The sales rep came to our door and seemed very nice. He let me know and made sure I understood that we were getting a deal. We had skipped out on another home security place, but were sold by them. The sales rep shared some of his life was outside of work and I always like when workers do that. Makes them more personable. He was very kind to my kids and before he left, I invited him to eat with us to show our appreciation. The installer was kind as well. He went through the process with me and made sure I understood what I could do and how to use the system. Overall, the employees of the company gave me a good view of the company. If anyone gets a sales rep named Levi, he is great. And the installer, Mike, is great as well. Glad to have met them both.

Wonderful company to work with! Honest, timely and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Chad our sales rep was easy to talk to and straightforward about how it works. He was able to answer every question I threw at him! He really listened to my concerns and was able to recommend the best services for our situation. Installation was a breeze and the installer was professional and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. The sales person was very friendly. He went over every option they had as well as what our home should have or didnt need due to size and other things in the home. The technician was very friendly. He went over everything to make sure we were comfortable using everything. He cleaned up any mess that was made as well. The sales person checked in the following day to make sure we didnt have any questions. The technician also stopped by to make sure everything was working correctly.This company I truly genuine.

Wise Home Solutions prays on the elderly using fear to coerce us into signing agreements. I live alone and am on a fixed income. My memory is not so good anymore so I cannot arm the system. I couldnt remember how from the beginning, but I do know that I will be billed more if it is a false alarm. I asked to be released from the agreement because I cannot afford the system, especially when I cannot use it. They said, No. Their profits are more important than my medications. Please find a reputable security company and tell everyone how Wise does business. Do not use them. They make you pay for the equipment up front and then charge high rates for monitoring and additional fees if it generates false alarms.Unfortunately zero stars was not an option.******** Update to my earlier review. *******Upon further and complete investigation and review of recorded transcripts from when my mothers system was installed, I received a call from Wise Solutions Operations Manager, who explained that he did not believe that the terms of the agreement were clearly communicated at the time of sale and they have decided to respectfully terminate the agreement between Wise and my mother.In addition, he noted that he had passed on my comments regarding the use of intimidation through fear to get elderly clients to sign agreement to their sales organization for thorough review. This, to ensure that nothing in their communication to potential elderly clientele approaches or can be misunderstood as creating undo fear to influence their decision for a security system. I respect the actions taken by the Wise Solution team and retract my earlier comments. I do believe that they are making an effort to ensure that they are improving how they communicate with the elderly and do want everyone to have a good experience with their products and service.

I am very excited to have Wise home security. Chad has gone above and beyond to help us get the security system that we need. I can not thank him enough for the hard work that he put in. We are very happy with our new system and strongly recommend WISE Home Solutions.

We had a great experience getting our system set up from the initial call to installation. The sales rep was very helpful and upfront, and our technician was thorough and explained how the system worked in a very professional manner. From initial call to installation it only took about two days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great company to get a security system from.

We recently bought a house and we’ve been considering ADT but was always hesitant due to how expensive they are. With WISE, we were able to score a great deal and the sales rep, Scott made sure that my husband and I were both comfortable and happy with everything we were getting. Zach, the tech who installed the system was super cool and patient when it came to teaching us and the kids on how to use everything too. Great service, would recommend to everyone in the neighborhood!

So there I was in my front yard, doing chores. I got to trimming a whole lot of branches from a Crepe myrtle that really took off with all the rain. One of their agents José Perez( I hope I did not misspell) was across the street, and he came over and assisted me and my wife in removing these from the front yard. If that is not above and beyond self and service, I dont know what is. Thank you sir, you didnt have to do that, but you did, for a complete stranger. 🤙👍👍

I enjoyed the sales rep being honest and upfront about the services provided. He recommended logical items and did not push unnecessary items for self gain or to make money.The technician that installed the system was extremely professional and skillful. He was on time for appointment and completed the instal in a very reasonable amount of time. He shared information how to operate the system and provided input.I enjoy wise home solutions simplistic approach to home security, their panel display is extremely user friendly. If the panel isn’t easy enough to use their app is even more user friendly. I enjoy being able to arm and disarm the system from my phone to avoid having to set the alarm and leave quickly. Also being able to disarm the system when I arrive home is an added benefit. I enjoy wise home solutions and would recommend them to any home owner.

We have had Wisehome for two years now. I am taking a new position at my company that is moving us to Tennessee where Wisehome does not have service. They are telling us we need to pay $1000+ to break the contract. We have told them that we do not wish to break the contract, but they do not have their services in the area we are moving. There is no clause in the contract on this. The service desk has been repeatedly rude about this situation, telling us that it doesnt matter who they transfer us to, they are going to say the same thing. They will not put us in touch with a supervisor. They finally told us that their sister company ADT would take on the contract. Finally! A resolution! No, ADT wanted us to start a new contract, and has never heard of Wisehome.What a mess of a company.Edit: They did provide a solution to pay 1/3 of the contract that was due. They stated that they needed the money to break even. They stated with the equipment, the needed 350 more dollars to break even. Lets do the math $69 for 2 years is equal to $1650. So youre saying that my $250 alarm system and ring ($200), I needed to pay close to 2K so that a multi state company could break even. This is one of those sleezy companies that you should just stay away from. I have a new rule that if they come to my door with a pitch, they will probably end up doing something like this. However, with trying to move states with 2 one year olds, we just threw our hands up. Also, this company was just not worth arguing with. Do yourself a favor and go with a larger and less sleezy company.
