Very clean store, well stocked and super helpful employees. Came in and bought for two picky students and we walked out satisfied and in under 20 minutes. Also no wait to pay!

I love that place because its something your whole family can wear in the store! I bought work boots today, regular boots for styling, shoes for my kids and shoes for my husband, excellent place to shop! And the prices are amazing, something to fit everyones budget

They gave me two different sizes. I didn’t make a big deal I just went up to the store to ask if they could fix it. I thought the whole thing was funny, I wasn’t even mad.. but the security was RUDE, he is just plain rude and nasty. The worker who was there at the time didn’t even bother to greet us or talk to us. They just pretended like I wasn’t there. No apology or anything just nasty people with bad attitudes

Overall, a decent experience, but as a first-time customer, Im not inspired to return. Shoe types (running, basketball, training, etc) are not clearly marked/grouped, and the employees werent particularly helpful. I found what I was looking for at a decent price, but I didnt particularly feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer.

I shop here often, they have good deals but mainly I like to go there because everyone is so nice! Sometimes, I will look up the shoes I want, go in and give them a small list and each of the different Associates always help me by pulling the shoes for me so I can try them on. They are ALL very helpful & I have never had a bad experience in there. The courtesy to the Customers make all the difference in the world! Thanks.

A little cramped, but they have a great selection and even carry plenty of wide sizes. Wide sizes are uncommon enough in my experience to be a nice find. Staff was attentive and checkout was quick as well, granted we were there in the middle of a weekday. Overall a very nice experience!

The sizes we needed in men shoes were not available. Not enough girl dress shoes to choose from either.

I just left this store at 8:54pm and I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this store. I was at the register purchasing two pair of shoes. One pair of shoes I wanted to purchase had a price sticker on it for $39.98. The cashier Tyriq began to take the sticker off and give me my total. Not once communicating what was going on. I replied by asking him why is the shoe ringing up 44.95 if the sticker said 39.98. He replied by saying its the wrong sticker on the shoe. As a customer, a first time customer in your establishment the price that your business had is the price that should be honored. Any business would have honored the original price. Your employees made the mistake not me. Very disappointed with the establishment and their low level customer service. Definitely will not return.

I love this store. You get to earn rewards and use coupons. I paid a great price for my shoes. I do wish they had a better selection of shoes and some of prices for Nikes especially the Air Max are very expensive. I can go to Famous Footwear and get some Air Max I like for $90 which is a better price for me. I dont buy shoes costing over $100 lol.

I love this store! Yes, they are kind of pricey but they are very attentive. As soon as you walk in there is someone there to greet you. They literally make it a point to make you feel recognized, and theres always someone walking around helping someone. Theres a good variety of shoes for kids too.

I visited the store last week with my husband. We was trying to purchase two pair of Jordan shoe for our 3 yr old and our 5 yr old. I already established the app at the Arlington location. I was told if I download the app I would get an additional 10$ off of one pair of shoes. Benjamin which is the store manager did not honor my reward it was clearly on my phone, he explained to me it was not showing up on his register/screen. He was totally unprofessional he did not honor my discount! He even had the audacity to argue Against me not - with me. I allowed him to have the floor I stood there in disbelief. I cannot get in Touch with corporate the phone constantly ring. He does not need to be in a managerial position nor customer service. I did purchase one pair of shoe left the other behind. I shouldnt spend any money in their establishment. Lesson learned I will not spend my monies at the Grand prairie location. I am very disappointed!

I went looking for comfy running shoes. The womens selection didnt really have anything my style... So I checked out the kids section amd found the perfect ones. Go figure. I love them though.

This place is so unprofessional! Nice but unprofessional, 1st time I went had a sign up that said $10 off I got to the register and they didnt take it off I told her about the sign and she said that was already included in the price. I said ok thats fine, I didnt care for that shoe so I brought it back to exchange it for another but they didnt have my size, so they had to order it, turns out she didnt take the $10 off so they took it off the shoes they ordered online for me. They said they would be sent to my house in 7 business days. Got here 9 days later I called to see where they where nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Finally got here today, with the wrong size. I tried calling the store but phone isnt working at this time. Smh

There is a good selection of shoes at WSS...we had to make a last min stop there to get my son a pair of shoes for school tomorrow...friendly helpful staff plz keep that up and Thank U for ur late store hours that helped out a lot on this long day of gettin kids ready for the first day of the 2019-2020 school year
