I went here as moral support for a friend of mine who was getting her ear pierced. The atmosphere was very chill and the person working the desk was lovely. it was a little bit of a wait but I didnt mind. the downstairs area was great. they had a big comfy couch to wait on for our turn and they had fergully playing on the TV. the guy that did the piercing was very friendly and good humored and it was very fun talking to him. they had a very wide selection of different jewelry and the prices were decent. if I decide to get a new piercing Ill definitely be going back here.

Trevor was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail from start to finish regarding my daith piercing process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with ease. Lexie was also knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel comfortable the instant we walked in. The shop was clean. You can tell the level of care they take in all aspects of their business. I would highly recommend Kitten Flower for any body piercing and jewelry needs.

Brought my daughter that will be 6 in 2 weeks for part of her Birthday Present.They worked so incredibly well with her and reassuring her she was the boss and she was in control. Walked her through every individual step and were patient and calm with her. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for kids and for adults. Yes it is more expensive then some place like Claire’s but they are using way better products then a place like that. A piercing that will last a lifetime.

I got my nose pierced here in January of 2019. The piercing healed very well with little to no discomfort. The staff is very knowledgeable & professional, its very clean and well maintained. The only negative I have (if you even call it that) is that its very expensive. They wanted $165 for the nose ring I want. Ouch! The quality is great and if youre someone who wears the same jewelry all the time, like me, the price becomes an investment so its not that much of a deterrent to me.

I prefer this place because they know what they are doing, I’ve never had a problem with my piercings, and I receive quality service. They know what they are doing, and they provide a open atmosphere so you understand what’s happening the entire time you’re getting your piercing.

After trying to call four times I decided to try my luck and drive the 35 minutes to wait in line outside. Had a great experience in the past so opening day was an excitement. After waiting over 30 minutes and seeing just one person enter with 5 ahead of me I got concerned about weather I would make it in with only 15 minutes to close. All I wanted was 2 ear studs. Walked up to the door to be ignored for 4 minutes till I had to be vocal for someones attention just to be told Im wasting my time in line.GO OUTSIDE AND TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT!It shows no value or respect to your customers to waste their time. Cut off the line at a certain time like any other business when its obvious you cant get to them. You wasted so much of my afternoon. Then I drove by at 8:45 to see the same employee STILL LETTING PEOPLE IN. Think before you turn away business.PS - ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Everyone has been waiting for you to open, common sense says youll need a person dedicated to that! Not sure Im gonna be back or recommend anyone for a while.

We took our 4 year old for her birthday to get her ears pierced. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. My daughter, who is usually hesitant with new people, was comfortable and tolerated the procedure well and I believe that is because of the care and kindness the staff showed her. I went in for a helix and second earlobe piercings. I was very impressed with their attention to hygiene. The piercer cleaned my ears multiple times, changed her gloves, and used a sterile cloth around my ears. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with them and will gladly go back!

I brought my 9 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced. She was both excited and nervous. The staff was very welcoming, directed their attention to my daughter and explained to her in detail the process, what to expect and answered her questions. I got my nose piercing done here and it was AMAZING! The staff was very professional and very thorough. From picking out the stud to the post-pierce instructions I felt very safe and very informed.I picked out my stud and the employee at the desk took it downstairs to be cleaned by a large (what looked like medical grade) sterilization machine. As I waited (not very long) there was a movie playing and there was space to kick back and relax (sidenote: the movie was Edward scissor hands which I found slightly ironic and, in good humor, stressed me out a bit). I was ushered into the room to get my piercing and found everything looking sterile and comfy, it really looked like a hospital room.I started to become nervous but the employee was extremely reassuring, talking me through all the steps and going at my pace. They are really knowledgeable about placement and infection prevention which I appreciated. I noticed that they were playing calming music and when I laid back they had a beautiful mural on the ceiling to look at. She was quick, confident, very experienced, and I felt so reassured.Overall: 10/10 experience, they really care about the little things there and their costumer experience. The price is really worth it too. I would recommend it to absolutely everyone.

My daughter wanted a belly button piercing. The staff was very professional and after examining the piercing area, recommended against getting that piercing. They said with her, it would not last long because her body would work it out. My daughter got a different piercing. They gave great instructions on how to take care of her new piercings and she has had no issues after months. This is a place to be trusted with not only the piercing but whether it should be done at all.

Went to get my piercing earlier today. This was my first piercing outside of my singles and everyone there was so nice. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Theyre very careful to explain all of your options and everything theyre doing as they do it. If I ever decide to get another piercing I would definitely go here again!

I walked in to Kitten Flower today for a conch piercing and it was a great experience! The staff behind the counter were very informative, patient, and sweet. Trevor did my piercing. He talked me through the whole process and was very professional, calm, and kind. They also have a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. Its expensive, but very high quality. I came in a year ago to get a hoop placed in my tragus piercing and it was an equally great experience. I cant recommend this place enough! Im excited to come back when my piercing is healed to get another hoop!

One of the piercers, Pat makes it virtually painless. When I got my conch done I didn’t even know he had done it. They also offer free check ups on your piercing. One of my helix’s healed weird and they re-pierced it for me without charge.

You are paying for the quality of the jewelry and the cleanliness and knowledge of the staff. I have never had a single problem with any of the piercings I had done here. Saddened in not the change of piercing quality, but as someone who works in the jewelry industry myself as a representative, i did not make a recent purchase due to a poor experience with customer service. I was very happy with the care i received over the years in the past, but i will not be recommending Lexi as a service provider due to her condescending attitude when i bumped into a piece of jewelry i planned on purchasing along with a piercing. Her demeanor and attitude immediately changed when she heard a language other than english being spoken as well, grabbing a piercer, while continuing polite treatment of other customers.cultural competency brush ups would be wonderful for the shop as well as additional customer service training, as i had a great experience with intimate piercings with difficult anatomy in the past that i wished to share with my partner, so despite this experience, i will still recommend them.*edited response: Brushing things off as a misunderstanding silences the experiences of those who you are attempting to understand through your language courses, sorry man not going back now or recommending it now to any review reader :/ wish your shop the best but seems like stuffs changes under middle management.

I cannot complain, the service was top-notch. Between the paperwork up front to the calm, conscientious banter through the process, I had no concerns about the quality of archive.On the downside, it was busy and the layout of the business was awkward. Busy can be good, but remember Boutique in the name and realize busy means waiting. Then there was the go upstairs, then down, then back up for flow. Meh.Personally, I thought the process were a little bit high but we are talking Eastown. And the service was worth it.

Went in to get my nostril re-pierced. The first time I got it done with years ago (different business), and the piercing site ended up getting infected. Came to Kitten Flower via recommendation.Walked in the door, and said I wanted to get my nostril pierced. Ok, heres your options. The first time, I never had the option to choose my own jewelry. The front counter guy (sorry dont remember the name) was really great answering my questions, and letting me know whats going to fit into my price range. I felt extremely comfortable asking questions about aftercare. Everyone was really nice. Actually getting the piercing did hurt a little, but thats expected, right? From start to finish, my experience was superb.I did have a little sticker shock, but you definitely get what you pay for. I feel like I got a quality piece of jewelry, and I can always come back for a re-check, a question, swapping out jewelry etc. I recommend Kitten Flower to everyone and anyone looking for a quality piercing.

My friend has had multiple piercings done here, so thats how I first heard about these guys. I walked in shortly before close tonight to get my navel checked to see if it was piercable, and Justin and Ashley were super nice and accommodating. I told them I would be willing to come back a different day, but they stayed late to do my piercing! They were extremely thorough when explaining what activities I would need to avoid and how to take care of my piercing. They definitely took the time to cover all of their bases, so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Justin explained exactly what he was doing and was really careful when placing the piercing so that the jewelry would be as straight as possible. I recommend Kitten Flower across the board. These guys know what their doing.

Ive been to Kitten Flower multiple times now. I love their jewelry options and my body has never reacted negatively to the materials.In the past, I had been shamed by the owner of Kitten Flower for the jewelry I had been wearing already when I went in for a change. Once, I was even wearing jewelry bought AT Kitten Flower when I was told it was low quality and bad for me. Imagine their face when I told them I had purchased the jewelry from Kitten Flower... but I digress...During my most recent visit, I had gone in to get a second lobe piercing as well as have my forward helix looked at to see if it was healed to be changed. Pat assisted me during this visit. Pat is AWESOME. Not only is the placement of my second lobes perfect, but he also advised I wait a few weeks before having my forward helix upgraded to allow the new piercings to heal. Great advice! Pat is very personable and welcoming. He made me feel relaxed and confident in his abilities. I highly recommend him when going in for all your piercing needs!

Got my first piercing (ear lobe) here! Hunter and Pat were super friendly and informative, and made the experience very relaxed and comfortable. I got to watch Ghostbusters while I waited! They also have a great selection of jewelry. The stud I purchased is from a company in Kalamazoo that they have partnered up with, also. All-in-all, a really good experience for someone that didnt really know anything beforehand. Definitely recommend!

Never heard of it. But it was recommended by friends and actually was #1 in the top 10 when i googled it. I walked in and it was a really cool well decorated cool atmosphere place. The staff was SO nice!!! Ive never had anything pierced before but my ears. Today i got my nose pierced. So this was a total new experience. They were very very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. They explained everything well and aftercare well and heal times. They knew what they were talking about and where to place the piercing. It was so quick too. I was in and out and smiling. All done in like 30 min. Will be coming back!

Kitten Flower did my first body piercings and Id recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were so nice to me and made me feel so comfortable (Im nervous around needles). The piercer and front desk clerk were very knowledgeable about the metals (I have sensitive skin) and about after-care.A lot of places will just pierce you with whatever you want, wherever they want, etc. just for your money but Kitten Flower makes sure your piercing is done right and with the right kind of jewelry.They were very professional but also very welcoming. It was a very relaxed environment and an overall great experience. I love my piercings!

I have about 6/9 piercings from kitten flower--the work to make sure your piercing is artfully placed and that youre getting exactly what you want. My piercings always heal beautifully--but if they didnt, the staff checks in on them for free. I go to these guys for everything, and I never regret it.The wait can take a little bit, but honestky, its getting better by a lot, and its really just because theyre ensuring quality piercings and cleaning on every job. Worth it.

The staff is sooo helpful and knowledgeable of the proper care of piercings! I have gotten one piercing through them and it healed with out any issues. My last two piercings I wrongfully went somewhere else and got exactly what I paid for. My horrible cheap piercings and rings were not healing well. Thankfully Kitten Flower was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the proper care and jewelry that my piercings were supposed to have!! I will always recommend Kitten Flower for safe, clean, professional piercings and top notch jewelry! They were beyond helpful!

I believe they are very good at what they do, they also dont talk negative about other piercers, cant say that for other places I have gone. I also am in love with the push pin style jewelry. Just remember that to other places the push pin is foreign to them and they dont like it. I love it because they dont fall out and very dependable. I recommend them.

I bought the Living Social deal for Kitten Flower Boutique. When I got the shop I was greeted by Pierre. He was awesome! I was unsure about what I exactly wanted, and he was so helpful and didnt push me towards certain piercings. The shop was comfy, not institutional white. I was walked through every bit of the process from beginning to end. All in all, Kitten Flower and Pierre were unlike other tattoo/piercing shops I have been to. It was all SO MUCH BETTER!!!Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely little place. I got my septum done there about a month ago. They are all super nice and friendly, and helped me get over the little fear i had of getting it done. they were very sanitary and are very helpful for any questions you may have regarding any piercing. my piercing looks great and i havent had any problems with it. ill be going back when i can change it to get more jewelry from them. Id recommend anybody to go there, even if its just to get your lobes done just because how nice and helpful they are.

Disclaimer: Im completely virgin when it comes to piercings so I dont know all the ins and outs of the different and more intricate types of piercings that one can get vs. my more benign helix piercing, but still, you can take my word for it this place is awesome!Being home from school, I decided on a whim to visit Kitten Flower to get my helix pierced. I parked at a parking meter close to the boutique and as others have mentioned, it is in a more basement-style store.Although the space is quite small, they still appear to offer a broad range of styles of jewelry. I believe Zack has knowledge (and certified?) of metallurgy and gems and proudly hand selects each individual piece of jewelry displayed.Equally important, the piercing space is clean and properly sterile. Its comfortable and when lying down on the massage table, theres a cute posting on the ceiling that says We pierce better than our dry walling.Zack was pretty busy when I walked in, so although I did have to wait about 20 min, he definitely didnt make me feel neglected. He apologized for the wait, still made time between clients to show me jewelry options, and answered all of my questions. At checkout, he also promised me a contact near where my school is located so I could get my helix checked again since I was leaving GR in two days. Indeed, he emailed me within an hour after I left.Please support this new business! They are professional yet sweet and down-to-earth~ Prices are not over the top (my piercing $35 and large opal white stud $30) and hes experienced (12+ years). And if youre lucky, you might be able to share some hilarious convo with his brother while waiting to get pierced.

AMAZING! Me and my three cousins came in just to look and ended up all leaving with new piercings! Zach and Kaitlyn are both so polite and knowledgeable! They are also so very passionate about what they do. The environment is so open and welcoming it was easy to get comfortable. It was also VERY VERY clean! Stopped in store to have daughters piercing looked at due to very expensive kitten flower custom ear ring that keeps popping loose and things getting caught in it.Thought we where going to get great service because the Owner /goldsmith that made the piece was in at the store. We where promptly brought into room to see what needed to be done.After being talked down to for 10 minutes or so by the Owner he blurts out very aggressively the he is going through very hard personal times right now and someone else will have to work with you after finally make up your mind. He busted into the next room and told another piercer Hunter to deal with us and walked away.Hunter... You Rock. Especially when they drop 530.00 in a single sitting. Open your ears and close your mouth. Listen to the customer and treat them with respect. Be grateful they are in your store looking for guidance.

What a professional atmosphere! Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. My son was 8 years old when he got his ears pierced and he has gone back to buy new earrings every time he wants something new. He still loves going in, almost 3 years later.

I went in for a unique piercing in a very adult location. The gentleman who performed the procedure was very friendly, informative, and extremely knowledgeable.The piercing process was clean, the set up tidy and concise, and only as painful as necessary.The environment was calming, clean, and the staff quite pleasant.The jewelry selection is unparalleled in my opinion, and that is just the standard stock for piercings. The selection in the cases is simply amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone from the person getting their very first piecing, to the seasoned veteran looking for an exceptional experience and unique procedure.

Would highly not recommend this place got my tragus done here and paid over $167.00 in the earring and piercing and found out it was not real gold like they told me it was because my ear got infected very disappointed and a rip off

When I decided to get my naval pierced, I was very picky about where I chose to get it done and it took three weeks alone just to find a store up to my standards. Im glad I went to Kitten Flower Boutique to get it done. Zack and Kaitlin were kind and professional through out the whole process. The jewelry to choose from are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. The actual piercing took seconds, I didnt even have time to flinch. And both Zack and Kaitlin gave me a run down for basic care of my new piercing. Everything was sanitary; Ive seen doctors offices and hospitals that were no where near as sanitary as these guys kept it. If I ever decide to get more piercings or I hear of someone thats looking to get one done, I wont even hesitate about going to or recommending Kitten Flower Boutique again.

The best experience I have had regarding piercings. I have had one piercing and multiple jewelry changes done by Zach. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely the best selection of jewelry I have seen, all without a doubt very high quality. Love the people, the service, and the selection. Definitely the only place I will go from now on!

Way more than we planned to spend for first time ear piercing. Starts at $100 and up. Wish we had known.

I stopped in after it was recommended to me by a tattoo shop that no longer did piercings. They were great and explained everything to me well. It was over so fast I didnt even feel the piercing. Im really glad I went to them 😊

I was pierced by them a year ago. I have had no problems with the piercings, and whenever Ive had even a slight issue Ive felt completely comfortable calling them to talk to someone.As for the experience, it was very good. The staff is knowledgeable, very nice, and will not let you walk away with a bad piercing. The woman who pierced me even checked to make sure the back of my cartilage piercing wouldnt knock into my glasses!I highly recommend Kitten Flower for any and all piercings. They even do kids, so long as the kid can ask for the piercing themselves (I. E. They dont pierce babies)

Knowledgeable, helpful and capable staff. All of my piercings here have healed beautifully and I felt confident and informed the whole time.

The lady was really nice, the wait was pleasant. she talked through everything and it was so quick. they cared about the healing process as well as the actuall piercing, they were able to let .e know theh couldnt do the industrial, but offered another piercing, i just felt like theu genuinely cared. i would highly reccomend gettung your piercings done here. worth the money.

As a person normally pretty apprehensive about getting piercings, I was super impressed with how easy getting pierced at Kitten Flower was. Zack was awesome as was Kaitlin, the whole vibe was great and had the ideal balance between professionalism and a conversational friendliness. Super clean, super easy, I definitely dont plan on ever going anywhere else to get pierced.

Ive always found it to be expensive but the jewelry is worth it. I love the atmosphere not so much all the stairs. I really love the ladies who worked there. As long as there open I wont go anywhere else for piercing.
