I called to get an estimate on flagpole repair and was turned away by the owner. He stated that they were too busy to service flagpoles that they didnt install. Its not like I was asking them to perform the service for free. I guess Ill be taking our business elsewhere, since they apparently arent interested in growing their client base.

They never called me back.
