Service is LESS THAN POOR! NEVER have a PacSun store submit an order online to be delivered to you!!!At this location, the manager and her trainee suggested that they order an item online and have it shipped to me for free since they did not carry the item in their store.The manager and the girl in training had me walk behind the counter (which was extremely uncomfortable!), fill in my personal information on their weird computer that I did not know how to use so they could save time in entering my information to submit the order..... (so if you can imagine, the store manager directing the employee, and the employee telling a custom to type in information into their system!?!!)However, the girl in training, then entered the item information and submitted the order. However, she entered it wrong and ended up charging me for multiple numbers of the same product. And the story STILL doesnt end!I am STILL in process of trying to get my money back from PacSun because after refusing the package, as per the instruction from a supervisor from PacSuns distributing location, they now have no record of the tracking number being returned to them, several days after I refused the (*unopened) package that I was overcharged for!!! I am beyond frustrated at this point and think I may end up having to search other avenues to obtain the hundreds of dollars that PacSun legally owes me.

Great clothing store, prices are nice

Worst service ever. My husband and I walked in and were looking at clothes for over 10 minutes and NO one ever greeted us or asked us if we needed help 3 young kids were standing around the register gossiping and then one of them yelled out F***. We walked out and no one ever said anything to us still. Never will return there.

The selection is not good and the people that work there are rude.

Fair place over crowded with clothes needs to spread them out walk around to close to each section...
