Johnny and irasema do provide great customer service. I am given prompt service with a smile. Any problems with my phone had been given with immediate and prompt service. Also any promotions that are going on they will let me know. I do not hesitate coming in the store to get service and it will be provided.

I was scammed at the Leonard St store. I went there to buy a new phone for my daughter. We picked out a phone that was $39.99. When the person behind the counter rang up the phone I was told it was now $49.99. He then scanned in ear phones. When I asked about the ear phones I was told they come with the phone. When I got home and looked at my receipt I discovered that the phone was $39.99 and I was charged $10.00 for the ear phones. When we took the ear phones back to the store and explained what had happened we were told we could only get store/merchandise credit. To me that is a scam. I have been a good customer for several years. To be told that they are not sure what exactly happened so only store credit is very wrong.
