Bad communication. Broke multiple promises on when my car would be ready. When I asked for a loner car, twice they said I just gave the last out. Very bad service!

Felt like i was a hindrance to the oil change crew the last three times ive been here. If it was not a company vehicle i would go elsewhere.

My car has been in this shop for roughly 3 weeks for a dented fender and dented door. Something that should take a couple days took 3 weeks. They keep finding things “wrong” with my car that we didn’t bring it in for causing us to pay more and having it held for extra days. I’m very disappointed with this service and I have yet to get my car back.
