This is a fantastic store to explore for shopping or just enjoy the memorabilia. Theres a good selection of new and used items. Gas masks to pink camo pants. Modern combat boots to WWII tactic manuals. Name tapes are made on the spot.. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Concealed carry is encouraged creating a safe environment.

This place is hands down the best military surplus store in Dallas/Fort Worth. You will not find better prices on anything and they have a very wide selection of surplus dating back decades to present. Looking for fresh MREs that wont brake the bank? They have them by the case. Dont see what you want? They can get it. They have really friendly staff and I was definitely impressed by my visit. I dont usually write reviews but they deserve recognition.

I got the rare Army 5-quart canteen from these guys and they had it new in the box. This item was unseen after the Camelbacks became popular with guys going downrange. Not only that, they shipped it to me quickly, it was packed well, and the package contained some Christian literature for me to think about. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and thanks for the great service and inventory!

Always have a great selection of military/non-military clothes/storage/boots and all kinds of stuff. They have tons of useful stuff and it is always on my list for help with a move or when I need new boots/clothes for heavy work. Staff is knowleadgable and have great stories.

This was a very clean and well stocked and organized army Navy store. Prices were a little high but the equipment that they had was good. Not all of it was used surplus, some of it was brand new. I definitely would go back there for the next time I want to order some military stuff.

Was looking for a specific knife and they had it in stock. I sent a message on a Saturday which was also the day after Christmas. Expected a reply after the weekend. I was surprised to see they messaged me back and then went into details about the knife I was looking at along with sending extra photos. They even checked paperwork that came with the knife to ensure it was what I wanted. They went above and beyond. While I havent recieved the order yet, Im confident that it will be just as described. Ill shop here again and have already referred friends.

Good experience, but cannot give it 5 stars due to high shipping costs and slow shipping times. They use the worst and cheapest USPS shipping. The tracking is horrific. It does not matter how they will respond, and hope they don’t give excuses if replying. Others have experienced the same issue. If that were rectified, it’s a 5 star review. But, will likely not purchase through them again. Plus, I am still awaiting shipment. The tracking said today...but the package is in Texas. Never again! All for a pair of pants

Don’t expect quick delivery I ordered on a Friday 1-3 day priority mail and the package didn’t actually ship till Thursday the next week. Now I know a lot of places don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday but to hold it for a additional 4 days before shipment and now I’m looking at 10 days out . Customer service was fast to respond to texts but didn’t really seem concerned with the situation I bought from them because of there stated 1-3 day priority shipping . there excuse was that was the post office’s guarantee on shipping time not what they guarantee? It should be stated that all orders will be held a week before shipping 1-3 day priority. I’m sure the product will be of good quality

These guys are Great when it comes to surplus equipment. Its a family owned business and they really care about getting you what your looking for. Weather its for camping or other outdoor interests. They usually have what you need. At least from the military surplus end anyway. I recommend visiting them.

This place has improved greatly, years ago it used to be located a block north in an old Safeway supermarket with No Air conditioning, unorganized, piles of Military stuff arranged haphazardly, Now? organized, neat, well arranged, stocked and neat, much like a department store.

This place has been on the map of Grand Prairie for a long time and I can say since living here its been a routine to go every time I drive by the place. The employees are nice and honest individuals, who know what there selling, as well as great at keeping items in stock. Im giving this store 5 stars because I know anyone whos looking for good cheap mil surplus items and would like to gain some knowledge on stuff, this is the place to go!

Enjoyed the fact they were able to print new name tapes and also had exactly what I looked for. I do not appreciate feeling like a burden when the individual asked the lady to sew the name tapes and velcow on the back of my patches. She made it apparent she was not happy to do the work, HOWEVER, she did an excellent job. Great products. Rough service if you need anything extra.As a civilian now, I rarely make it to these stores. I enjoyed the help I needed to find what I wanted, but heaven forbid ask for anything more. :/

Been coming to these guys since the mid 90s. Needed some service stripes in a pinch for an unexpected event that came up. No matter what they wouldn’t sell them separately. They wanted to sew them on themselves. Do not come here for anything. Go somewhere, anywhere except this place. Horrible.

Boots are hard to find in my size as well.The cashier is always friendly.Wish they would catch up with the times and make a website where you could just buy what you need or at the very least check the availability of items so you wouldnt have to waste a trip.

Uniforms galore! And they have a fitting area to make sure your buying the right size. Good selection of gear to pick from, even bigger guy friendly 2xl on some stuff. Definitely a good sign and rare to see in most surplus stores. Staff was very helpful and nice too.

Found what I was looking for plus very many more things. The place is stocked with all kinds of military clothes and gear. I am returning soon to get more needed supplies at a reasonable price. Field jackets, hats, pants, shirts, heavy winter coats, I mean they have a lot. Knives, hemets, gear that can be used for hunting. Those meals.....

Cool store but don’t expect them to be too friendly. Also, if you want to buy anything under $5 they only accept cash for whatever reason.

I called ahead looking for navy sailor hats. Dixie cups? I have real ones and imitation. Went to store. They have everything under the sun. Very helpful and pleasant. Fair pricing. Visited a few times. Staff seemed helpful and they had a nice assortment of items. Even though this store is closer to my house, I still prefer Omahas Surplus in Ft. Worth - just a bigger selection and better pricing.

Walked in the door and let them know I was on a VERY limited budget. Found the gear I need and they were able to help me get it,at just under my budget. Great place and great people. Will drive from Fort Worth to shop their store every time.

I wouldnt say they are the most effusive, welcoming folks, but they were certainly friendly. And one employee seemed to be approaching customers asking how he could help. (Nobody approached me in the 30 minutes I was in there, but that was fine by me.)Selection was amazing. Prices were OK. I bought a couple of ammo cans that were in way better condition than I could get at the gun show, and priced well, too.So I recommend it. Cant beat the convenient access, too. Right on the freeway.

Always helpful and friendly. Called them a few minutes before closing to ask about getting stuff sewn on my uniforms that I had to wear the next morning and they willing stayed open even closing time to wait for me to arrive. Then the work they did was perfect. This is my go to place

Disclaimer: this is the very first surplus store I’ve been to.Clean, organized, plentiful, great staff, quick dog tag customization, pricing is very fair and pretty decent size store.Parking was challenging. Other than that good as I imagined.

This place is amazing! I came in without any knowledge of style, color, or anything. My husband recently joined the Texas State Guard, since he works during operating hours I had to pick up his essentials. They helped me find everything I need and it was all under my budget. Seconding in the horrible customer service review. I bought a jacket and ended up not needing it. I was going to return it for store credit. They told me since there was no tag they couldnt take it. Ive had it less than 24 hours and it never left my car.I explained they mustve sold it to me without a tag because I just noticed it didnt have one. I got a no, we wouldnt do that and they walked away before I could respond.They basically called me a liar. I wont be going back.
