Purchased a Groupon for an oil change.Noticed there were two locations to redeem this oil change.One in irving and one in Grand Prairie.Decided to go to the GP location due to the higher reviews.Drove 15-20 min during my lunch break to arrive to this location and immediately was told” go to our irving location”, and then the employee walked away.I live and drove from irving to go to this location, just to be told to go away without any valid reason.I tried to mention I live in irving but that didn’t seem to matter.At least tell me why I wasted my time or at least offer for me to wait in the lobby or come back at a less busy time.Returned Groupon and took my business elsewhere.

My Kia Optima had some really bad brake issues and I came on a day where they didnt have electricity. They still helped me out big time and I owe a huge debt of gratitude! Joe the owner was great, very accommodating, and very humble and thats just an understatement! They are not in the business of bending people over, but instead provide great customer service! I didnt know him and he didnt know me, but he treated me like family and like we known each other for a long time. I will be back for life on getting anything car fixed wise. SUPPORT AND RESPECT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!I have never gone to get something done w my car and look back on the visit happily until today! The crew and receptionist helped me know that they do their best to give me the best.Service, communication and even the conversations while waiting were fantastic, to the point where I felt like part of the family. Their young mechanic even went out of his way to fix my ignition when I was fully prepared to have it replaced, saving me money in these crazy times! Wait time was great since I knew what all I was asking for and again, I was never left wondering what was going on.This will for sure be my go-to garage. Bye bye name brand garages that will never rip me off again!

I had coupon for front and back brakes. They only changed the front and not the back and let me leave there on a very rainy day thinking I had all my brakes done. The brake fluid was overfilled because they didn’t bother checking it after replacing 1/2 the brakes. The guy said he would honor coupon but is now flat out telling me he doesn’t care and sorry about my luck!! Horrible service and horrible experience. Thinking about taking them to small claims court and this will be my first time suing anybody as I don’t make a habit of this kind of thing but I think this is called for in this situation

‏Very impressed from walking in and being greeted. Mr. Allen was very thorough, Manager was very assisting and made certain to offer a plan for picking and dropping off vehicle. Did a thorough inspection of repairs needed and were honest about them. Great news when informed what repairs, maintenance were necessary and what was simply a much smaller issue than what previous mechanic had stated. Impressive and trustworthy. Recommend and would give more than 5 stars if able.

Extremely helpful and Honest. They have fixed our head gasket, spark plugs and tune up. Brakes and now the shocks. We will be back for other parts to be fixed as well. They are affordable and kind hearted. Family owned business. Look up their groupons. It is 100% worth coming in and getting your car fixed by honest people who dont beat around the bush. They open between 8:30 &9 and close between 6&7. They also have children they tend to but they always are there. Call in advance helps make their work a little easier when replacing parts. While their timing may be off. The work is accurate and reliable. This is now my go to mechanic shop. I do not trust many to work on my car but GP Auto Care 100% takes care of their customers if you give them a chance!!!!

This family owned business I thought was amazing, the mechanic called me to inform me, since I had a breathalyzer on my vehicle my vehicle would be and I quote “to hard to work on”!!! He then stated it would be unfair to his other consumers to wait since my car would be a hassle and take more time. The number one rule of costumer service NEVER INFORM YOUR COSTUMER YOUR VEHICLE WOULD BE A HASSEL NUMBER TWO DO NOT DENY SERVICES TO YOUR COSTUMER BECAUSE THE WORK IS HARD!!!!! Poor excuse on a Friday evening!!!

This review is for current owners of the location (opened about a month ago). I needed a close-by shop for my weekend vehicle. Free diagnostics and promise of lower price (which was kept) convinced me to choose their services. Professional communication, no attempts for hard sales on services I dont need, honesty (like lets check all this stuff first before making you buy that expensive part), respect (didnt treat me like a girl who knows nothing) and helpfulness earned my trust. The repairs they did were timely (actually faster than anticipated), and they looked into other things that need to be fixed free of charge (so now I know what to come back for next time). Victor G is a great mechanic! They own to they work (if you dont like something that was done, you can come back and they fix it free of charge). They also provide detailing services too. I will definitely come back here for my next repairs (oh my old project car definitely needs them).

I called them the night before to verify that they opened at 8:30 the next day & they said they did open at that time. I ended up getting there at about 9:20 & they werent open. I was trying to get an oil change done before I had to go to work. So, not only was I inconvenienced, I had to go another place & I was late for work.

My previous mechanic had made an installation mistake and was going to charge me $70 just to take another look. Called Joe, and couldnt be happier I did. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic who will give you the most honest and FREE diagnostic then this is your place . The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I bought my car in because my gas acceleration did not match the amount of pressure I was putting on it when driving . He stated that my car will need a tune up in a few months but there was nothing major wrong with it . I walked out with a free diagnostic and paid $0 for my visit because the mechanic chose to be honest rather than trying to rip me off like other places would have ! I recommend this place to anyone ! I will be back for that tune up soon!

I got an oil change about a week ago and I kept getting “oil change require soon” even a day after the oil change. A few days go by and I got “low engine oil”, someone checked my oil and it was very very low and it was leaking. My car never has leaked before so it was strange. I called this place and told me to go till the next day. So I went to a mechanic and they told me the guy forgot to change the seal and my car’s engine would’ve blown out if i hadn’t noticed on time. I spent $34 on a synthetic oil change from Groupon but I would’ve lost my car to the incompetence of these people. Pay full price or go to a place that cares more about their customers. They should get zero stars from me.

Do not come here my car has been here for 71 days. I gave Laftah $1600 to fix it and it doesnt work at all. He took the new battery out of my car after I already paid him for it. Im going to Mr. Zein up the street. My car has been here for 2 extra weeks, every time I try to come and pick it up its something else wrong. I brought it for the water pump, then it was something else. I was supposed to pick it up 2 weeks ago then another piece was leaking. I was supposed to get it on Wednesday then he needed to fix a bolt, I came Thursday, he promised it would be ready on Friday now its the following Tuesday and he is saying my battery and starter are gone out. I came here for an antifreeze leak this is ridiculous. Also please note this shop changed personnel in February, the previous crew was punctual.

Took my money and didnt fix my car. Wanted a cash payment and not a card...yeah because you didnt fix it and didnt want any charge backs. This place is real shady and will rip you off.

My husband last week took the truck to this place, I left it on a Tuesday and I gave it to him on Wednesday and by Friday we already had the same problem, I do not recommend this workshop. If I could give it 0 star.

I got taken for a ride here. I had a part “replaced” and should have know something was up when the guy was reluctant to take a card payment and instead asked for a cash payment.I had to get the same part replaced at a dealership 2 weeks later.Very shady, please stay away.
