Manager is great, she was so pleasant and helpful. I really liked her

We went in to buy shoes for my daughter. Everything was good until we got in line. There was only one person in front of me waiting, with one person at each register. (Theres two) The customer at the left register continued to send her daughter back and forth to get shoes! Literally over five times! Then the mother gets out of line to go look at the shoes as well!! This is all while the line is getting longer and longer! At this point, EVERYONE in line is asking the lady behind the register, to cancel the ladys transaction until shes actually ready and lets get the line moving. With a nasty attitude, shes telling us no, the lady already started so she cant cancel. She said, the lady waited in line to so she wasnt going to cancel it. Then she said, either way we only have one register soooo!! Literally her words!!! When I asked another lady if she was the manger, the same cashier steps over with that same nasty attitude claiming that shes the manger and she still wasnt going to cancel the ladys transaction to move the line along!! She was the short Hispanic with a black and white striped shirt on that showed her belly when she moves her arms!! Ive never heard of any store not being able to cancel a transaction!! What happens when a person card declines and they cant pay!? You cancel that transaction!! So the fact that shes thought we were stupid enough to believe that she, the SO CALLED MANAGER, couldnt cancel a transaction once its started, is insulting!! Take her back to training because her customer service skills are garbage and if she didnt want to work today, she should have called in!! It was MORE than just me that was upset about this and voiced it!!

The store hours are incorrect when you Google this location. It says you close at 9, but you close at 8. We drove all the way up to the mall to grab a pair of shoes just to be told “We don’t manage the website, but it’s been wrong for a while. We don’t know who to contact about it.” That is terrible customer service. Please correct your hours.

Went into this store not sure if I was even gonna buy anything and ended up leaving with 4 pairs of shoes thanks to Brandi and her co workers! They all tried their best to find the perfect pair of shoes for me and really met my standards for shoes!! They all made sure to make the store presentable! Very clean and organized!Brandi was very social and did a great job making us feel welcomed, noticed, and really made sure to we left the place content! My husband and I left the store and had to go back to ask her for her name because she had one of the best customer service weve had in a while!

Brandi was VERY helpful and had outstanding customer service!! She went above and beyond trying to get us the shoes we wanted! And not only was she helpful to the customers, we noticed she was helpful to her teammates as well!! They all worked so well tag teaming on the duties! All employees made sure the store was clean and organized!! We traveled an hour and a half to this place and it was definitely worth the drive! Will come here more often just for that kind of customer service!!

I bought a pair of shoes for a long time and I never bought a pair of shoes, but I bought a pair of shoes when I brought them back right after I went to check them out, they didnt let me check and they told me I didnt use them while i buy it the next day i go to check if i can use it but i have a pair of shoes, can i check if i bought a pair of shoes, but i dont like it so far let me check if i dont accept the old flowers verrrrrry baddd…

The manager was on top of it, one of her staff members was lazy which is why I took a star off and the other staff member took great care of us, but other than that the Manager was making sure the customers were assisted.

Very clean. Associates very helpful. Only one problem toddler shoes were Valero. Velcro is not a mothers ideal thing on a shoe when we want to keep them on. please get toddler shoes(hightop) with laced.

I ussually shop here but wow i went to a store yesterday stated that it closed at 9 showed up at 8:02, closed. I woke up next day, visited a second store, said open at 10, got there and they were closed until 11. I called the store and asked about the hours since they were different online. The lady very rudely told me Its 11-7 just like every other store at the mall meanwhile other stores were open...ridiculous

They have some really good deals here. I bought some boots here that I love. They didnt have the color I wanted so the ordered it and shipped it to my house for free. That was awesome.

I visited this store last week to buy one pair of shoes. Due to the exceptional customer service provided by the store manager Carol and assistant manager Rhonda, I bought 4 pair. I went back yesterday and bought 4 more for family. Great value with BOGO BUT the best service I’ve ever experienced is what will keep me coming back.

Awful service, rude staff, very pushy for you leave the store. Will not comeback, I left and they lost a sale. September, 10th second shift staff. Have your staff trained on simple manners or get rid of them.

They dont deserve even half of a star. I am so disheartened about this location and the experience I just had with them. My husband, my son, and I were shopping for my sons shoes. At first we honestly thought they were being friendly when they kept following us and asking if we were still finding everything okay. But then as we were on the floor helping our son put shoes on when one of the ladies came into the aisle and watched us. She offered assistance and we gave our answer saying we were fine, thank you. But, she still stood there and just stared at us. Literally not more than one foot from us. It was so uncomfortable. She then rushed us to go to the register after she watched us make our final decision. When we got to the register one of the shoes came up to a different price. We showed her that the marketing was different and it said a different price. Instead apologizing for their mistake she decided to give us a lesson on sku numbers and how to match sku numbers with their mismatch marketing. Come to find out when she had matched it up with the correct shoes she found more mistakes within that same aisle we were looking at. She started correcting more marketing on other shoes. We got to the register and the store manager was there at that point and we asked for a price adjustment for their mistake. Instead of apologizing and saying she cant do it, she accused us of price switching. I am in contact of customer service now trying to see how its okay to employ these kind of people. After the abrupt departure I realized why they kept following my husband, my son, and me. All of their behaviors make so much more sense after they way they accused us. My son is only 4 and he should never go through things like this.
