I definitely will NOT be purchasing jewelry from this store. While looking around we told the saleswoman that we were ONLY LOOKING. We said that several times. All I wanted was to try on engagement rings with my boyfriend so he could have a few ideas of what I liked. The woman was very pushy. She was saying how good the price of the ring was(which it was) and we said no to purchasing it right then and there because my boyfriend wants to be able to surprise me(obviously, right!?). She was so rude. She literally said why with her eyebrows scrunched like we were just so ignorant for wanting a nice engagement. But thats beside the point. Do not question somebody for how they want to do something. EVER. I liked her at first and was planning on using her when we are ready but, definitely not anymore.
Over the labor day weekend I was doing my shopping and Im so glad I stop by kay jewerlers outlet at Grand Praire. I been wanting this chevron ring for a while but was not available online. So I asked if anyone could help. Odalis who works there was able to help me. She got me the ring and it was here in less than a week. Not only that but she was also a multitasker helping her colleagues do their transactions. Plus shes a Spanish speaking so to me that awesome. Guys dont be skeptical about buying here Odalis will hook you up. She found the ring and theres no words to express my gratitude to this young girl. Kay Jewerlers is lucky to have such and excellent service agent with this girl. Yall go there and ask for her shes very polite and professional.
Horrible experience, Poor customer service with a thief & a con artist who sadly represents kay jewelers. Went to purchase a gift asked if I had any special offers or discounts the employee then went to a computer to check her emails I guess and came back to me saying I have interest free for a whole year if I put it on my Kays credit card. Complete Lies & b.s. didnt notice that she didnt apply any special offers nor did she apply interest free for year. So now Im stuck with them charging me a Sickening high finance charge Ive Never Been Charged with before in my life. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself the headache and frustration & Never shop at Kays.

Poor customer service. Horrible information on website says they close at 8pm this Sunday!!! So my boyfriend and I came and Waited in line for 30min OUTSIDE patiently due to social distancing at this Grand Prairie,tx location.they only allowed 6 people in at a time. Didn’t give any warning whole time we waited or to see how many people were waiting. Then at 4:30pm We are next to get in after a couple comes out. Only 1 other guy behind us in line cause we waited for everyone else to go in and shop and the lady tells me they don’t have time for us because they CLOSE at 5!!! And they have to clean. The rude lady at the door and the gentlemen inside both actually had the audacity to bluntly ask if we wanna come back tomorrow. Will NEVER return this location and my boyfriend is A long live love gold card holder as well. We only shop with Kay. So disappointed and angry at the treatment we received.

I love this location, we had been looking for the perfect ring and we found it here with there help. The service was better than any other place we went, the ladys that helped us were wonderful.. We will continue to shop and recommend this Kays to everyone.
Suzie susie helped me and was very kind. They have beautiful little unique pieces for everyone! But if anything falls out everyone going to have a problem!!

The customer service while in the store was great. Within 24 hours of buying a men’s wedding band and a Neil lane bridal ring a diamond came out of both rings.I called the store to complain and they offered to give me 2 new rings. The men’s ring would be ready but the Neil lane would take a week to get delivered in a size 7, I let them know it needs to be a size 5.5 and was informed that would take 38 days. They suggested getting a size 7 then going back to the store and getting it resized which would take 14 days.My wife and I haven’t worn our rings since the diamonds fell out and it would be almost a month since my wife could wear hers. I suggest going somewhere else.
I went to the store on Friday after having two diamonds fall out of my engagement ring and Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I even upgraded to a Neil Lane, I will be a customer for life at this location.
I went around Valentines Day and was immediately waited on. I spoke with the manager and two other employees. All were extremely busy but were willing to answer questions. I was able to look at and handle each item before buying. I will definitely be going back there. I need to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring.
We went in to purchase a 24 gold chain to replace a broken one and my husband upgraded the diamond in my engagement ring! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Truly an awesome experience!
Well if only the staff would communicate with each other as a TEAM I would of rate this 5 star. The people that helped me and wife are awesome. But somewhere in the line the proper training is a defect. This is the second time that it has occurred in two different locations. When we pick something out and thats reserved for me or my wife and they say itll be here when your ready to pick up and show up and someone there sends it out for a different store for another customer or they claim it a discontinue item is not doing business right. If I dropping 8k to 10k for my wife or myself on a ring. I expected to see the results done right. If this happens again. Then... my BUSINESS go else where.
Went in today with full intentions of buying a replacement wedding set for myself. Mine has seen better days after 20+ years of love. No one even bothered to acknowledge my husbands and mines exsistince. Not even a hello. Horrible customer service. We waited a good 30 minutes since I really wanted to purchase and finally walked out without anyone saying anything to us.

Wow. What an unfortunate experience. I was immediately greeted and waited on, but the customer service was incredibly unpleasant. Im not sure what kind of day these people were having, but I walked in quiet mid week midday and received stuck up, hurried, and bored reactions. I also felt like I didnt have a free rein to browse. I will be buying online and receiving in person help from other branches from now on because this place was not worth it.

Worst service ever! My fiancé and I went to pick my ring and the sales person didn’t explained the “Extended guarantee” the right way at all. She said we would get lifetime guarantee in case of loss or damage they would fix it or replace it. When we were about to leave she said we could take it every 6 months to get it cleaned for free. Well over 6 months passed and I didn’t had the need to go clean it but around 9 months later my diamond fell off. When I go they tell me that I don’t have a guarantee because I didn’t take it at the 6 month mark like I was supposed to and they refused to fix it and basically told me that we had to purchase another diamond which they couldn’t even give me an estimate of it. Then I read the policy and no where it says that my guarantee would be voided if I don’t take my ring for the “inspection” which the sales person said it was just to clean it. Never again I am going to any of their stores. So disappointed.

Service at this location was HORRIBLE!!! I came in to pick up an online order, and I walked in and was there for at least 10 min before someone spoke! I waited over 20 minutes for them to even attempt to look for my order. I explained to the sales lady that it was my nieces birthday and I was meeting her for dinner! Still no sense of urgency! I will NEVER shop here again!!
I will never buy anything from this place again. The customer service here from the manager Angelo is the worst I have ever seen. Took my second purchase of Diamond Earrings to get fixed for the second time before they noticed they had sold them with the backs bent. I took them in 4-28-17 with a promise date of 5-9-17. I called 3 days later after the promise date no problem. They then tell me not till the 18th which again was no big issue till the manager Angelo hung up on my wife after she inquired why the delay. I couldnt believe they just hang up on paying customers that had questions about the faulty merchandise in the first place. I had to call myself before I was informed they were ready for pick up after they said they were going to call me. Terrible place to buy expensive jewelry. Awful customer service. Canceling my Kays card.
They never open on time. I made sure I looked at the website for store hours before I came this morning because its cold and rainy, it says they open at 9am. But when I got here at 9:45 they are still closed. Either they need to get here earlier or management needs o he changed.We come here for all of our Jewelry needs and have been customers for years but that is about to change.
