This is the only Honda dealership around where I can get a quick oil change. I’ve been trying to get my oil changed at the Serra Honda dealership in grandville because it’s closer to my house, but they always tell me that it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Then I go to fox Honda and they can get me in right away with very low wait times. Saves me so much time.

I pulled into the quick service bays at Fox Honda to get the oil changed in my vehicle. The staff were efficient and got the job done quickly. A special note is that when a technician needed to access a filter inside my vehicle, the tech asked politely if it was ok for him to open the passenger side door. I appreciated that.

Went there too test drive a few vehicles and had Talked to Vern, friendly but very pushy, I told him I wanted to test drive some more vehicles but he refused. EveryThing that I looked at was sold, wouldn’t go back there to test drive, but would go back for the Pricing they offer on all of their vehicles.Buyer beware of the 2018 Toyota Corolla, when test driving it felt the transmission slip and shudder at lower speeds of 5 to 15 mph.This is actually Serra Honda in Grandville, sorry for the mixup. The service center has been closed for months and this is what it looks like at Saab where we were routed to do Honda service every time. Weve postponed many times due to the wait. Finally we decided to go to another Fox service center instead. We like Fox dealership. We bought and service cars with them for years. But this was ludicrous.

Always great service. Ive never had the try to up sell or mislead me about other service options.

Not very pleasant or friendly staff. Some are down right mean.
