The guys here are friendly when they acknowledge you, and really respect that traditional client is yours style. Good service overall, and mostly looking out for the customer. Could use an air freshener though at the location I visited.

They sold me a car with a rear main oil seal leaking. Told me the car had been all checked out and was good to go. Its going to cost about $1500 to get it fixed. Thats pretty shady if you ask me.

Ben and Mark were very friendly and honest about the vehicles I looked at they were more than happy to let me drive multiple crew cab pickups that they thought matched what I was looking for, also were very helpful with accommodating my availability, including staying open late to let me drive a few other trucks to helping me with the financing normal hassle of waiting multiple days to get a banker to approve it. The guys were great and very paitient, even when I showed up at almost closing time on Saturday. I would recommend the friendly honest service to any one looking for a good deal on a vehicle!

Shady Business. Was going to run my credit before even test driving the car. Had the truck in the lot for a couple weeks and no one else looked at it. No gas. Dead battery. Flat tire. Ran very rough for a 141k truck supposedly. Wanted a test drive but a salesman was going to ride with me? Service history took a while to get, wasnt on hand. Ask for service history over heard in the background and I do not quote. Its a 6k truck what do you need a service history for. Told me that he will sell for 5500 by end of day or else it will go back to regular price. They just want to sell. I didnt get any friendly heartwarming attitude.

My parents bought a car here and the service was amazing! We got a great deal and they even told us about some good pizza places. We didnt even have to deal with the insurance companies. Definitely one of the best places you can go for a used car. Ask for Gary.

HORRIBLE. I traveled 2 hours away to look at an Expedition. I should’ve trusted my gut and took into account the way the owner acted and should not have made the purchase. It has been nothing but problems and has only cost more money to fix all of the problems. It shouldve also been a sign to us when there was barely any gas for the test drive. Looking back now, its like they didnt want us to be able to drive it very far. The bothersome part is, it is things that should’ve been caught in a safety inspection before the vehicle was able to be sold! I was told I’d be given a history report of the vehicle with our paperwork. I never received one. I called 3 or 4 times and was told someone would call me back. I never received a call back each time. I feel that they are hiding something about the history of the vehicle. There is basically no customer service. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never replied to the complaint that was filed against them! Now what does that tell you about how they interact with customers? Save yourself money and headache and DO NOT deal with these people because you’ll basically be ignored if you have any problems or issues.

These guys are alright not the highest rated but they have great deals. Bought a jeep the next day it died came back and they got the things right. Appreciate them looking out for me. Check engine light came on and found out it was a fuel sensor. Everything isnt gonna be perfect but the price is right. Make sure you TEST DRIVE the vehicle before the purchase.

Go somewhere else! These people act friendly until you sign and pay, then the customer service is horrible, if you have any problems after the sale you can forget about getting anywhere with them. The manager, Kurt, is very arrogant and rude and does not return phone calls. For a small and newer dealership you would think the customer service would be a lot better and continue after the sale so people might come back. I would never go back here and would not recommend my worst enemy to go here. Hopefully this business will not be open for long!

I purchased a car from here about 6 months ago, at the time of purchase we were told that the car was 1 owner (from New York) with one minor accident (it was rear ended). Now we are trying to upgrade and a different dealer pulled up the information on it and it turns out our car has had 4 other owners (all from Pennsylvania) and two other accidents, one that caused frame damage. We felt like something was off but we needed a car and put our trust in these people when we should not have. We have also found other reviews of this happening to people who went there. The salesmen were also very rude and lied to us about being approved through many banks when we were mailed the rejection letter from 4 banks they said had approved us. I would definitely never waste my time at this place.

They lied about warranty coverage, lied about repairs they said they would make. Truck was sold with a bad catalytic converter they had erased the code before i bought...came on 2 days later tried telling me to just run some special fluid through the gas...obviously didnt work plugged cat was the issue. Said warranty would cover almost everything...lied. Truck needed 2200 worth of work 3mos after purchases and warranty only cover 450. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! CROOKS!

Disappointed in our experience! Though Gary and Kurt were nice as can be, we still havent gotten our car fax after asking for it more that a handful of times. We were also promised a detailing of the 2008 GMC Acadia that we purchased. They were supposed to detail it while they were fixing the IOUs that were part of the purchase. You must twist there arms to get them to hold to there word. This is why I dont trust used cars salesmen!

They have a good verity of autos however I feel as the staff will promise anything to make the sale. When dealing with this place GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, You will also have to bug them over and over to make anything right. I was warned by my lending institution to stay away from dealers on division and just use the bigger ones on 28th and 44th ect.... should have listened I guess. I love my new car but I am having to put over 1000 in repairs and upkeep to make it truly road worthy. They basically just flip auto auction cars with no inspection. Im NOT saying to not shop here just be prepared, buyer beware.After reading the reply from the manager I have downgraded from 2 stars to 1. I can not believe how confused this has gotten. I NEVER was give a loaner. I had to pay to have the work redone at a reputable mechanic. There was no way this car passed any inspection it literally had no brakes and bad o2 sensor among other issues.I tried to get things handled in a professional way but was constantly being blown off and at one time yelled at and hung up on.I was told this car was something it wasnt and granted the guy was fired for his mistake, I was told that to make up for all the miscommunication I would get other work done because of a ford hookup including a gearshift cover replacement and a door code reset, (I mean who would sell a car with an unknown door lock code?) After I signed my title over however, I learned that unless it was put in writing they would no longer do the things I was promised. This was a long drawn out frustrating process that I a have given up on.

And now they are not even willing to help me they are selling lemon cars there under investigation becouse they are sellin bad cars and selling you warranty’s with out you even knowing and they are getting too many claims at the warranty company so there being investigated for fraudulent matters.so if you want a good car and repayable car go to another dealer not there I have all the proof of them selling me a car with a blown engine.they are a rip of WORST EXPERIENCE.they are terrible

Ken assured me he would fix issues I was having with my vehicle. One week later my car broke down on me cause of an issues they PROMISED to fix.. I spoke to both Ken & Gary they lied and said a tow truck was on it way to help me cause I was stranded & broke down... A week later the never sent tow truck & they still have not fixed my vehicle.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS....
