UPDATE 4/1/21: this company called me prior to seeing this review and offered to replace our entire floor free of charge. That’s pretty impressive. I’ve changed my review to a 4 star and will switch to 5 when everything is done and complete.Loved my floors they installed in Feb of 2020 and had some warranty work done in September of 2020. I guess the material they used to do the warranty work wasn’t of the same quality and it has failed right in the middle of the living room floor. They say they can’t fix this one plank because it’s “out of warranty” even though this section was done in September. To make things worse, they keep telling me they will call back and i haven’t heard anything. I used to tell all my friends about this place and was going to use them next year on my rental property but not anymore.Two stars for the original work, losing 3 stars for the customer service since.

We replaced every inch of flooring in our home and had two showers re-tiled. The prices and service were both unbeatable. Our dealings with Mohammed were all very good- he truly wants his customer happy. The installers- Fernando, Bernardo, and Kevin, were great. They worked quickly and made sure we were happy. They were all very polite and pleasant and worked well around our two children and dogs. If we had any more floors or showers to replace, we would definitely go back!

My experience with this company has been wonderful! The communication with Chris is great. He also made thoughtful suggestions about the type of flooring that I would benefit most from considering a have a kiddo and a dog running around the house.This was an unexpected expense but a necessary one because my dog was allergic to the carpet and getting worse by the day... I needed it removed quickly. I told Chris this and he had one of his guys out not long after. I signed the contract, and the crew was hard at work the next morning. No wait time.Im sure all the crews are great but I had Ramon, Fidel, and Ismael...They are quick and efficient which is a welcomed relief after having not such a good experience with other companies.Not to mention the price was better than the 4 other flooring places I received estimates from. I had hardwood flooring installed.I highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys. You wont be disappointed.

From start to finish I was very happy with the service. After speaking with them on the phone, I was invited to their warehouse where I was able to look through their huge selection of carpet. I picked out different selections for each bedroom. The installers were very friendly, courteous and professional. They showed up on time and even helped move the larger furniture! They were quick but best of all, the carpet looks great! I definitely would use them again and will be recommending to my friends and family.

Very smooth transaction, very good in communication and customer service. The workers were fast but precise in what they do. Transaction done through text, sent the room size and preferred color, set up appointment quickly even I would only do one small room. I would say they take pride in what they do. Hope you’ll attract more customers.

The manager and sales reps were all very helpful and patient as we decided on our selection for carpet and wood flooring. They also allowed us to buy our own tile and they installed it at a reasonable price. They even removed and reinstalled the toilet for us. They took care of everything. There is a pretty good selection and product quality is good and a great prices, especially the carpet.
