They have a nice, though limited selection as the store is not very large. Staff are great in assisting you.

Anytime I go here we have a lovely experience! Went last month to get a custom hat for my dad and turn around time was in minutes! I cant recall the name of the employee but the guy with the long hair is always my husbands and i go to! Just two visits ago we found out he talks Spanish 😂 totally threw us off, but yall got A good seller!!

Walked in about 5:45 on Sunday he created this and I walked out in 20 minutes. They were very helpful definitely getting another one made.

Good selection. Helpful staff. Poor management.Was making a $50 purchase and they couldn’t break a $100 bill. Not good business practices to lose a $50 sale because you don’t have change.

Cool hat shop

Have walked into the store on multiple occasions and not once have I been greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. One assoc will be at the embroidery machine on her phone and the other is at the back of the store on her phone with multiple people shopping.

The staff at this Texas outlet mall blades was great they help me start up my account and get my products going
