I bought every firearm since my first from here and it is one of the best mom and pop shops I have been to in a while. they are very knowledgeable and will help you find the best fit for you in store, their stock is very unique and always have new and old classics their, I would and have recommended this shop to my friends family and also customers I work with at my job. the product is worth every penny and the prices are fair and the owners are very personable and down to earth. I have made this shop a favorite in my Google maps and I will be visiting again very soon for my next purchase. I hope this helps all you folks looking for a good mom and pop fire arm shop and jeweler oh and I also all most forgot if the wife wants something but not a fire arm they have lots of options for her as well new earrings, necklace, even engagement rings. Great store, amazing service. This is definitely a hidden gem of a gun shop, its my local go-to. Theyre really pretty good at keeping thier stock up on Armslist, but you can always call and they will be happy to check for you.

I dropped off my mothers ring to have a stone added in February. Was told 2 week turn around. To my dismay, I went in 3 weeks later and was told the part hadn’t come in yet. No communication from them on that part. Then the part came in and they needed to make sure I would like it. Again, no communication until we went in and asked. Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer their phone. Went in again and was told it’d be done in a week and a half (they were closed for a week). Went in the day it was supposed to be ready and she very rudely told me she couldn’t do anything with jewelry because of the shutdown, but that it was ready for when they could do jewelry sales again. I just went today and was told next Wednesday it would be ready because something broke. Again, ZERO communication on their part. She just laughed and said, “we are so busy and I must’ve gotten you confused with another order.” She went to refund my money and ended up CHARGING my card instead. And she just laughed at me when I told her I hope nothing in my account bounces because of her actions. What a joke of a business they are running. Lying, lazy, awful people. Do not recommend.

Horrible business practices. I called in to purchase a firearm Id seen an ad for on armslist, and the shipping cost was very high ($35 to ship a small handgun). So I asked if theyd hold on to it for a few days until my next paycheck came in. They said that would be fine, and supoposedly set it aside with my information. But when I called back 3 days later they had sold it. I asked why, and they said we dont put things on hold. I would recommend not doing business with these shady folks.

TLDR: Good service and if youre lucky, good deals too!They had a really good deal on Armslist so I called them to order it over the phone. I didnt wait long and the whole process took only a few minutes. They sent my gun the same day and I got it just as described. I called them only once more beforehand to ask if it had shipped and they responded promptly! Overall, I think its at least worth your time to browse their inventory!

The listings on their website dont always reflect what ia actually in stock at the store, so make sure to call prior to set if the item needs to be ordered. Relativity good prices on weapons. Do your research, just like you should and call before stopping in. The information on the website and other firearm sale sites doesnt always match store stock.

Only one woman to do jewelry appraisal and gun registration so had to wait a long time 2 ppl before me. Was uncomfortable hearing other peoples business re: being on hold to buy gun and waiting for FBI review. Am I safe? She had a gorgeous diamond on her finger and what looked like some gun/taser in a holster belt. I was able to get double the price selling for scrap metal out by woodland mall. They had a nice variety of jewelry tho

The owners are nice, checked out the store some. Theyre a federally licensed gun dealer. Theyve got but quality guns and comparing prices between their jewelry and bigger stores this one is full service and cheaper. Thats right, this place does jewelry and sells/buys guns.

Went on an Armslist item, contacted seller, was told 350 upper and complete were in stock. Drove an hour 20 to be told they dont have the items they clearly said they had in house.

Everything about this place is AWESOME. Wayyy below MSRP every single time. I’ve bought all of my firearms from this store and have had ZERO issues! The reason I’m rating Lemasters 3 instead of 5 stars is because of their small business style hours. Being closed on Mondays is weird but I get they need their “weekend” too. But being closed the WHOLE week of thanksgiving, then when I called today (Wednesday, December 4th) they’re CLOSED AGAIN for no reason that I can tell. Quite frustrating.

Didnt like the service. I was looking at guns and felt like I was inconvenience to the sales lady and this isnt the first time I felt that way. The worst part is you cant manipulate the firearms. She said she didnt want me playing with the guns. Those guns are made to contain small explosions, I think they can handle racking the slide.

Really trustworthy group. They had a high-value item listed online and were able to send me additional pictures with more detail (Im in another state). They showed the flaws it had and negotiated accordingly. When it arrived it was exactly as expected. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again!

Just got my new Ruger Red Label from LeMasters. They shipped immediately, followed up with tracking information, and the gun was in exactly the condition they described. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Ive bought several guns there, if you know what you want its the best deal in town. If you want to look at guns there are better shops, but for buying there prices cant be matched in West Michigan.

Bought a Ruger convertible 357/9 mm could not be more pleased great service very understanding of the needs I confronted them with. I bought from another store first and ended up with a stolen gun and decided to give you a try glad I did.

I buy all my ammo from Mr. LeMaster. Look, I have a ton of respect for this man, and his staff. They have never been anything but awesome to me and my family while we were there. Hate it or love, dont matter. Facts are facts, LeMasters is legit, and the owner is a good guy.

My fiance purchased an estate ring from LM (as an engagement ring for me) and we chose to have the center diamond replaced with a stone that has been in my family for almost 100 years. While this stone was slightly smaller, it has more sentimental value to me. In replacing the stone with mine, they were unable to center it properly. It was visibly misaligned and the bezel was done incorrectly. I took it back to have it fixed and the diamond is still not level and centered and they soldered the stone in place. Ive taken it to 2 other reputable jewelers and got quotes from $200 - $500 to fix it (depending on the extent of work that I desire). I was told they really hacked up that ring. I am extremely disappointed that LM didnt just admit that they couldnt replace the stone with mine. Do not have them work on your jewelry. I love the unique style of the setting that my fiance picked, if I didnt we would demand our money back and go elsewhere.

This jewelry shop doubles as a gun shop, selling guns online. I called and spoke to Pat after seeing a listing on Armslist that sounded like a great deal. When I spoke to Pat he told me everything I wanted to hear and sold me a firearm. When I received the firearm it was not to the specifications that he described on the phone, it was a much cheaper configuration, not what I ordered. Initially, Pat took responsibility, and told me he would take care of it, that it was his mistake. A few days later he began to give me the run around, telling me that the manufacturer would resolve the issue, which, they would not. It was not the manufacturers responsibility, it was LeMasters Hudsons. The bottom line, they were underhanded, told me what I needed to hear to make a sale, and then disregarded me.

This place is awesome. Showed up just after they closed, but they opened the doors up for me, were just all around awesome, and had me in and out in 10 minutes.

They sold me a 28 gauge Tristar for my sons birthday. Got it home and it was actually a 410. Stupid mistake on my part for not realizing it initially, but they sold it under the same assumption, mistaking the 28 inch barrel on the box for the gauge. No biggie, mistakes happen. Drove over an hour back to get it exchanged, only to be told it would cost me a $25 restocking fee. They admitted their mistake, but refused to do anything to make it right. I was excited with their prices and selection, but extremely disappointed in their customer service and follow up with someone that would have brought them significantly more business for sure. No plans for that after this experience.
