Oat milk ice latte with mocha was delicious :D Strawberry ice cream was tasty as well, the only ice cream that was weird was the coffee mocha fudge and dark chocolate flakes swirled through bold coffee...( wow the name).. It tasted so salty and strong that I could not finish them.The person who brought the order out to our car was nice !May be i will try other items on menu next time.

Loved my Espresso shake and the owner is very knowledgeable about coffee as they roast their own! Also there is a deck space with sound system above the restaurant under the trees, so Im really thinking about it as a great venue to host a kids event. The owner decorated the front of the property with very cute tiki- houses and similar decor so it feels like a fun vacation spot to have ice cream and coffee.

The ice cream window at JamNBean serves up over 20 different flavors of soft serve ice cream besides many flavors of hand dipped ice cream. The service was great, the ice cream delicious, and the afternoon outdoors pleasant. We took one of the grandkids there for her birthday. She loved it.

We had a VERY disappointing experience happen tonight. My son has a lactose allergy and saw on their sign out front that they had popsicles. My older son and I got ice cream and my younger son wanted a bomb pop. The girls working were nice but informed me that the bomb pops could not be sold but could only be won spinning their prize wheel. He did not of course win a bomb pop. I offered to pay for one and the workers refused. I ended our ice cream trip with my 7 year old in tears. We will not be back….

I love this local coffee place. They also roast and sell their own coffee beans. I had a delicious latte. They sell homemade gourmet popcorn as well. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

Been driving by here for years and finally decided to give it a try. We got there and it was slightly busy, with about 6-8 people in front of us. The order line went at a decent rate and we placed our order after about 10 minutes of waiting. We ordered a large chocolate malt and orange cream. Which I assumed was a shake. We then proceeded to the wait line where we waited for another 20 minutes before receiving our order. If the drinks would have been decent I would have given 4 stars. The orange cream was really watery with not a ton of orange flavor. It also didnt come with whipped cream, which was shown in the picture. My husbands large malt definitely needed more malt and was made with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla. Both were smaller in size than expected. For $5.00 my orange cream, that only came in one size, was 14 oz and the LARGE, $5.75 chocolate malt, came in a 16 oz cup. Needless to say, too many strikes against them and we will not be returning.

Very sweet lady working here today. Its our first time in and she was very helpful and cheerful helping us. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. They also sell loose leaf tea, which Im loving! We had a coffee and ice cream, and we were both very happy with what we got. They have a reward program and text coupon deal. Iwill for sure be back here.

Highly recommend this place! We are from out of state and normally when in town we go to Biggbys coffee. We just happen to see this shop, we love trying something new, so happy we did. The staff is wonderful! I hate that I dont remember the ladies name, but that helped us. The coffee and food are also wonderful. We went back everyday. My son highly recommends the hot chocolate and chocolate muffin!!

First time here and it was not bad. Ordered a cappuccino which came almost warm. Ordered a muffin and it came cold (refrigerated/frozen maybe) I did ask and they are not able to warm items here. Gentlemen behind the counter was very nice though!

I just had a most delightful cup of Butter Pecan Ice Cream. The server, Britney, was cheerful and bright. When I asked for a different spoon, she didnt give me a tough time...no, she found exactly the kind of spoon I wanted! Service was friendly and the Ice Cream was rich, cold and smooth.

Stopped in while in Grand Rapids for a girls weekend. Since I dont like coffee I got hot chocolate. Words cannot describe how amazing it was. by far the best hot chocolate I have ever had. The staff was so friendly and outgoing. Great atmosphere.

I dont drink coffee, so I come for the ice cream. Its overpriced, but very good. The employees have always been very polite.Inside has an excellent atmosphere. Outside, Jam n Bean hosts fun events.A good portion of the profits go to the local schools band program.

The car side pickup service at this location is fantasmic and the drinks they offered were superb.

This is a nice neighborhood place. I enjoy the wide variety of teas. The coffee options also seem nice. They have a punch card to earn free drinks with double punches on Tuesdays. Outside they have a fun looking area for their ice cream.

I enjoy going here in the morning for a coffee and bagel. It is great going to a place that you can see where the roast and grind the coffee. Staff is always super friendly and prices are reasonable. They have wifi that requires a password they freely hand out. Pretty decent places to sit and spend time on your computer / tablet. The outdoor seating is new and they have a nice listing of community events.

Ok, part of this review was our perfect timing, but fresh out of the oven blueberry muffins! They use chia seeds instead of eggs. Sounds odd, but wonderful! Tasty, sweet, slight crunch on the top - but not the overly sweet, dipped in sugar toppings.Cold brew was solid. Actual cold brew steeping, not iced drip. They roast their own beans too!

I had an offer for a free half pound of coffee that I was excited to use, especially because I have never been and love trying out new coffee shops. The barista not so politely informed me that they were no longer honoring the offer as they didnt have enough coffee even though it hadnt expired yet. It looked like a cute & cozy shop but I likely wont be visiting again.

Great place; we always come here when were in town. The barista was very friendly and accommodating on each of my three visits, even when I came in with a very customized 6 drink order. She also looked up how to make an Australian drink that was not part of the regular menu. Thank you!

Good coffee. In a strange location. Not much in terms of presentation for the food on display so its hard to tell all your options.

Couple reasons this place is just ok to me. Getting to the ice cream window was confusing the first time, they dont make their sandwiches during dinner hours, and my biggest complaint is adults cant get a child size ice cream and the single is basically the same size, but like a dollar more. The patio is decent because the kids like to run around and its in the shade.

I used to be an employee here and we all were treated extremely poorly. All of his long term employees have quit in the past 2 weeks, and he has cut paychecks, refused to give employees their paychecks, and is currently trying to keep his main employee of the downtown location from getting a job at any other cafes. He also never paid any employees for training. Its unfortunate that Bean is losing the integrity of their coffee, but its worse that they wont give their employees the respect they deserve for backing the company for so long.

Describe your experience it says. My experience was awful. I loved my co-workers; they were my fam. The management is awful and we werent treated fairly. I love making coffee, and yea the coffee is good, but it was so hard working here. Ill miss my fam but I never want to have to deal with this place again.

Wanted to see what this place was all about because someone tried to wave us in yesterday when we were getting lunch next door. The aesthetic was really nice but the baristas were not welcoming in the least and I felt horribly awkward asking them questions about their menu. They didnt have the steampunk coffee ready a half hour after opening and when I asked about their roasts they both seemed nervous and uneducated. I likely wont be back..

All thats missing is some comfortable seating. Maybe a couple cushions on those painfull chairs.

They have great ice cream products, great atmosphere, and the upper deck is an absolute treasure to the community!
