The crew that came out and installed our new windows were respectable of our property, caring of our animals, well organized, and communicated professionally. They made certain to explain the process of taking out our old windows and putting our new windows in and let us know the mess it would make in our home. Once they finished installing half our windows, they cleaned up every bit of debris from the old windows, vacuumed up any dirt and dust inside the house from taking out the old windows, and made certain everything was cleaned up and picked up. When they were finished you wouldn’t have even known they were here! The crew was great! We couldn’t have asked for a better one! They had our new windows (22 of them) installed in two days. Our new windows are amazing!!! We are very pleased with the work and our new windows! The boss of the crew will be back out to our place as he found a few windows he didn’t like how the frames looked and one window doesn’t open like it should, so he is ordering us a new frame and windows and will be back out to install them! I loved that he is making sure we get the quality of windows we paid for!! That really hit home with me and my husband!!Overall EXCELLENT experience and excellent windows!!

After looking at every window company and option available, my family and I made the decision to go with Precision siding and windows. We could not be happier with our decision! Precision manufacturers their own windows and has the shortest turnaround time that I could find. I felt like they offered the best quality windows at the best price. Not the least expensive but the best QUALITY for the money. They also employ their own install teams. Not contracted out 3rd party people. MIKE and his install team did a fantastic job on our install. They were extremely professional and efficient. They were never in a hurry and focused on the quality of their work. They even took my blinds down and put them back up for me. As for the windows, I can immediately tell I have much less sound coming into my house and aesthetically it makes the house look refreshed and newer. We live about a 1/4 mile from a train track and with our new triple pane windows we cant hear it anymore. Its a freaking dream! Our windows were installed in just under 3 hours, everyone who worked with us was so nice and informative. It being 2021, there was a bit of a wait on the windows arriving but we were made aware ahead of time of the arrival and installation date range. We were looking for a siding company and of the 3 we contacted, Precision Siding and Construction was the most informative. Once we signed the contract, we were super excited! Wendi the project manager was very nice and informative. She was in constant contact with us. Original timeline was 4 to 7 days. They completed the job in 3! The crew was very professional and polite. They kept Wendi informed of progress and cleaned up so good, you didn’t even know they were there. We are very pleased and will be bragging about this company for years to come!

I had never written a negative review for anything, but this experience should be a warning to anyone who decides to deal with Precision Windows (that also claim to do construction and siding).I had a few estimates, and they had the most reasonable price, but saying that you get what you pay for, comes to mind frequently.The sales person-Joel was very non-pushy and I had a good feeling dealing with him. Do remember that the sales person is not the one who will be installing the windows.The crew of 2 people was 3 hours late and the only reason I knew is because I was the one reaching to get eta. When they arrived they had covered everything and no issues there. The lead installer at some point said he almost went home and cancelled the job, looking back, i wish he did go home, instead of delivering sloppy work.When the job was done, I was asked to talk to a quality control person on the speaker phone while the crew was still there. Awkward, but I was satisfied with the windows themselves the work round the windows was another story. I told the person on the phone that I will discuss the matters that concern me with the workers.The crowbar marks -2 on every window were filled with caulk, and it was not blending in with the natural line where the window meets the wall, those were very obvious gashes. When I told the installer, he said that it would require some touch up pain, but the touch up pain would not cover the gashes filled with caulk. I asked the installer if he at least should leave the job the way he found, he said that in the contract it states that it needs to be left in good condition, I suppose we all have different standards for good.Right after the windows were installed and they were cleaning up, I inspected the windows and found some black marks on them, so naturally I picked up the rag and tried to wipe it down. At one point (only once) I smeared the caulk and instantly got chastised by the installer. I found out later that he blamed all of the sloppy work on me wiping the windows down.I contacted the VP of customer relations Scott Novac for guidance on resolving this issue, he asked me to send him an email with pictures, and since he had my email and I did not, i asked him to send me a test email-he never did . A week later I called his office to speak to the secretary, who sent me the email and I forwarded her the pictures. Three business days later I sent a follow up email. To which the secretary replied that Scott talked to the installer -who blamed the sloppy work on my wiping and they cant do much about it. The touch ups will need to be done by me.I had never met a more cowardly way of dealing with the customer.If you ever come across this company, go with someone else, I know i will.

Everything from beginning to end has been excellent. Joe and James did an outstanding job on removal and installing my new windows. Joe also completed needed carpentry repairs of window sills as discussed with Matt when I signed the contract. They checked and double checked everything and cleaned up all debris. They were friendly, courteous, professional and didn’t even mind my barking dogs.

My new windows are beautiful!!! 🤩 After so many years with the original windows from 1961, these new windows are also a huge relief. My house is quieter and the AC doesn’t come on as frequently. I no longer hear my neighbors closing their car doors, and they don’t rattle from thunder or other loud noises. Brad did a terrific job installing the windows, especially considering the spaces in the add-on room (from years ago, not me) didn’t have right angles anymore…if they ever did 😧. He made sure I understood how to fold out the lower or side window panels for cleaning, and recommended ways to easily remove the tough debris buildup on the outside. Not only do these new windows add value to my home, the transferable lifetime warranty was a deciding factor for why I chose Precision. Their product also included features that were add-on for other windows I looked at. Happy camper, here 😊

My experience was extremely positive, from the first meeting to the actual job completion. My windows were 80 years old and entrenched in multiple layers of paint and caulk. Victor and his assistant were absolute pros. They even did extra work repairing a small area of wood rot.Despite heat and intermittent rain, they completed the replacement of 20 windows in 2 1/2 days!I already feel the difference and in the temperature in my west facing rooms… and the outside noise is gone.This company custom makes every window and the glass is impregnated with a mixture of sun blocking and glass strengthening materials. Called Precision Windows from a online ad. Scott from sales called and arranged for him to come out and talk to us. (80 miles) He showed us different styles and thickness of there products. Scott wasnt pushy about making the deal. We purchased the single hung vinyl windows. Claude the installer came out and measured and explained what he would be doing. After a few weeks later they installed 14 windows in one day. We was amazed by their work ethic and courtesy. Cleaned up inside and out and demonstrated how to clean them. Great experience and will give a 5 star rating. Would highly recommend.

My senior Mom called to inquire for me about their windows. We haven’t had the time, money or want someone in our home with COVID. We told the lady that we would call her back when we were ready. She has now been harassing my Mom by calling her all the time and asking when they can come out. She has told her to stop calling and we will let them know. Seems this business is begging for customers. Well you guys just lost one due to the lady harassing my Mom. She hung up on her today. When a customer tells you that we will let you know. From the first meeting and showing us the demo and samples of the windows we were sold! It was such an easy process. The entire process went so smoothly and fast. When they came to install our 10 windows, the guys were very thorough and didnt leave any mess behind. They cleaned up their work area amazingly! It was all a one day process! They installed all the windows in a very timely manner. They made sure that no damage was done to any surface. Let me start off by saying I only chose this company for one reason and that was for the lifetime transferable warranty they offered. Which has turned out to be the only good thing that came out of my experience with them.A door to door salesman knocked on my door and set up an appointment for another salesman to come by (which I thought was kinda strange) and give me a free estimate the next day. The salesman shows up and does his little spill on how great of work his company does and that theyve been in business for 35+ years backed by the BBB. We came to an agreement on a price for a soffit and fascia job. He explained that someone would be in contact with me on an exact date they would start the job and that it may be 4-6 weeks due to covid-19. A date was finally set 5 weeks later. The day before they were due to show up and start I got a phone call stating the materials ordered for my job were given to someone else and that they needed to order/find more. Two days later I was called and informed they had acquired the materials and set up a day for the following week. The morning they were supposed to show up I got another phone call from the installer stating that his trailer was in need of repair and would not be able to make it until the following day. So the installers ( young guy, his fiance and fiances brother) FINALLY make it to my house. Precision sent a crew that had only done 4 other jobs for them and their work showed it. I let them work one full day before running them off my property. I called Precision and gave them an ear full with pictures included. I told them that if they could not send an experienced installer (which the salesman promised the first time) that I would cancel. The only installer that was experienced/available was two states away and it would be weeks before they could get here. I agreed with that (probably shouldnt have) and my house sat unfinished and exposed to the elements for 3 weeks. The 2nd crew showed up and did a lot better (not great) work. They replaced the storm door the first crew damaged and the weather stripping for my garage door for free. They did a lot of things right and some things that will cause damage to my house later on (which they will have to come fix under warranty). By this point I was tired of the incompetence of the company and wanted them finished and off my property.All in all my house does look better and has great curb appeal. It will definitely help the resale value along with the transferable warranty. Would I recommend Precision to anyone else? Only if they wanted to spend a bunch of money ($9000 for me) for mediocre work and a migraine through the whole process.

I just got my new windows installed today. Its now a chilly 54 degrees and I am sitting in my living room with OUT a sweater on for the first time during the winter since we bought this place many years ago. They left my home clean, nothing damaged, and were polite and fast workers. I cant wait until I can afford to get my upstairs done. Precision windows are well made and have a LIFETIME warranty and transferable to new owners (great selling incentive) if you decide to sell. They trimmed my windows out as well and I cant believe the new curb appeal. 5 star company all the way. Highly recommend.

The windows are beautiful and the installation went well. My bathroom window got ordered incorrectly and they are going to get the correct window. I can tell the cool air stays in the house not outside.

Everything they said they would do they did. Showed up on time, super nice guys, very clean. My husband is a Mechanical engineer and watched every window installed. There was a scratch on one window, they fixed it immediately. They main window was slightly bowed. When my husband said something they pulled the whole thing out and redid to his satisfaction. Precision was a great company and experience for us when we chose to replace our windows. From the initial consultation to the actual installation day everything was done with such professionalism. The windows are beautiful and modern and truly transformed our home. Install day was so smooth. They left each room clean and neat and were very careful to put back furniture and our blinds. With 2 small kids in the home their attention to detail was appreciated.

Got 11 windows installed from this company. From start to finish it was great. Sales rep did a great job of presenting. Showed me how efficient the windows the have were vs the windows I had installed at the time. Submitting an order was very simple and straight forward. Order didnt take long to fill and before i knew it i was contacted to set up installation date. Installer was very knowledgeable as well. He showed up and immediately got to work taking the old out and putting new ones in. Took a day and a half. Very pleased with the while process.

It started with the salesman (Steve Foster) who recommended window trim that was not appropriate for my type of stucco. Installer was never on time and job dragged on for seven days, when I was told two at most. Spoke with Scott Novak on numerous occasions about installer and progress, and my concerns for the finished product and was told by (Scott) that the finished product would be great and that he would send me dining out gift cards for the inconvenience, never received them. Windows were misssing parts that Scott said he would send and a new screen, never received them. Sent a letter to the President of the company (Jeff Woodward) about my experience, no response.I have had to caulk over numerous areas that the installer did a poor job on and have an unfinished window that the window trim could not be put on due to location. So I spent $11,900 on windows that look horrible on the outside of my home and a company that has forgotten me since they were paid. The one area that they got it right was not charging me for the window trim that looks like an amateur installed it. Scott Novak also told me that the salesman was going to come look at my house to see the finished product and as of today I have not received further communication. Windows were finished around the 1st of September. I would definitely explore your options for new windows and if it means paying more with a well known company it will likely be worth it. I received a phone call from a representative because I was looking to replace my windows. I scheduled to see the windows that they offer twice. Unfortunately I was unable to keep them for one reason or another. After I told the guy that showed up to my house it was not a good time now he left. After that I received four calls from a guy named Greg telling me to answer my phone. He continued to say via text that his guy drove from Dallas twice to see me. I feel that with all the other competition that is out you can find better service. I cant speak on their product because I never got a chance to see it. I can only talk about the way this company acted toward me. If they act like this now I could only imagine their attitude if I had an issue with their product. Be cautious with this company. I can not say enough about this wonderful company: the product quality, the skill, expertise, diligence, and dedication of the craftsmen who installed the windows, and the beauty, energy efficiency, and outside noise reduction of the resultant product. Great service and terrific product!
