I had a serious mechanical failure, at ~10K miles just outside of warranty; but Harvey Cadillac worked with me and GM to get the costs split, and provided me with updates about what was going on, as well as providing me with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair(s). They continue to be what I feel is one of the best car dealerships in Grand Rapids!

Dont buy here they raise the prices on everything because its harder to find newer cars. You can literally go to any Cadillac dealer and find one cheaper.Check around before trust me youll save money.
Said I just wanted to make an appointment to have one of their experience Cadillac mechanics give me an estimate of what needed to be done to my 1991 Cadillac. They wanted me to leave the car and they would spend time looking through their old manuals and probably have the car there a week and run up a horrible bill. I said forget the appointment thats exactly what I wanted to avoid happening.

Before I leased my Cadillac I asked specifically about having to replace the tires on the car. I was told by sales I would not need to replace them during the duration of the lease. Tires only lasted 20k miles and Cadillac knows these tires are faulty. I was asked to pay 50% of the replacement, which is $500. The General Manager was called over to speak to me. He called me a liar in front of everyone in a packed waiting area and told me to take the deal. Otherwise I will be charged $1000 when I turn in the car. Why would something that is faulty cost the customer money to replace? The GM was very smug and arrogant. Not very classy Cadillac.
My service at Harvey Cadillac is always top notch. The service department is friendly and thorough. It is the main reason I will be back to buy my next Cadillac from Harvey. Stephanie and Cole and Brad and all the service team are amazing and accommodating and give great service. Love that they wash my car when it is there for service! Great touch!

What an amazing experience from the moment my wife and I walked into the door to the time we drove away in our brand new Cadillac. And let me be clear that time was only about an hour and 15 minutes. The building was Modern and impeccable with amazing pictures of Cadillacs from the past decorating the walls. I was giving a cup of coffee and we were sat down in a glass office where we spoke to a gentleman ( Jason DeGraaf )who didnt pressure us at all. My 2019 Cadillac is a beautiful car inside and out. That being said it was really disappointing to want to buy an American car and have issues with some of the options. Navigation works most of the time and it wont show what the highway speeds are if they exceed 70mph. Waiting on a recall for this issue.

I bought a dodge charger the day before my birthday at this dealership and they treated me very nice and respectful. Angie was my salesperson and she was awesome. The guys in finance were great as well. I felt comfortable buying my car from them unlike my prior experience at another dealership. I even had a question several months after my sale and Steve (finance) was very nice and helpful. He didnt act like I was bothering him. I will definitely be letting people know theyre a good place to go.
The service provided for my car repair was very unsatisfactory. I had to bring my car in 2 times and mentioned the same concern both times before it was fixed, conveniently after my warranty expired.
I drive over an hour to have my Cadillac Escalade serviced here, by choice. Cole Cadillac is the closest to me, but they have misdiagnosed so many issues, I make the haul to GR where I can trust their mechanics and service consultants. Brad in service has always been helpful and honest.

I purchased a used 2018 Expedition from them, using one of the large car search websites to find it. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and priced very competitively. Jason DeGraaf, my salesman, was very thorough and professional. All the paperwork was in order when I got there, and the transaction went very smoothly. The thing that impressed me the most was that he came in on his day off, picked me up at the airport, and brought me to the dealership. Its good to know that there are still dealers like this out there, and I would highly recommend your next purchase from them!

Cole in the service department was absolutely amazing, I brought my 2007 Cadillac CTS in because it was driving abnormal. I was afraid it was going to be something crazy because I had taken it to 3 other mechanics that were telling me to just ride it and don’t put any more money into it because it won’t be worth it. Cole examined the car and read the code and found out it was because the car had no oil, he put oil in and I was on my way! My car is riding like it was previously! My wife set her purse in the back seat of our Cadillac and it locked us out of the car. We own four GM vehicles and on star will do nothing for us. We are driving four hours for our spare key. GM just told us to kick rocks. Do NOT BUY A GM Product.
The Service Manager, John, is the BEST!!! My wife and I were traveling cross-country in an Antique Cadillac; and had a problem, a few hundred miles from Grand Rapids.I called him the day before with symptoms; and He ordered our needed parts via FedEx and was ready for us by the time we got there the next day!The Service Staff knew who I was as soon as I pulled into the lot with my old Caddy; and escorted my car straight to the repair bay! I was afraid it wouldn’t Re-start if I turned it off; so this was a great relief.Harvey Cadillac knows what True Customer Service is; and they deliver it!

Buyer beware! I had my truck worked on. I was told the final price when I first got in. They said the book says it would take 2 hours to fix, at a rate of over 100 dollars per hour. Well later I learned they had me wait for 3.5 hours, As other people were getting their cars fixed and put me on the back burner. I was starting to get irritated. Then finally I was told that my truck is ready. I was so happy to get home, But then I was told they need more money. At this point I did not care because my day was shot. Then as I got home people noticed a leak under my truck, Well it was my brake line that was broken on the side of the truck that they worked on. Keep in mind I was not there to have brakes worked on, It was my drive train. I called, they put the blame on me. So long story shorter. I fixed my brakes my self, And now I know that it is done right. Be very careful on who works on your stuff. Because it costed me more money to fix a problem they caused. I was going to go back, But my gut said do not. Karma will always find a way to to rectify things in life.

Cole and the entire team was excellent. The process was easy and they worked with my schedule. I have a 2008 CTS w/ 6 speed manual transmission and they repaired the shifter kit, input/output seals, and front pads/rotors. The results were far beyond expectations as my car drives as if it was brand new. I could not be any happier with the experience. Also, the driver who dropped me off and picked me up at work was great. Real cool guy. He deserves a raise for his excellent customer service.
We had spent several weeks looking for a good used SUV for our college aged daughter. Very slow service department. Had an appointment for a simple oil change and a leak in the tire. 2pm appointment time reached there at 1:45 didn’t leave the shop until 4:15, my whole day was wasted as I had other appointments for that day.
After I paid 167 dollars and hour for my repairs I called two other Cadillac dealers in my area and they both gave me cheaper quotes on labor costs. When I asked how they came up with their labor costs I was told that there was 12 different pricing brackets and I wouldnt understand. I have since then found a new repair center to take my vehicle to.
I recently visited Harvey Cadillac to look at a CTS, I was immediately greeted by a very nice woman named Julia. The dealership was absolutely immaculate and Julia treated me with the utmost respect. She was extremely knowledgeable, she answered every single question of mine, and explained everything so well. She really helped me understand everything about this vehicle, and helped me come to a clearer choice on what exactly I wanted. I am very impressed, the professionalism and friendliness exhibited by Julia and the dealership as a whole definitley made me fall in love with Harvey. I highly recommend!

After a super good experience I had before, today they screwed me up royally. I was returning their loaner and almost like he knew is there, the guy who gave me the car pointed to me at a hard to see unless you know is there crack in the rear tail light. I dont want to say he knew about it but for sure it felt like he did. We looked the crack and tried to determine not who did it, but how it could happen. Cracked portion of the light sits several inches back so if there was any collision bumper would be damaged but it wasnt. The road rocks hardly can fly so that they hit your tail light so we could not determine how that happen. However, they were quick to say I have to pay $750 for it. My insurance will cover the cost so I do not worry about that part but the way how they handled this, you would not expect from this place. Pre-inspect you loaners people, even if its from the Cadillac dealership!

Worst dealership ever visited. Told me that they gonna charge me 100 bucks for each problem diagnosis. Are you really serious. How i would know whats wrong with my car engine and stuff. Its ridiculous. Wasted my 100 bucks and then they told me that the sensor is bad. Really!!. But whats wrong with the engine then. Emmmm. Get ready for another 100 bucks to know. Ridiculous.
At a large dealership you dont expect to feel like your purchase matters, but Jason DeGraaf in sales, the Pre-Owned Car manager, and the staff changed my mind. With on-line capability, they compete against the entire country. They were not only the most responsive, but proved to be incredibly competitively priced. No doubt Ill be a return customer. Watch out here, not sure what is going on very strange service department. inconsistent and not up to par with communication and price is crazy high. Will be taking the Caddy to Berger. I cannot speak to the service techs to be fair but I also did not meet them.
My experience started with a rude man answering the phone Hi. As I was in the middle of telling him my name he says hold on then proceeds to answer a different phone call while on the phone with me. When he came back on the phone with me he then asks what did you want. I then told him I thought that was very rude and asked to speak with a different person. He asks me to hold on again while he answered another phone call. He then tells me I have his undivided attention. After asking if he had a great deal of knowledge on the specific vehicle I was calling about, he couldnt answer a single question I had. I then proceeded to give him an offer on the vehicle and he then told me you are wasting my f***ing time Then hangs up on me.I wish 0 stars were possible that is what they truly deserve. I can only imagine that this is not the only sales person like this.
Very poor service department.Left my car with oily handprints all over the hood, All driver set functions were deleted, and had to be reset.If you dont mind needing to wash your car, reset all radio, dash, and seat functions after they service it, then this is the place for you.If not, dont even think of using their service department, and go someplace else.

I bought my wife a 2016 GMC Yukon from salesman Jason told him I had a issue with my side view mirror, took it into service dept and they questioning me on mirror saying theres nothing wrong with it, another guy comes over and says literally the same thing and at the same time this is going on Im telling these fellas I work for a company that makes mirrors and that this is defective after that they got angry and finally ordered new one. Second if you dont buy or have a Cadillac they treat you like less of a customer, I heard it from them the second time I dealt with them various times...like if you would of bought a Cadillac we would have a loaner etc... This Dealership is aweful bad customer service will never do business with them again and thank God for social media to spread the word!!!

The sales associates were very short, and quite rude to be honest. They didnt know anything about the car they were selling, and kept telling me I was wrong when I was correcting them about a cars features. The process that they made us go through for a TEST drive was horrible! They still made us fill out a credit application, even thoughwe were paying in full! I refuse to take any business here, and I will be buying my car elsewhere.
What was supposed to be a wonderful experience turned into a nightmare. They gentlemen that we signed paperwork with was extremely persistent on us buying ad ons to our loan. We tried to tell this guy(Ron), several times that we didnt want it, but he kept trying to make us feel bad for not buying it. Two weeks after buying that car and he calls me letting me know there are issues with the bank and that I needed to fill out more paper work. When I asked if we could take the option that would cause him more work, he got upset and was not nice al all. I would not ever tell my friends or family to go here as long and Ron works there.

Only time I have ever heard of a service department employee telling my husband to go run our car into something hard because after two months they couldnt figure out why our check engine light was on. Terrible service.
Not impressed at all. When we purchased our SUV last fall, we were in constant voice mail contact with our sales man (as he was impossible to get on the phone). We are not local so stopping by to see him was not an option. When my husband got there to pick up the vehicle, it was not ready though the specific time was discussed days in advance. After a 2 hour wait, there were still some small items missing from the truck that the sales man was supposed to mail out as soon as it came in. We never received anything and after repeated voice mails (again) we gave up and bought what we were supposed to get from them. Now, I have made three phone calls and left three messages to try to get a copy of the RD108 from the sale. Still waiting...

Just bought a used CTS Luxury at a different dealership because my other vehicle broke down there, anyways, 2nd day with my car and I go to Harvey for an oil change, because wasnt sure a non Cadillac dealer serviced my car right. Harvey not only changed the oil, they rotated the tires, changed the Cabin filter, checked for anything wrong, and washed it for FREE!!. Stephanie couldnt have been nicer. Showed me all past services and remaining warranties and did this all without an appointment. Returning for sure.
