Great help, great service, great prices. I went to another place before this and they had a better price, but you would have to pay now for something you wouldnt get for another month, so i decided abc was the best second option and i was right. I bought a deep freezer and it was only $40 more than the one i originally wanted. They helped accommodate the price and size that i was looking at and i got to go home only paying and extra $17 rather than $40 extra and even got the bigger size!!

Went to several stores looking for a specific range and dishwasher. The best anyone could do was get what we were looking for next year. I then called this store and spoke with Brent the store manager. Within a minute of talking with him I was very impressed with his telephone demeaner. Upon arrival we received excellent customer service from him. He was able to obtain the dishwasher we wanted within the week. The range we wanted was a ways out so he took a good amount of time showing us options. No pressure. We found a range we liked much better and will be getting it shortly. Before retirement I owned 2 retail stores for over 25 years and based on my experience would have hired Brent without question. Great prices and an overall wonderful experience. Thanks Brent.

We were looking to purchase a second fridge or deep freezer and left unimpressed. The selection was decent but the prices were higher than Best Buy, odd since their sign advertises as being close to wholesale. Ill pay more for an item if I have a rapport with my salesperson and feel taken care of, but there was no service to be found here. We had to dodge the guy vacuuming the rug who couldnt be bothered to stop to let us in or even avoid my daughters feet. Then we walked from the front of the store all the way to the back to look at items without being acknowledged by the group of employees congregated at the registers talking.We casually meandered our way out- right by that same group of employees who didnt even bat an eye at us. In and out without a word. Yikes. Not sure what sort of sales/customer service philosophy ABC is going for but there was none to be seen during our visit. Also- the sign mentioned computers, the only ones I saw were the cash registers the employees were camping it.

This morning I went to Garretson Appliances to purchase a refrigerator that my wife had called about, I got there and they told me they are to busy to dig it out of the warehouse...I drove an hour for this purchase, they wanted me to come back later so I left and called ABC WAREHOUSE and talked to Patrick...he sold me what I wanted and had Great Customer Service edict, I talked to a mgr at Garretts to tell him the poor service experience I had and after my experience at ABC on 28th st I also called and told the mgr there of the great experience I had with Patrick.....Just wanted to say Thank You Patrick for the experience today, keep up the good work!

Bret was my sales person. He was great. You better hang on to him because some other retailers will snap him up. He was knowledgeable about all of the appliances we purchased. We bought a washer, a dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. He was a huge help. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a really good, honest and up front salesman.

I have always avoided this store, but have been in twice to get appliances. Prices were right and service as good. The sales guy I dealt with (Mike) knows his stuff. Got me in and out which is what I was looking for. Store can use a refresh though. Seems a bit dated for a big store like this.I’ll definitely be back.

Worked with a salesman named Brent Redmond who is also one of the managers. I bought a washer and dryer off of him and will be going back soon to purchase these home speakers he showed me. Brent is an excellent salesman who is very easy to talk to and has terrific technical knowledge with all the products we looked at. Shopping at ABC gives off a small business atmosphere which made shopping there relaxing and enjoyable. If you need appliances or electronics I would shop at this location and definitely ask for Brent.

After I told him that I was looking to buy the bundle, and I was comparison shopping. He walked away. So we met another salesman, Patrick. Patrick was awesome he listened to my needs and showed me and helped me put a package suitable to my budget. Kudos to Patrick!

Unable to get through to someone for online ordering with the 800 number and when you call the local store and speak with a manager (mine was Brent) they state you have to come in or keep calling the 800 number. They refuse to help you with online orders at the local store. What a hassle. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere.

Went in on 07/17/2020. I walked in was looking for a tv and I wasn’t greeted. I was looking around and I was looking for help. I went up towards the guys in the center of store and over heard a man say excuse me while I handle this problem with this hostile coworker. The coworker looked over and said I am just trying to find out what happened to the customer he had just got approved and the other guy seemed irate with him. At that point I just decided to leave because customer service was horrible, and just the disrespect the manager gave the guy as the guy was just trying to do his job.

My husband and I went to ABC warehouse for a new fridge well we got a new bed, a new bed for our special needs son, couch, love seat, 2 end tables with 2 lamps and a coffee table.The sales guy was Baker and he was nice, funny, helpful and tested mine n my husbands back to see what mattress s best for us both.We took the fridge home that day and the rest was delivered a few days later. The 2 delivery guys Andrew n Mike were nice, funny and asked where Id like each item then set up our sons bed.Im so excited for my new fridge, my new furniture and our new beds, thank you 😎😎😎

Went to the car audio shop inside abc warehouse and there was a guy named Brandon who worked there and he was very rude and didnt know what he was doing.you should try extreme audio on 28th st,there better.

Went to see if we could replace our stereo which held 6 CDs so I didnt have keep changing the one at a time. We did find one that holds 5 at a time. I really like it. Good purchase for us.

Half the staff are no better than used car salesmen. Arrogant and know everything. The price vs quality is ok. Last mistake I made was an onkyo receiver. Out of the box it didnt work. When bringing or back 3 of their salesmen wanted to question the validity of my claim and were not very professional about it. The original salesman did what I needed and got me out of there. Probably will be years before I go back.

Its a great, and funny place. Its not the prettiest thing to look at upon entering, but they have a good product range, they have some boutique equipment to choose from (models that are hard to find at big box retailers). Best of all, they will negotiate prices. Thats literally my favorite part. I feel like Im in the Grand Bazaar in Maricopa, its great fun, and you walk out knowing you supported local business, and got a great deal.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for appliances and electronics. The workers, sales reps were very helpful in helping me pick out new appliances for my home. They were very willing to help with giving me a discount on items I purchased. It was as though they were just so very helpful and getting me the best deal so that I was able to get all of what I needed. I guess you could call it like a bundle deal

My husband and I bout a couch and a recliner here and the sales rep was incredibly friendly and gave us a GREAT deal. Shipping is not too expensive either as they will only charge a flat $50 per piece to have it shipped anywhere in the state! When it was shipped to my house the shippers were very careful (as it was wet, snowy, and muddy out) not to damage or stain the furniture. The put it all together for us and put it in the spot we wanted it. All in all we were super happy with our experience and will definitely come back when we need new furniture.

Every time I go there its a terrible experience. The past three times Ive went Ive gotten back in my vehicle wondering why I keep coming back. Every time I go I feel like Im being swindled at a swap meet.

Bought a gas dryer last night. Hooked it up and it doesnt work. Have been on the phone with them and all they say is sorry you have to contact the warranty. Why should I have to call them to fix it when I just purchased a new one. I want one that works the minute I hook it up. Will never go back here. Very disappointed and they will be getting the washer and dryer back. Ill go someplace else. They werent even willing to exchange it. Kept saying thats the only gas dryer we have now. So after I posted this my husband went into the store we purchased from. Spoke with the store manager and he was able to get us a different dryer tonight. We have it hooked up and it heats up. Im so happy he was able to fix it. Thank you store manager.

We came into the store because of the great entertainment stands they sell but thanks to the awesome information provided by Baker Ghannam, we were able to capitalize on an AMAZING deal for a massage chair too! He worked with me to make sure I fully understood my purchase and helped keep everything within the original monthly budget I had walking into the store (yes I said everything!)
