Im incredibly frustrated with the front-desk service. Very poor communication. Had issues trying to place my contacts order but didnt bother to tell me about it until I called and asked why my order hadnt arrived yet. Have had to call to follow up multiple times whether its asking for an order confirmation, shipping details, etc. I really enjoyed my office visit experience, but the logistics and poor organization within the office is apparent.

An excellent experience all around. Each step of my arrival, exam, and glasses selection was friendly and easy. The place was bright and the choices for lenses and frames will definitely ensure my return. Thanks, team!

Very kind and helpful staff. I was visiting from out of town and they helped me out with getting some contacts, even though I was not a regular patient. I feel like the staff here would go above and beyond for you as a patient.

I was so pleased with my experience with Grand Rapids Eye Care. Miranda was so helpful in getting me setup as a new patient and in for an emergency visit same day. Dr. Davis was absolutely wonderful to work with. I look forward to using them in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Very disappointed with the direction this office has taken. Great doctors, HORRIBLE organization with the staff. I have come here since second grade (Im 31 now) and within the last two years, my contact order has been ordered and then never placed by the staff more than once, and they couldnt even find where I paid for my visit. I understand that this office is now busier with a heavier patient load but the front office is NOT KEEPING UP with the organization. I am saying this having been a front office administrator for dental offices for over ten years. This place needs help. The doctors and patients should be better supported.

From my initial phone call to picking up my glasses all of the staff at Grand Rapids Eye Care were phenomenal. I saw Dr. Kresnak, a younger patient of his stopped in before my appointment and he took the time to say hello. Its evident he truly cares for his patients. So impressed with this place, keep up the great work Grand Rapids Eye Care!

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and they do an outstanding job here! I have had some interesting eye situations within the last few years and they do not hesitate to make it work to get me in as soon as they can. This feels like a family to me and I value how much they value their clients! Job well done!!

I see a lot of health professionals and these are some of the best. My vision is pretty poor so having a good optometrist can literally have me seeing that much better. Also, they have stellar customer service when your old glasses lose a screw theyll fix them for free.

The staff are all so friendly, and professional. I have been diagnosed with cataracts, and Dr. Sokol has been so informative on what to expect. The staff are always helpful with getting adjustments done, without an appointment.

My family has going to GREC for about 10 years. Dr. Sokol is great and so are all the staff at GREC. Great selection of glasses too. We will keep going to GREC.

I dont actually see any doctors here, but have purchased two pairs of glasses. They are professional and helpful.

Dr. Davis and his staff are phenomenal. They go above and beyond, whether its choosing eye wear, having them repaired, or helping with insurance coverage.
