.

Excellent experience here. They were extremely knowledgeable and when it came to picking out glasses, they definitely knew which glasses fit what shape of face. Everyone was very friendly also. Will definitely return here for exams in the future.

Ive been going to Rx Optical since I was young, and was very happy to find that this location opened up 5 minutes from my house! The staff is very pleasant, both in person and over the phone. They work quickly and reliably, their employees are very competent.

Ive been going to Rx Optical locations for a while. I made an appointment with this location. They called me to confirm my appointment and my insurance. They stated they could not find my insurance. I gave them my ID number and called my insurance to confirm my information.When I arrived at my appointment, I was asked if I brought an explanation of my benefits. They said they had an auth for my appointment, but I should have received a phone call to bring in my explanation of benefits. The lady at the counter told me to just bring it up on my phone.After trying to bring it up on phone, I was not having any success and called my insurance company who told me I was out of network. This matter could have been resolved if I had actually received the phone call asking to bring in my EOB rather than me to bring it up on my phone which I do not let any stranger handle my device to begin with.So I am bringing this review up on my phone right now. I wil not be back.

Currently here getting an eye exam and completely disgusted at the ladies at the front desk, absolutely do not help you at all to pick out frames or even have any ability to be kind, just pointed and said women’s on the wall go ahead and look and walked away and now sitting in their chairs at the front desk talking and laughing and have not said a word in 20 minutes even after I sat down to wait for my husband and decided against picking out a pair from this place since their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen . Will not EVER come here and definitely not recommending them to anyone …
