Horrible experience they sold me a Lincoln MKZ 2012 paid over 10,000$ for the car it had a lot of problems within the 1st week of driving. They must’ve put bandages on to make it ride good but the car was in bad shape I had 2006 that rides better! The owner didn’t want me to take the car to a real mechanic before I purchased it he was real concerned about were I went when I was just test driving the car! I should’ve known then that it was bad deal! Had to pay half of what I spent on the car just to have the car driving how it should. I wish I would have sued these guys. I would not purchase a vehicle from these guys ever again.

Have spend the better part of 8 months without my car. I bought a Subaru with low miles off these guys and on the drive home had multiple misfires. And within the next week, it bent a rod.Vallone took no responsibility and made me pay my half of the repairs. $4000. After this they waited 6 more months to tell me they need another part to continue. Currently cannot reach them, they won’t reach out to me. And a lawsuit is in the making.

Bought my BMW from here they failed to mention that the front end needed over $5,000!! Not to mention wiper blades or door not working properly and they try to swindle me even though I paid cash so they bought a junk car and sold me a literal salvage title car for more than market value!!If I could give these guys ZERO stars I would Im currently seeking litigation against them!The owner of the volone motors and the salesman there are all I con artist!The only honest one there is the wife and she doesnt know what her husband is doing...Highly recommend any if you take anything from here or look at you, take it to a certified dealership or auto mechanic to get it checked out OR you will find out later on you were spending thousands of dollars on their junk!!! That they were legally supposed to fix!!

Went to look at a truck here and there was a ratchet strap from the engine to the frame holding it down in place. The windshield had a huge crack in it, the check engine light was on. The quarters had rust on them, the fenders had rust on them, electric door locks didnt work on all doors and they wanted $14.9K!! They came off as not knowing anything about the vehicle and clearly didnt do an inspection. How do you miss a ratchet strap holding the engine down??

What a horrible place, I went in there on Saturday 8/15 at close to look at the white 03 4runner, it was technically sold but financing for person was not working out and on Monday I was to hear if it was going to be mine.I had cash to pay for it. Monday rolls around and I get the call that it was mine. I informed them I had to work and I would be there no later then 11 am Tuesday to pick up and sign. At 2 pm Monday I sent a friend over to Vallone to review vehicle and put a cash deposit down for me. While they where there another person put down a deposit on said Truck. I feel as if I was tricked. This is very shorty work and disappointing on how they DO NOT hold their word.

I bought a 2007 dodge nitro from here and wasted $5,000. The minute I brought it home and parked in the driveway our driveway was full of gasoline bc it was LEAKING gas, mistake number one on the first day with it. The second day I drove it to school and it completely died, it just shut off on the road and wouldn’t restart. An actual POS car. I feel completely ripped off and left having to buy a new car and stuck with a car that soon I’d find out was wired wrong, took it to a mechanic to find out there was cut, missing, and misplaced wires... no wonder it doesn’t work. I’ve been stuck on the side of the road an uncountable amount of times.

My husband went to Vallone Motors to purchase a car early Monday morning. He spent a couple of hours with the sales man Rico. He did two test drives s o Rico could show him all of the options on the car. My husband left with all the paperwork for the Credit Union and told them he would be back with a check. While at the credit union the manager called Rico to get a purchase price with new tires and thats when Rico told her he sold the car out from under us. I would never do business with a company with such low integrity again. We were at the credit union within an a two hour span of leaving their business what an embarrassing situation that wa!

My biggest issue with this place is the unprofessionalism and how they put cars on the lot to buy that have issues. Good luck and fingers crossed coming here. The car I looked at had major issues and the lights were going off at I drove it, I ended up showing them an they were like “we just replaced it” it was awkward and they were a mess.

I dont like leaving this kind of review, but the people at Vallone Motors demonstrated a regrettable lack of professionalism and integrity, and I feel obligated to inform other prospective customers of my experience. Mine was a frustrating and disappointing experience from the start: When I told them I was located in another state and wanted to get the car inspected by a mechanic, on my own dime, and potentially shipped, they stopped calling me back, saying that someone had stolen a vehicle off their lot in this fashion before. Fair enough, but they should have called me back, and there are ways around these concerns. I had provided multiple ways to verify my identity.After trying for a week, I called from another phone number, and they picked up. By this point I had given up on hiring a mechanic to conduct an inspection because they wouldnt accommodate it. I decided a clean Carfax was sufficient given the lower miles and photos.They told me that the car had an indicator light on the instrument panel indicating the vehicle needed new brake pads. They asked me to wait a week so they could replace the pads (which is odd), but I agreed to take the new pads home and install them at my expense.Before I got home, the problems began. Upon reaching warm weather in my home state, I learned that the AC was not working ($600 repair); this had been undetectable due to cold weather on the day of purchase. Additionally, the mechanic told me the code for the instrument panel warning was related to the emergency brake ($1,000 repair). On top of this, other electrical, cosmetic, and mechanical issues with the car that have cost or will cost many hundreds of dollars. This is in the thousands range.When I spoke to the owner about some of these issues after getting home, he asked me to provide him an estimate from my very reputable mechanic so he could help me out with some of the unexpected repairs---Unfortunately he would not return calls, text messages, or e-mails afterward.Theres inherent risk in buying a used car, but I would have negotiated a different price had I known about these these issues, or not purchased at all. The frustrating thing is that I had tried very hard to get a mechnical inspection, on my own dime, prior to purchase, to avoid this very scenario and uncover potential issues like these. But they were unwilling to accommodate.They seemed nice enough; in fact Vallone Motors is a family-owned business run out of the building where his mother used to have a local cheese shop. But I dont understand why youd put your familys last name on a sign and treat people in the way I was handled. I told them via e-mail that I didnt want to leave this type of a review, but wouldnt have any choice if they didnt respond. They didnt, so I feel compelled to share that Vallone Motors did not treat me with professionalism or integrity, and I cant recommend them, particularly if you cant return in person after the sale to discuss any issues. Being a small, local business and suspicious of outsiders is no excuse to treat customers poorly--regardless of where they are from.

Please use extreme caution when visiting Vallone Motors. I recently purchased a vehicle from Vallone Motors and am incredibly disappointed. The day after I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on. It reported three seperate issues when I took it to Auto Zone. It is no coincidence that all three codes appeared at the same time. The computer was obviously cleared. I learned that car computers take between 50 and 100 miles to reset and show check engine lights after a computer was reset. I contacted Vallone to offer them the opportunity to make the situation right. They offered to sell me a warranty that might cover the issues. They did not want to understand the problem or apologize that it happened, they wanted me to spend another $1,500. So after spending $10,000, I have a vehicle I cannot drive without first making repairs.On top of the check engine deception, they said that the rear entertainment system was in working order but when I finally had a chance to test it with a DVD, neither screen worked. The staff at Vallone offered to replace the factory installed system with the cheapest set off Amazon but would not pay for the installation. They wanted me to pay several hundred dollars to replace the equipment they claimed worked with a far inferior product.They are cool up front - I actually had a good time chatting with them, but as soon as they have a check, their true nature is revealed. After I confronted them today, a large volume of spam started hitting my email; do not sent them your email address. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit Vallone Motors again and warn everyone I can to stay away.Also, take some of their other reviews with a grain of salt; one is my name in reverse, another is my and my wifes middle names, another is my wifes first name and my hometown as her last name, and yet another is someone I mention on Facebook. I wont speculate because I was told by the staff at Vallone Motors that my review is character defamation but you can draw your own conclusion.

I paid 10,000 cash for a vehicle and I knew it needed struts which they fixed but once that was fixed another problem arose and I wanted a full inspection from Berger which they took to Berger but didnt allow Berger to fix it because they only wanted to solve the problem I knew about so once I got my vehicle back it drove good until I went out of town and noticed something small. So I decided to come back to Vallone an ask chip for my invoice from Berger lol he completely lied to me saying he didnt have it so I called Berger and had it emailed to me an if I was chip I would have lied also.. DONT BUY FROM VALLONE MOTORS THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS WHO LIE AN STEAL..

This place was a scam, we looked at a Wrangler there a week or so ago. After owning a few Wranglers I know what to look for. As I looked the frame on this red Wrangler over it was completely rotted out and a safety concern at this point, holes in the frame were filled with bondo and repainted black to match, body mounts rooting off and control arm brackets in need of serious attention all strategically hidden with paint and bondo, and the transmission skid plate dry wall screwed on. I mentioned this to the sales guy as to be the reason we were going to pass, he assures me it was worth the money and not a concern and told me find a better one for cheeper Im sure someone will buy it and look past the flaws FLAWS! these are saftey issues, I was able to effortlessly push my pinky through the frame. Well I hope for thier sake no one gets injured or dies in this vehicle as it was in that bad of shape. Used car sales is and unfortunate business, good people get shaded by the bad names of people like this. Take this as a warning I wouldnt trust these people.
