When I first started working with Monica; I put her and her art designers to the challenge when I asked them to create our ASL club shirts using ASL font. They more than succeeded in the task and have since become my go to for any of our ASL related apparel.Last year when we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey; Blue Moose helped us get shirts at a lower cost to help us raise more money for our fundraiser. Had great service and something happened. Ive gotten two orders incorrect while the first time they remade correctly and shipped the second time Ive waited 8 weeks and Im still waiting on the correct order. We have two grand openings coming up and my rep wont return my calls, emails etc. The company is giving me the run around about my order I place over 8 weeks ago. Im switching vendors and pretty disappointed that no one has communicated with me on my orders. Ive called and called, finally spoke to someone who really didnt have much to say to help me. Sounds like they are going through a massive change which would have been good to know as one of their customers.

I have used Blue Moose Apparel for many, many years for Chorus, Running Club, 5K Race, etc. I have also used them for drawstring backpacks, gym bags, and small coolers.
