I bought a car from them in March. Two weeks later my transmission went out. I called then about buying a bad car they said to call a different number. They number I called they never answered. They text me on 5/19/21 and told me my plates were ready and they would ve $20. No call a TEXT. I definitely dont recommend.

VERYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have never in my life dealt with agents who are so rude! They don’t answer calls and when they do, they end it whilst you’re on the phone speaking. They keep on saying call tomorrow but NOTHING happens.... it’s been over two months now since my sister was told that she would receive her plates, NOTHING!! When she complained they blocked her number!!!! she now has to involve the police and Texas DMV.... just unprofessional!!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star ....

Bought a car here. Told it had zero accidents. That was a lie. They never sent the title. Finally after contacting them for a month the sales rep blocked me. After bringing the police into the mix they finally sent the paperwork however I still don’t have my title. It has been over two months. This place is terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

First if I brought a car like at the end of December today Is Jan.12 my engine light is on they must have turned it of. Plus I been calling for my title,plate and inspection info nothing they keep on saying text me text me if been a couple of weeks. Very upsetting my engine light is on...long story short take the car to the mechanic before you buy it.

Well, I usually dont write reviews but I have been traumatised and I dont want anybody to fall in this trap!The worse dealership Ive ever met. Mean, not careful.First of all I bought a car in February. A Friday. And then Saturday the engine light started blinking! I call them and they said its not their problem ! This is dishonest ! Selling a car with problem to someone.Secondly, they told me they will send me the plate 1 week after. And were in June almost, 5 months later, I still dont have it. No apologies, no excuse, they dont pick the phone, nothing. Very mean. Especially this Eliot Guzman. The worse customer service Ive ever seen in my life.Dont ever try to buy a car there !
