I had a great experience today. The staff was friendly, the doctor was kind and knowledgeable and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I placed an order for glasses and contacts and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely go back and so will the rest of my family. .

Expensive but very friendly and helpful. However, if it says theyre open until 5, they should be open until 5. Ive driven there twice now between 4-4:30PM to get a nose piece on my sunglasses fixed and both times they were closed already (it was during the week).
Over the weekend I was careless with my glasses and accidentally snapped off one of the nose pads. My wife mentioned there was an eye glasses repair store next to the new Starbucks drive thru so figured I would give this place a shot, and am very glad that I did.Even though there were at least two other customers in the store in addition to me at the time, I was able to go in and get my issue sorted in under 10 minutes. Both of the pads were replaced and the glasses are now good as new!
I won’t even give 1 star to this place or the eye doctor. Who make me and my daughter sit for 45 mins and then they are saying they won’t be able to see us . And give me options of wait more and might take us for examination. I will never go this place back again. The front staff was good . Specially both girls who at least realize that we sat there for so long .

I went because I was having issues with seeing long distance. After having my eyes examined, they told me my left contact lens was warped and that may have affected my vision. I have hard contacts which last for a very long time - I have had mine last 10 years. When I picked up my contacts and I also ordered new glasses, they told me there was no need to try the contacts since my prescription hadnt changed. I was annoyed to say the least. I asked then why would I pay for a new right contact lens and glasses if there was no new prescription. They said - it says right here on the form that we told you the left lens was warped. Do you think I would have ordered new glasses and a new right contact lens if I knew you were ordering me the same thing? I will never go back there and have urged my family to sever their ties with them as well. Total cost to me? over 500.00

Pathetic!!! Placed order they have my script on file from my original order. They sent Davis the wrong script..3+ weeks still waiting.Stay away from this so called optical store. Poor Customer relations!! Excuses upon excuses!!You mess up, you claim responsibility!!
