They may charge a bit more than another shop, sometimes, but what I get each and every time is the peace of mind knowing that they will get the job done and make it right, even if something doesn’t come out quite as expected. I can have a conversation about any issues with them and know that they will resolve the issue.It’s that integrity and professionalism that earns them a perfect score from me. I have been crossed many times by Jerry’s Tire, other local shops in the burton heights area, and even shops in other states. Parker Brake is the only shop I’ve ever dealt with that even considers that perhaps they aren’t perfect, and will look at the vehicle and fix and issues related to their work free of charge. That’s rather incredible for today’s market and they deserve as much praise as possible for their steadfast integrity and professionalism.I will always bring my vehicles to Parker Brake. Through and through each employee has a sense of integrity and pride that ensures the job will get done proper, from Bill at the service desk to the master mechanics that tell you in plain English what the issues are and what the cost will be to fix it. My rear wheels were squealing. Parker Brake quickly determined that my rear brakes were worn down to nothing and my badly rusted calipers also needed to be replaced. I asked if theyd flush the brake fluid so everything would be new. Parker Brake were friendly and professional and even had a driver take me home while they serviced my Acura. The car rides quietly now and Im very satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend for brake work!

While visiting Parker Brake and Alignment, I met with Bill and not only did he ensure to keep his word on getting to my vehicle according to our agreed upon time, but he was able to diagnose an issue with my vehicle. After I spent a few days of spending time trying to figure out why it did not start, they identified the problem and was honest in their finding. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of car trouble.

Place is pretty biased. If they dont personally know you or see you on the regular they are going to make you feel uncomfortable.

In a world where we live in fear every time we take our car to the repair shop its gratifying to run across Parker brake. The people here treated me fairly and honestly and were straightforward. Great place to get an alignment!

Bill is just awesome. Had a leaking caliper and repaired it free of charge because it was under warranty and I thought it was a blown brake line. Couldve said it was and charged me and Id be none-the-wiser. Thats honesty and integrity right there folks. Trustworthy workmanship

I always get great service here. The staff are friendly and dont gouge you on prices. One time, when my oil change went over the amount of time they quoted, they gave it to me for free.

Had a flywheel turned here for a 2001 xterra. 39 bucks ! What a bargain!

I can not say enough good things about Parker Brake. Took in a very large heavy duty boat trailer, it needed a bunch of work. they found all the parts and had it back to me in just two days. Noticed grease in one of the wheels after using the trailer a few times, called them to ask what they wanted me to do. They sent a tech to my house and fixed it onsite!!! They have my business for life! That is truly customer service. Thank you!!

Had an alignment performed here. Very thorough and well done job. They took the time to do more adjustments than previous alignment shops Ive used. Also spoke with me for 10 minutes afterwards about my vehicle and the current state of it. Not pushy about more repairs just very informative about other issues. Excellent experience I will definitely be returning to Parker.

I have had cars, trucks and buses serviced by Parker Brake over the last 13 years and they are top notch. The technicians are willing to talk to you and show you the issues. I have also been using their parts department for 16 years. Guy and James know how to get just about anything and the prices are fantastic.

Liars! We brought a car we bought at auction for an estimate. Parker brake stated they could replace the left front side with used parts. (Due to being bent) Meaning the strut and steering knuckle as well as a few other front end parts. They also claimed the camber adjusting bolts in the rear end were bad due to rust. ( I can still see threads on the bolts) apparently they havent heard of pb blaster and or a torch to expand the metal and knock off excess rust. I am an automotive engineer exposing various shops for their lies! Look for more of my reviews in the future. What if we were on a budget with a family like most people these days? Shops are crooked guys! Be safe and honest

Parker Brake is legitimately one of the best auto service shops I have been to in years. I have had to service multiple vehicles in over 15 different states, and Parker has some of the most straightforward, honest talk around. I admittedly do not know much about vehicles AT ALL, but no one has ever tried to sell me on anything extra or talk me into paying more for certain services or parts. They fix the problem and they get you in and out in a reasonable time frame. This isnt even the closest shop to my house, but I will drive the extra miles to make sure that these guys work on my vehicles from now on. Twice now, months apart, I have received excellent service from these guys and will continue to go back. Thank you!

Had front struts and 4 tires put on our Chrysler 300M, they did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Did it right the first time, didnt have to bring it back for something like most of the shops Ive been to.Would definitely return to have more work done.

Had a great experience at Parker Brake! Those guys dont mess around... they got me in and out.. were straight up with the issue and didnt try to up sell me. As a woman, I totally appreciate that. The waiting room has a Keurig coffee machine (and creamers) (yummy), good magazines and a t.v... Along with free WIFI. I was just starting to relax and read with my coffee and my car was finished!!Will definitely return!!
