First time I went to the store I was able to buy a coat for my daughter. Since I liked the store I decided to bring some clothes to sell in great condition. I left and was told to return upon their text. I don’t think they even looked at the clothes. Upon returning, the girl at the front desk was rude and pretentious while telling me that my brand name clothes were not good enough. I am glad to hear from other reviewers that this was not just my experience. Took them to a different store and they gladly took them all. Will not be back. Plenty other choices with better attitude and no power trips.

First time I went there, it was purely to go sell some stuff, which didnt work out. The store was nice. However, the girls that were working didnt wear proper face masks. They had those mouth shield that barely covered their mouths, and they gave off Nikita Dragun vibes. Tsk tsk. They were nice, but idk, I felt a little judged by them? idk, maybe ovethinking lol.Second time I went there, the girls werent working at the time, I guess due to different shifts and all, and the ones that were helping us were wearing proper face masks. They were super nice and I didnt feel judged by them as I felt the first time I went in, and I even managed to find something cute.I do think the selling part is a little rigged. I came in to sell stuff, and the girls that were looking through barely glanced and did not buy anything from me. Another girl said it mightve been because I had clothes from brands they werent accepting, which wasnt true because I did my research on their websites and all. I picked out the trendier stuff from brands they were looking for, and stuff they needed, but yeah, no luck. But oh well. No biggie, right? Yeah, but when I did look through the racks, idk what the word trendy meant anymore. No offense, but some of the stuff look really out dated. I think they would only buy it if you had the brands they were looking for, mostly designer. But that was with the Nikita Dragun wannabe girls, so idk about the others.HOWEVER, I would sorta recommend. They do have cute stuff, sorta, and if you want trendy brands, then you should go here. Although, it might be easier going to your local Goodwill or something. Like seriously. I saw a Guess dress at Goodwill which was for sale for $5.99, and I wouldve gotten it, but Im too tiny for it and the dress was longer than my height so lol. It is a thrift store, but its sorta expensive, so yeah. I think its easier to just go through the Clearance section at JCPennys or something idk. Thats just me.

Nice selection and a wide variety of sizes. Very neat and organized for a second-hand shop, and very little wear and tear on the clothes. Very nice staff as well. :)

Cute store but I can never find anything for myself. I also brought in some items to be sold. They offered me ten dollars for three coach wallets that were in pristine conditions and a banana republic shirt. Thought dropping it off at the goodwill was a better option. The small amount of money the offer is just not worth your time.

I really like Style Encore and shop here regularly. The staff are friendly, and Ive found many good deals. However, the fitting room floors are consistently dirty - not just dust bunnies, dust elephants. So be careful to not drop anything or let clothes touch the floor.

For those familiar with Platos Closet, this is the older professional womans version - a consignment shop with nice clothes, stylish, good brands, lots of clothes, targeted towards woman in the workplace. I love the selection, the quality, the super-friendly staff. The prices are definitely higher than, say, Goodwill - but the quality is much better too.

Every thing I use to love about Platos Closet for the 25+ crowd. Nice business casual type close but still young and trendy feel. I have a new favorite store!

Seriously, I love shopping here. You check prices in the mall. A pair of Nike shoes? 80 bucks at JC Penney. At Style Encore I get that same pair of shoes like new for $20 or less! Not toention the staff are super helpful. They know their inventory, and if you are looking for something specific, they will do their best to help you find it!

Very confused by this place. I brought in 2 large bags of Banana Republic, BCBG, Anthropologie, Express, Free People, J Crew etc. I waited over an hour for them to look at my clothes piece by piece (meanwhile they were easily distracted by other duties in the store). At the end of the hour they didnt offer me a single cent! I swear I saw nearly identical items hanging on the rack. I even checked the website to see what brands they prefer. And Im not delusional- the items were super stylish and in REALLY good shape...they just dont fit me anymore. Very weird. Wont go back.

Not impressed. I have tried selling items there and either they take one or two pieces or nothing at all. I took in a brand new banana republic Marino wool cardigan and they wouldnt take it. It is a beautiful sweater but they said they want more embellished sweaters. That is just the tip of the iceberg. I look at what they are selling there and I wouldnt buy it due to how worn things are. I also took in 2 Nike running fleece tops that cost me $50 and $80 and I got $16 total for both. Waste of my time and a rip off!

Junky & Smelly. Seen better in yard sales. Brought in a beautiful new RL goose down vest - never worn retails @ $165.00 they offered $13.00 total included with a Nice winter chunky cabled hat!!! Seen a crappy thin light weight non descript winter vest on the rack - looked like a rag - ticket $55.00!!! Dont waste your time. Btw - they take all of your personal info including drivers license, street address and e-mail before they will even look at your items. Bet they wont be around long. Better off on e-bay or Craigs list. FFFFF-----

Not good. Not even a rational answer. Pretty weak . there merchandise was not better than my offerings.But I dodged a cheap paying out I see by other comments.
