Very difficult to get the parts you need. The sales personnel was rude not sure why. Waited 50 minutes for one single bearing piece. The fort Worth branch is way better I would highly recommend to utilize that branch. Even if it is out of the way. Not sure what the problem is here.

Very helpful customer service. Went to the one in Arlington firstly and the guy could not even be bothered to get out of his chair and after 30 seconds only said he couldnt help me.Had to go to Dallas and was so glad I did.Thanks.

They need help at the service counter badly. I’ve been here two times recently and only one guy works it and he obviously has no help at all because 10 people with that company walked through their little showroom and not one of them offered to help any of the 5 people waiting for assistance..

They need more employees like Marco.
