Great staff, neighborhood feel. When I asked for a particular brand of top shelf bourbon that I didnt see on the shelf, I asked them about it. They took my number and told me they would call when they got their next delivery. They havent disappointed. They call me every time a new case comes in just to see if I need a refill. I used to shop at one of those mega liquor stores, but have found a new home with more personal service and a friendly, almost family atmosphere. I dont shop anywhere else now.

Was able to get what I wanted. Very helpful clerks as what I wanted was too high to get for myself.

Don’t waste your time here. All I did was ask a question to one of the employees and the other two had to shout the same answer across the store.They just lost a sale due to the lack of professionalism.

My fiancé and I have great experiences each time we visit Liquor Depot. The atmosphere is clean and organized. Raul is committed to great service and is knowledgeable, attentive and patient (even when he’s busy). The entire staff is friendly and greet customers upon entrance and exiting. Liquor Depot has a variety of beverage options and Raul assists us in taste testing recommended beverages that we almost always end up purchasing. Raul is a huge asset to your organization and deserves kudos. We will definitely visit your location again in the future.

Add frequent did this store on numerous occasions since I moved to the neighborhood. They are super helpful and hilarious LOL. Anyhow, my sister had an adult game night this past weekend and I went in to pick up some things for drinks and they helped me out a lot! :-)

I had never been here before! My brother lives in Iowa and they dont have this Texas Mesquite Crown Royal! I purchased it here for my brother and really loved the prices in here! I will be back for sure!

They taxing big time over here. Price gouging is right. I love spending money like anybody else but why would you pay extra and for what, convenience? Look there’s another liquor store off camp wisdom and 360 in that target shopping center. They dollars make more sense.

If you have lots of bottles they help you carry them out to your vehicle now thats cool.

Went to the one on Lake Ridge did not have 6 of an item she called over to the other store and they did. Went over there and they had it ready for me.

Its one thing to get a little extra for Allocated Bourbons but at Liquor Depot theyve taken it to an extreme. Maybe you should consider reward points that go into a lottery to buy these at MSRP, youd still earn your money through loyalty purchases and give folks a chance to buy these allocated bourbons at a reasonable price.

Nice and fun staff, awesome selection of Texas companies. Our cashier (I think his name was Nick? Older gentleman, epic mustache) was very informative and had really good suggestions!

It is close to the house and they have the necessities. Their prices are a bit higher than TW but they are convenient. When I want the nicer stuff I go to Arlington or Cedar Hill.

I used to love coming to this Liquor store, but last week I bought 7 bottles of alcohol and one of the bottles was cracked. I took the bottle still unopened back to the store and showed the picture of my wooden bar being wet. I asked for an exchange and the staff refused to exchange their cracked bottle of 1800 Martine mix. I spend money all the time at this location but after today they have lost my business from here on out.

Highest store around. They are 7-8 dollars higher than anywhere in the metroplex. I would never buy from here again. My order here $71 for 2 bottles. My order from Total wine $58. 🤯😢

An employee saw my bag bust in the parking and my wine shatter. He tried to take me back in to replace the 12.99 bottle of wine and manager said no. Mind you I spent $100 on liquor for them to give me the thinnest bag possible. Good service unless you deal with manager. I’d rather drive to Arlington.

I always ask for Blantons but theyve been out each time so I ALWAYS walked out with some other Bourbon (Michters, Four Roses, something new to try etc). I go in today & they say YES, we have a bottle of Blantons. Yay I say, Ill take it! He guides me to the lone bottle, $159.99! After a short discussion on price gouging I left empty handed, NEVER to return again.Lesson learned Mr. Retailer, treat me right with honest prices & Im a loyal customer, but screw me once & Im gone forever & will tell everyone about it!

Theyre prices are way to high. $2 or $3 no problem but, $10 -15.00, are you kidding me. Thats price gouging.

These guys are price gouging like crazy!! Hopefully the new liquor store opening in the Target shopping center won’t do this to their customers. I was excited about them opening so close to home until we went in and saw the prices...$175 for Blantons...$99 for a $35 bottle of McKenna 10 year...$899 for Weller Full proof, $899!!!! Even the Ciroc is overpriced. They should be ashamed...I wish I could add photos to my review
